Abstract

This study aims to review and discuss the literature on social capital and social support for business performance (IWAPI, South Sulawesi Province). On this basis, a hypothetical model as a basis for theoretical and hypothetical development is further reviewed. Social capital owned by women is influenced by values and norms regarding trust, moral values, namely norms and networks of interaction between family and environment that support women entrepreneurs in developing their business. Social support is a source of emotional, informational or mentoring provided by people around individuals to deal with every problem in life. This form of support can be in the form of information, certain behavior, or material that can make individuals who receive assistance be supported, motivated and valuable. Women in entrepreneurship need support from their families and the environment which makes women have independence in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were 212 women entrepreneurs IWAPI South Sulawesi. Samples were determined as many as 183 respondents.Keywords: Social Capital, Social Support, Business Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau dan mendiskusikan literatur mengenai dukungan sosial dan kinerja usaha (IWAPI, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan). Atas dasar ini, suatu model hipotetis sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan teoretis dan hipotetis ditinjau lebih lanjut. Dukungan sosial merupakan sumber emosional, informasional atau pendampingan yang diberikan oleh orang-orang disekitar individu untuk menghadapi setiap permasalahan dalam kehidupan. Bentuk dukungan ini dapat berupa infomasi, tingkah laku tertentu, ataupun materi yang dapat menjadikan individu yang menerima bantuan didukung, termotivasi dan bernilai. Perempuan dalam berwirausaha membutuhkan dukungan dari keluarga dan lingkungan yang menjadikan perempuan memiliki kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 212 wanita pengusaha IWAPI Sulawesi Selatan. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 183 responden. Kata kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kinerja Usaha.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi perlu dikembangkan, terutama untuk lingkungan pendidikan. Hal ini memberikan bukti bahwa penerapan sistem kampus terpadu (enterprise) perlu dilakukan oleh pihak kampus untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan akademik. Dosen sebagai sosok yang memberikan arahan kepada mahasiswa harus memahami perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang kinerja sistem informasi e-campus berbasis enterprise (penginputan soal ujian akuntansi) secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pengumpulan data dalam sistem e-campus. Pengumpulan data lainnya adalah dengan observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang lebih detail dengan cara observasi langsung (menggunakan website kampus) di Universitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa seluruh Dosen dan Mahasiswa telah menerapkan sistem e-campus untuk mempermudah sistem pembelajaran, seperti input data untuk kepentingan Dosen dan Mahasiswa khususnya untuk Program Studi Akuntansi.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada Anak-anak Yayasan mengenai pentingnya pengenalan keuangan, (2) Untuk memberikan bukti bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan pengabdian masyarakat khususnya ke Yayasan Panti Asuhan perlu dilakukan oleh pihak Dosen dan Mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan ini adalah sosialisasi secara langsung (direct socialization) ke Yayasan untuk memberikan pengarahan mengenai pentingnya keuangan. Hasilnya adalah anak-anak yang berada di Yayasan dapat mengetahui pentingnya keuangan secara dasar serta memberikan informasi tentang menabung. Dampak pengabdian adalah (1) Bagi Anak-anak Yayasan yaitu dapat memahami mengenai dasar-dasar keuangan khususnya pengaturan uang secara sederhanadengan menggunakan metode games yang menarik. Anak-anak Yayasan juga bisa mendapatkan ilmu tentang perhitungan dasar matematika seperti uang pecahan dan nominal uang yang bermanfaat untuk kedepannya, (2) Bagi Mahasiswa yaitu dapat mengetahui kondisi dan situasi yang terjadi di Yayasan untuk menjadi lebih peka terhadap masyarakat, (3) Bagi Dosen yaitu dapat melatih untuk memberikan materi dengan situasi yang berbeda, misalnya penyampaian kepada anak-anak harus menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti sehingga tidak terjadi kebingungan, selanjutnya juga mengasah kemampuan dalam melakukan komunikasi dengan berbagai situasi yang terjadi.

