Abstract

Wilayah kepulauan dan populasi 137.450 jiwa, termasuk 24.322 siswa sebagai target program, diperlukan pendekatan analisis komprehensif uketahantuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya lokal dalam konteks ketahanan pangan regional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi komoditas pangan unggulan melalui pemetaan potensi ekonomi dan analisis kelayakan berbasis pendekatan spasial terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan data primer serta sekunder. Data produksi tahun 2024 dari BPS dan survei lapangan dianalisis terhadap sembilan komoditas protein hewani. Hasil menunjukkan empat komoditas unggulan (LQ>1,0): daging babi, daging ayam buras, telur ayam ras, dan telur ayam buras. Skor tertinggi diperoleh daging ayam buras, diikuti telur ayam ras dan daging babi. Produksi existing memenuhi 62,3% kebutuhan protein hewani, dengan surplus pada komoditas unggulan. Daging dan telur ayam buras berpotensi menjadi basis utama pemenuhan gizi melalui strategi manajemen rantai pasok terpadu dan penguatan koperasi peternak, yang diharapkan menciptakan dampak ekonomi regional berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PkM) aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Wori Village, North Minahasa Regency, through the strengthening of digital marketing and product branding based on village institutional development. Wori Village has significant tourism potential, supported by coastal landscapes, mangrove forests, and flagship destinations such as Mangrove Park Ecotourism and the 3D Bridge, which provide strategic opportunities for the development of local MSMEs. However, this potential has not yet been optimally utilized through digital-based marketing strategies and systematic brand development. The program employed an integrated training and mentoring approach conducted in three stages: the preliminary stage (needs assessment and problem identification), the implementation stage (digital marketing and branding training with hands-on practice), and the evaluation stage. The approach was grounded in institutional theory, digital marketing theory, and community empowerment theory, positioning BUMDes as a key institution in coordinating and supporting collective marketing efforts among MSMEs. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in utilizing digital media for product promotion, developing brand identity for local products, and increasing confidence in accessing wider markets. Furthermore, the program strengthened the role of BUMDes as a facilitator of community economic empowerment by integrating tourism potential with MSME development. Overall, this Community Service Program contributes to improving MSME competitiveness and fostering sustainable village economic development in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with a deep learning approach in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in the dimensions of critical thinking, collaboration (gotong royong), and creativity at SD Berea Tondano. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two groups: an experimental class treated using PjBL with a deep learning approach and a control class taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments and analyzed using the N-Gain test to measure students’ learning improvement. The results showed that the mean N-Gain score of the experimental class (0.1667) was higher than that of the control class (0.1249), although both were categorized as low improvement. The normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed, fulfilling the assumptions for statistical analysis. In addition, the experimental class demonstrated a wider data distribution, indicating more varied individual improvements among students. In conclusion, the implementation of the PjBL model with a deep learning approach is more effective than conventional learning in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in the dimensions of critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. This study implies that student-centered and innovative learning models can enhance the quality of learning in elementary education.

Abstract

Non-formal and equivalence education (Paket A, B, C) often faces challenges in learning quality due to weak administrative governance, manual systems, and limited digital literacy among tutors. This study aims to synthesize the concepts and practices of good administrative governance and their contribution to improving community learning quality in equivalence education programs. A qualitative literature review was conducted using thematic analysis. Relevant journals and documents published between 2015 and the present were systematically selected and analyzed, focusing on educational administration, digitalization, managerial supervision, and community empowerment. The findings reveal four key themes: comprehensive administration system structuring, digitalization and technological literacy, managerial supervision supported by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and active community collaboration. Adapting these principles is crucial for equivalence programs to enhance operational efficiency, institutional accountability, and ultimately, the quality of learning services. Implementing structured, digital, and participatory administrative governance serves as a strategic foundation for overcoming resource limitations and ensuring sustainable educational quality for diverse learners.
