Abstract

The nickel mining industry faces significant challenges in maintaining employee performance amidst high work demands and a complex work environment. One strategy that can be implemented is to enhance employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and OCB on the performance of employees in the Laboratory Division of PT Obsidian Stainless Steel. This research was conducted in 2025 using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample consisted of 134 employees selected through random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The results show that employee engagement has a significant partial effect on performance (p = 0.000), as does OCB (p = 0.002). Simultaneously, employee engagement and OCB have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p = 0.001 < 0.05). The adjusted R² value of 0.593 indicates that 59.4% of the variation in performance can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of servant leadership, work motivation, and work culture on the performance of civil servants, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is all ASN at UPT PPRSA Inang Matutu, with a saturated sampling sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the partial test showed that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN (t = 4.009; Sig. = 0.000), while work motivation had no significant effect (t = 0.293; Sig. = 0.771). Work culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN (t = 5.560; Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on the performance of ASN (F = 41.622; Sig. = 0.000) with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.739. This finding confirms that the improvement in ASN performance is stronger determined by strengthening servant leadership and strengthening work culture, while work motivation is not the main determinant in the context of UPT PPRSA Inang Matutu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the management strategies applied by the Regional Health Laboratory UPT of Nunukan Regency in the planning, implementation, and management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). In addition, this study seeks to identify and analyze the main obstacles encountered in EMR implementation from a strategic management perspective, as well as to describe the strategies used by management to manage or overcome these obstacles, which are then formulated into strategic recommendations for optimizing EMR implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. This approach was chosen to obtain an in-depth understanding of management strategies and the obstacles faced in EMR implementation at the Regional Health Laboratory UPT of Nunukan Regency, while considering the unique geographical context and resource limitations in the region. The results show that the Regional Health Laboratory UPT of Nunukan Regency applies adaptive, participatory, and contextual management strategies to address various challenges. The main constraints include limited technological infrastructure (unstable networks, outdated equipment), human resources issues (variability in competencies, resistance to change, lack of training/support), as well as unique geographical and regional resource challenges. Proactive management strategies such as budget advocacy, intensive coordination with the Health Office, personalized approaches to staff, utilization of “technology champions,” and strategic partnerships have successfully mitigated these obstacles, enabling EMR implementation to proceed despite challenging conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan implementasi perubahan jabatan fungsional pada instansi terkait, untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai pasca perubahan jabatan fungsional, serta untuk mengevaluasi dan menjelaskan dampak perubahan jabatan fungsional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Dinas Kesehatan Pengendalian Penduduk dan KB Kab. Nunukan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal Maret – Juni 2025. Adapun pelaksanaan wawancara mendalam dilakukan selama dua hari, yaitu pada tanggal 9 sampai dengan 10 Mei 2025, dengan informan yang berjumlah 9 orang yang didasarkan pada keterlibatan langsung mereka dalam implementasi perubahan jabatan fungsional, baik sebagai pengambil kebijakan, pelaksana kebijakan, maupun pegawai yang mengalami perubahan jabatan tersebut. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi berlangsung tidak merata, dengan sebagian pegawai mengalami transisi mendadak tanpa persiapan memadai, sementara lainnya melalui tahapan yang lebih terstruktur. Faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pasca-perubahan meliputi kesesuaian kompetensi, beban kerja, dukungan pimpinan, dan pemahaman terhadap sistem angka kredit. Dampak yang muncul bervariasi, mulai dari peningkatan produktivitas hingga stres kerja dan ketidakjelasan tugas. Selain itu, keterbatasan pelatihan serta dukungan administratif juga menjadi
