Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam and is considered an instrument that can potentially contribute to the economic development of the Muslim community in Indonesia. However, the current system and management of zakat have not been able to minimize the gap between the potential zakat that exists and the actual zakat that can be collected. This paper aims to examine zakat in its position as fiqh al-ibadat (Islamic jurisprudence of worship) and the consequences of its limited application, if not non-existent. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to complement existing literature by proposing a new solution to the problem of zakat. This empirical legal study employed the maqāṣid al-sharī’ah (objectives of Islamic law) approach. Data were collected by means of interview and literature review from relevant journal articles, books, and websites. The results of the study revealed that there is a need to reposition zakat from fiqh al-ibadat to fiqh muamalat. This will allow for more flexible zakat management that will have a maximum impact on the welfare of the Muslim community. Therefore, it can be argued that from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī’ah, zakat is not only an act of worship related to the purification of wealth, but more than that, zakat can also be an instrument to promote the welfare and economic development of society if it is managed effectively and properly. The change in meaning and paradigm is significant to ensure that the maqāṣid al-sharī’ah can be achieved effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the formation of character in Imam Al-Ghazali's Book of Ayyuha Al-Walad and its influence on the moral education of children. The emphasis on character education is intended to deter negative conduct in children by instilling moral values rooted in religious principles, law, social norms, culture, and tradition. A qualitative research approach, incorporating a literature review, was employed for this investigation, with primary focus on Imam Al-Ghazali's work "Ayyuha Al-Walad," complemented by pertinent literature from scholarly sources. The analysis of data utilized content analysis, and the outcomes were expounded upon in the findings section. The research highlights the significance of character development in Imam Al-Ghazali's book for children's moral education, centering on values grounded in diverse principles such as knowledge, courage, self-preservation, justice, and wisdom. Imam Al-Ghazali's methods of character education encompass precision, guidance, narrative, and habituation, underscoring the importance of instilling ethical and moral values from a young age, avoiding unethical conduct, seeking closeness to the divine, and continual pursuit of knowledge

Abstract

Background: Health is a fundamental human need to be cared for. In order to maintain health of the body, there is one alternative medicine growing around the community, a therapy performed by the prophet Muhammad SAW or commonly known as thibbun nabawi. The example of the prophet’s teaching and actions included in pillars of islam is fasting. Fasting in addition to increase faith and taqwa, can also benefit from the fasting. Objectif: The purpose of this research was for communities to understand fasting and health relationships for the next time being practiced in live. Methods : The research method used was literature review. As for the nature of this studt is a descriptive analysis, which is a regular break from fasting to health, then an explanation is given for the reader to read well. Results: The study result in that fast devoted to disease are called Intermittent fasting. The detoxification process will occur naturally in the human body that regularly performs intermittent fasting, eventually improving its resistance. Conclusion :  The conclusion is that intermittent fasting can improve health status, either improving body immunity and or disease treatment. It must also be offset by implementing a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Naskh dalam Alquran merujuk pada konsep penggantian atau pembatalan ayat atau hukum dengan yang lain. Artikel ini menyelidiki berbagai perspektif ulama tentang naskh, termasuk metodologi interpretasi dan konteks historisnya. Dengan menganalisis ayat-ayat Alquran terkait, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengertian naskh serta dampaknya dalam memahami teks suci bagi umat Islam.

Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan hujjah utama dalam hukum Islam. Sejak awal diwahyukan hingga ayat terakhir diturunkan, seluruh ayat Al-Quran telah dicatat dan didokumentasikan oleh para penulis wahyu yang ditunjuk oleh Rasulullah SAW. Al-Quran yang dimiliki umat Islam saat ini melewati proses sejarah penulisan yang unik untuk dikumpulkan dalam satu mushaf. Agar Al-Quran dapat difungsikan dan isinya dipahami, salah satu ilmu yang diperlukan adalah ilmu rasm Al-Quran. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui definisi rasm Al-Quran, macam-macamnya, kaidah-kaidahnya, serta pendapat para ulama dan kaitannya dengan qiraat Al-Quran dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber pustaka. Rasm Utsmani menjadi penulisan Al-Quran yang tidak dapat diubah lagi karena keakuratan ayat yang telah disepakati secara mutawatir, termasuk ayat yang tidak dimansukh cara membacanya. Mayoritas ulama berpendapat bahwa Rasm Utsmani adalah hasil petunjuk Ilahi, sebagian ulama lain menganggapnya sebagai hasil ijtihad para sahabat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAysa Fitra Aini, (2024): The Development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) to improve the Writing Skills of students MTs Nurul Ikhlas Tabing Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar Riau.This study aims to Development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) to improve the Writing Skills of student MTs Nurul Ikhlas Tabing Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is how The Development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) to improve the Writing Skills of student MTs Nurul Ikhlas Tabing Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar Riau. The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Application, and Evaluation). The population in the study was all Class VIII Students of MTs Nurul Ikhlas Tabing Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar Riau. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, researchers used the formula p = f / n X 100. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Student Worksheet (LKPD) are valid with a percentage of 91% in terms of material, 77% in language and 90% in design. (2) Student Worksheet (LKPD) are effective for improving students' Writing Skills, this can result in t (calculation) being greater than t (table) at degree 1. This shows that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.Keywords: Development, Student Worksheet (LKPD) and Writing Skillsملخصعائشة فطرة عيني 2024: تطوير ورقة العمل الطلاب في ترقية مهارة الكتابة للطلاب بالمدرسة المتوسطة نور الإخلاص كوتو كمبار هولو كمبار رياوهدف هذا البحث لإيجاد تطوير ورقة العمل الطلاب في ترقية مهارة الكتابة للطلاب بالمدرسة المتوسطة نور الإخلاص كوتو كمبار هولو كمبار رياو. أسئلة البحث كيف تطوير ورقة العمل في ترقية مهارة الكتابة للطلاب بالمدرسة المتوسطة نور الإخلاص كوتو كمبار هولو كمبار رياو. طريقة البحث المستخدمة بحث وتطوير بنموذج ADDIE (التحليل والتصميم والتطوير والتطبيق والتقويم). مجتمع البحث لطلاب الصف الثامن بالمدرسة المتوسطة نور الإخلاص كوتو كمبار هولو كمبار رياو. الأدوات التي استخدمتها الباحثة لجمع البيانات هي الملاحظة والتوثيق. وكانت ناتج البحث كما يلي: (١) ورقة العمل الطلاب صالحة من ناحية المواد بنسبة ٩١٪ واللغة ٧٧٪ والتصميم ٩٠٪. (٢) ورقة العمل الطلاب فعالية لترقية مهارة الكتابة للطلاب. ويمكن معرفة ذلك من نتيجة تاء الحساب أكبر من تاء الجدول على درجة ١٪. وهذا يدل على أن الفرضية البديلة مقبولة الفرضية المبدئية مردودة.الكلمات المفتاحية : التطوير، ورقة العمل الطلاب، مهارة الكتابة

