Abstract

Media sosial merupakan platform yang telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era digital yang penuh dengan transformasi teknologi, media sosial juga telah menjadi sarana utama bagi bisnis untuk berinteraksi dengan audiensnya. Instagram dan Facebook, sebagai platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak pengguna dan mempunyai peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi optimalisasi penggunaan Instagram dan Facebook sebagai media promosi yang efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan salah satu bisnis kuliner yaitu SegoBowel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur, studi kasus, dan observasi terhadap akun Instagram dan Facebook SegoBowel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa upaya optimalisasi Instagram dan Facebook SegoBowel berhasil dilakukan melalui pembuatan postingan/konten yang menarik, teknik penargetan yang tepat, dan mengintegrasikan fitur-fitur pada Meta Business Suite. Atas upaya optimalisasi tersebut, akun Instagram dan Facebook SegoBowel berhasil menjangkau audiens lebih luas, membangun kesadaran merek, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis serta mengkaji dampak gamifikasi, live streaming dan e-service quality yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen shopee di kalangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang dapat menghasilkan 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak dari SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat dilihat bahwa gamifikasi tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, live streaming memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, serta e-service quality memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen shopee di kalangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun sering menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemasaran dan identitas usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yang diaakan oleh PT. BTPN SYARIAH TBK adalah untuk mengevaluasi peran fasilitator dalam membantu UMKM di Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dalam pembuatan media promosi dan identitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan fasilitator yang memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitator berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam membuat media promosi yang efektif dan membangun identitas usaha yang kuat. Pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup desain grafis, penggunaan media sosial, dan strategi branding. Dengan adanya fasilitator, UMKM di Kecamatan Buduran mampu meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing mereka di pasar lokal maupun nasional.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, sumber daya, dan teknologi. Isu tersebut menghambat pengembangan usaha dan daya saing UMKM di pasar. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya merek dan strategi pemasaran guna mendorong peningkatan penjualan. Program ini dilakukan melalui mekanisme pendampingan yang terstruktur dan terukur oleh Bank BTPN Syariah dengan melibatkan fasilitator magang. Metode pemberdayaan meliputi tahapan edukasi dan praktik langsung. Pada tahap edukasi, nasabah diberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep dasar branding, strategi pemasaran, dan pentingnya membangun citra merek. Selanjutnya, tahap praktik dilakukan melalui pendampingan intensif dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha masing-masing pelaku UMKM. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan progres signifikan, di mana peserta berhasil memahami pentingnya membangun merek dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan serta kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka. Kesimpulannya, program pendampingan ini efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM. Pengabdian ini merekomendasikan perluasan program serupa agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pelaku UMKM dan memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mentoring provided by the facilitator in empowering women MSMEs actors is one of the strategic efforts to support economic development, especially among underprivileged communities. Bank BTPN Syariah plays a role not only as a provider of business capital, but also as a partner that provides guidance in improving entrepreneurial skills, business management, and implementing marketing strategies. This research was conducted in the Mitra Mandiri Syariah (MMS) Wonokromo community, which has great economic potential but still requires assistance for business development. The methods used include identifying needs through surveys, SWOT analysis, providing materials, evaluating learning outcomes, direct practice, reporting, and assessing the impact of the program. The focus of assistance includes strengthening business identity, utilizing media for promotion, using digital platforms such as marketplaces, and implementing delivery services. The results of this program show an increase in managerial skills, mastery of marketing strategies, and increasing income of MSMEs actors. Customers who are assisted are more confident in running their businesses with a sustainable approach. This program makes a real contribution to supporting women's empowerment, which is expected to have a positive impact on the welfare of families and society at large.

Abstract

This research aims were to determine the effect of price perceptions, service quality, and ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for commuter line train tickets at Wonokromo station. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method with a total of 200 respondents. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 software analysis tool. The analysis was carried out through three stages of testing: outer model (validity and reliability test), inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) perceived price has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) ease of transactions has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Skin and body care products are increasingly important to support appearance, driving the growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia. One of the popular brands is Wardah. Shopee, as the most popular marketplace in Indonesia, offers the convenience of contactless shopping and practical payment methods. This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review (OCR) and promotions on purchasing interest in Wardah cosmetics on Shopee Surabaya. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire with a non-probability sampling method and involved 100 respondents. Data analysis used the bootstrapping method with SMARTPLS 3. The results show that OCR and promotions have a positive effect on purchasing interest in Wardah cosmetic products on Shopee.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) payments are an important source of income for local governments, including the City of Surabaya. PBB plays a strategic role in supporting the financing of infrastructure development, public services, and as a program that is directly related to the needs of the community. However, in practice, the realization of PBB payments is still faced with the challenge of low taxpayer awareness, especially among the general public who do not fully understand the urgency of PBB payments and how to access services provided by the government. Low levels of tax literacy, limited socialization, and disparities in access to digital technology are some of the main inhibiting factors.  This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through a literature study, analyzing secondary data from literature, government documents, and online information to evaluate the impact of service innovation on increasing taxpayer awareness. Along with the development of information technology and the transformation of public services, the Surabaya City Government through the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) has launched various service innovations to encourage public awareness and compliance in paying PBB. These innovations include digitalization of services through the website pbb.surabaya.go.id and the PBB mobile car program that brings services closer to residents' residential areas. However, the effectiveness of this innovation will not be maximized without increasing public understanding and awareness of their tax obligations.

Abstract

The growth of the coffee beverage industry in Surabaya has shown a significant increase, prompting local businesses such as MM Coffee to better understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially in light of declining product sales between 2020 and 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price perception on consumers' purchasing decisions at MM Coffee. A quantitative approach was employed, using Partial Least Squares (PLS) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data analysis conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The study sample consisted of 91 respondents who are MM Coffee consumers in Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via an online questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Similarly, price perception also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings imply that MM Coffee must focus on improving product quality, including aspects such as taste and consistency, while maintaining a fair price perception that aligns with the value offered. Collectively, the two variables explain more than half of the variation in purchasing decisions. This emphasizes the importance of maintaining product quality and building a price perception that reflects the value perceived by consumers

Abstract

Surabaya in 2020 produced 2,091.39 tons of waste per day, based on the assumption of waste generated by each person (Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau, 2020). One of the solutions in waste management in Surabaya City is to promote waste banks. Likewise, RW 01 Gunung Anyar Village experiences problems in waste management. Not only that, the residents of RW 01 Gunung Anyar Village have an icon of butterfly pea flowers, which is an opportunity to form a sustainable and competitive small business, namely Sari Bunga Telang. However, the business is faced with capital costs for business development in its management. This research bridges the gap between the sustainable waste management approach and the empowerment of Sari Bunga Telang. With a better and organized financial system in the form of a bank pass book and income recapitulation in google spreadsheet, it increases the outcome and efficiency in waste bank processing. Not only that, the income also adds to the business capital of Sari Bunga Telang as a contribution to improving the prosperity of RW 01 residents.
