Abstract

Digital transformation in education requires the readiness of school institutions in various aspects, from infrastructure to curriculum adaptation. This study aims to analyze school readiness in implementing digital learning in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in three schools with different characteristics. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that school readiness still varies greatly. Schools with adequate managerial and financial support tend to be more prepared, as indicated by the availability of digital infrastructure, good teacher competence, and a curriculum that has adapted to digital learning. Meanwhile, limited facilities, low digital literacy of teachers and students, and minimal training are the main obstacles for other schools. In conclusion, the successful implementation of digital learning requires synergy between technical readiness, human resources, and curriculum policies. This study provides implications for education policy makers in designing strategies for equalizing digital transformation in schools

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada BAIK Institute. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang artinya penelitian ini hanya sebatas pengungkapan suatu permasalahan yang ada dan mencoba menemukan solusi atau pemecahan masalah yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BAIK Institute yang terdiri dari 65 orang. Dengan demikian, karena populasi kurang dari 100 maka seluruh karyawan BAIK Institute dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 65 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan BAIK Institute. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 34.997 > 3.15 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD teachers in Pamulang, South Tangerang. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 1,652 people, this study used a sampling technique with the accidental sampling method and obtained a total sample in this study of 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and emotional intelligence variables on the performance of PAUD teachers in Pamulang, South Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Fhitung > Ftable, namely 72.591 > 2.70 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population was 35 people. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence variables on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with a tcount > ttable value, namely 4.732 > 1.689 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication variables on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with a tcount> ttable value, namely 7.268 > 1.689 and a significance value = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with the value of Fcount > Ftable value, namely 27.262 > 3.27 and significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05.