Abstract

Abstrak Disiplin Kerja dan Work Life Balance pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar sangat penting. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Adapun bentuk analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 37 responden yang terbagi dari beberapa bidang yang ada pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar yang terdiri dari pegawai PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil), Kontrak, dan Honorer. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Linear Berganda dengan melakukan penyebaran koesioner pada beberapa Pegawai (responden) yang ada pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) mempunyai nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 5,194 > ttabel 1,689 maka dapat dikatakan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar, (2) variabel Work Life Balance (X2) memiliki nilai signifikan 0,423 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung 0,810 < ttabel 1,689 hingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa variabel workl-ife balance (X2) tidak memili pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Sedangkan pada uji simultan variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Work Life Balance berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar dengan nilai fhitung 13,478 >ftabel3,27 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata pengaruh variabel independen (X) dan variabel dependen (Y) adalah 44,2%.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Work Life Balance, Kinerja PegawaiAbstractWork discipline and work-life balance are very important to the Makassar City Human Resources Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects associated with the variables of work discipline and his work-life balance on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Human Resources Office. The type of research conducted in this study uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used was her 37 respondents from different departments of Makassar City Human Resource Service, which consisted of civil servants (PNS), contractors and volunteers. For data analysis in this study, questionnaires were distributed to multiple staff members (respondents) of the Makassar City Personnel Office, and multiple linear analysis was used. Based on the results of study (1) the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of tcount 5.194 > ttable 1.689, it can be said that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Manpower Office of Makassar City, ( 2) Work Life Balance (X2) variable has a significant value of 0.423 > 0.05 and tcount 0.810 < ttable 1.689, it can be said that the Work Life Balance (X2) variable has no positive and significant effect on the Performance of Makassar City Manpower Service Employees. Meanwhile, in the simultaneous test, the variables of Work Discipline and Work Life Balance have a joint effect on the Performance of Makassar City Manpower Service Employees with a fcount of 13,478 > ftable 3,27 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the average influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) is 44.2%.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Leadership and Discipline on the Performance of TNI-AD Soldier Personnel at Kodim 1419 Enrekang Triska Ramadani Muliyadi Hamid Nurmadhani Fitri Suyuti This study aims to measure the influence of leadership on the performance of TNI-AD soldier personnel at the 1419 Enrekang District Military Command which is mediated by discipline. The collection of quantitative research data was carried out using the solvin formula sample technique on 148 populations and the results of the returned and valid questionnaire were 106 people as a sample. Data processing uses the validity and reliability test methods using the SPSS program, the testing technique that is often used by researchers to test validity is to use the Bivariate Pearson correlation (personal moment product) and to use the questionnaire reliability test method. In this study, the split half item method was divided into two groups, namely groups of odd items and groups of even items. Then each group's score for each item is added up to produce a total score. If the correlation is 0.7, it is said that the item provides a sufficient level of reliability, conversely, if the correlation value is below 0.7, it is said that the item is less reliable. The results of this study concluded that leadership and discipline affect performance. The researchers prove this with a value (f count) of 19.078 > 3.08 with f table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that leadership and discipline simultaneously influence performance. Abstract

Masih terjadinya penyimpangan keuangan di beberapa perusahaan konstruksi dan properi tertentu di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) harus tetap disikapi dengan konsistensi pengujian kinerja keuangan perusahaan tersebut, baik secara horizontal maupun secara vertical. Berdasarkan studi kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada tahun 2013-2017 terdapat kinerja keuangan yang bagus dan tidak bagus. Kinerja keuangan pada tahun 2013, 2014, 2015, dan 2017 tidak bagus meskipun laba bersih positip, sedangkan kinerja keuangan tahun 2016 cukup bagus meskipun laba bersih terendah di tahun 2013-2017. Agar kinerja keuangan menjadi lebih baik dan sejalan dengan pertumbuhan laba bersihnya, maka yang perlu dilakukan ADHI adalah meningkatkan tingkat perubahan piutang usaha dan meningkatkan tingkat perputaran persediaannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the MSME taxpayer's point of view on the tax obligations of government regulation no. 23 of 2018 (study on MSMEs in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This study uses a simple linear regression method by measuring the implementation of MSMEs by meeting the requirements required for taxation. MSMEs are not financial institutions.The results of this study indicate that if it is comprehensive from a mandatory point of view from taxation, from clear insight and knowledge up to 0.05%, the aspect of tax knowledge and mandatory value is the difference, there is no different reference regarding obligatory or taxation.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of discovering how the management of incoming and outgoing letters is handled in the General, Personnel, and Legal Subdivisions of the Office of the Education Office of the Province of South Sulawesi. This is a qualitative study, with data obtained from direct observations and interviews about the management of incoming letters and letters. The descriptive research methodology was utilized for this study's research design. Field studies by observation (observation) and interviews were used to collect data for this study (interview). The study's findings revealed that the management of incoming and outgoing letters in the General, Personnel, and Legal Subdivisions at the South Sulawesi Province Education Office, based on the results of interviews and observations, employs a combined principle, namely the principles of centralization and decentralization. In terms of archive storage, inactive archives are managed by Archivists, whereas active archives are managed by their respective subsections.

Abstract

This research focuses on four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency: Istana Amal Beach, Nipah-Nipah Beach, Tanjung Jumlai Beach, and D’Wish Gunung Mulia. Attractions, amenities, and accessibility are considered key factors influencing repeat visits. Based on data analysis, attractions, especially natural beauty and environmental cleanliness, have a significant influence on repeat visits by tourists. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Attractions and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted. However, amenities such as accommodation and dining places do not significantly affect repeat visits. Therefore, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between amenities and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially rejected. On the other hand, accessibility such as ease of road access and clear signage has a positive influence on repeat visits. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Accessibility and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted.Overall, Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility collectively influence tourist repeat visits. This indicates that the management and development of tourist destinations need to consider these factors. Although Amenities have less significant influence, it is important to continue improving and enhancing supporting facilities at tourist destinations. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for tourism managers and policymakers to improve the quality and attractiveness of destinations and strengthen the position of North Penajam Paser Regency as an appealing tourist destination for local tourists.