Abstract

Learning a foreign language, especially Arabic, will certainly face problems. Among these problems is the students feeling bored and less enthusiastic about teaching and learning activities. It is because of many factors, such as the lack of learning media that teachers use. Arabic vocabulary is very important to learning the Arabic language. Based on the description, the researchers wanted to test an Arabic learning model. I used to model quantum teaching in Arabic vocabulary at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru. In this study, the problems are formulated as follows: 1) Is the use of quantum teaching in Arabic vocabulary at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru influenced? The purpose of this study is 1) to know the influence of using quantum teaching in Arabic vocabulary at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru. In the writing of this research, the researcher uses a quantitative research approach with the types of research experiments to achieve the purpose above. Data collection techniques used are observation and testing. The data were analyzed using descriptive calculations, explaining or exposing data collected in detail, as for the results of the research (1) the influence of using quantum teaching in Arabic vocabulary at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru. These results obtained from observation in experimental classes were quite high, 100%. The Arabic vocabulary effectively uses quantum teaching at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru. The average result of the experimental class is 57%, based on the N-Gain score. Calculation of T-count that is greater than the t-value of 4,836 t-tables with level 2,5% = 2,048 and value level 5% = 1,701 meant that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, using quantum teaching in Arabic vocabulary at Bunayya Grade School Pekanbaru has an influence.

Abstract

Religious practices in Indonesia are heavily influenced by a fiqh-oriented perspective, emphasizing legalistic approaches to various issues. This drives the government to seek legitimacy from religious scholars, particularly through the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and its Fatwa Commission, along with the National Sharia Council (DSN), which play central roles in issuing fatwas on Sharia economics. This study explores DSN-MUI’s methodology in fatwa issuance and its integration of moderation values, focusing on justice and balance. Utilizing textual analysis and data triangulation for validation, the research employs descriptive and evaluative methods. The findings indicate that DSN-MUI employs methodologies such as nash qath’i (definitive textual evidence), qauli (scholarly opinions), and manhaji (methodological reasoning), along with solutions like al-Taysir al-Manhaji (methodological facilitation) and Tafriq al-Halal ‘an al-Haram (differentiation of lawful and unlawful). While fatwas emphasize moderation, practical implementation requires reinforcement through regulations, education, and adaptation to contemporary contexts. This study enriches academic discourse by emphasizing the integration of moderation values in building an inclusive Islamic economy and highlights leveraging technology to enhance fatwa relevance and effectiveness in addressing modern economic challenges.Praktik keagamaan di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh perspektif berbasis fiqh yang menekankan pendekatan legalistik terhadap berbagai isu. Hal ini mendorong pemerintah untuk mencari legitimasi dari ulama, khususnya melalui Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan Komisi Fatwa-nya, serta Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) yang berperan penting dalam penerbitan fatwa ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi metodologi yang digunakan oleh DSN-MUI dalam penerbitan fatwa dan integrasi nilai moderasi, dengan fokus pada keadilan dan keseimbangan. Menggunakan analisis tekstual dan triangulasi data untuk validasi, penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif dan evaluatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa DSN-MUI menggunakan metodologi seperti nash qath’i (dalil tekstual definitif), qauli (pendapat ulama), dan manhaji (penalaran metodologis), serta solusi seperti al-Taysir al-Manhaji (kemudahan metodologis) dan Tafriq al-Halal ‘an al-Haram (pembedaan antara yang halal dan haram). Meskipun fatwa-fatwa tersebut menekankan moderasi, implementasi praktisnya masih memerlukan penguatan melalui regulasi, pendidikan, dan penyesuaian dengan konteks kontemporer. Penelitian ini memperkaya wacana akademik dengan menekankan integrasi nilai moderasi dalam membangun ekonomi Islam yang inklusif, serta pentingnya memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan relevansi dan efektivitas fatwa dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose -This study explores the intersection between pragmatics and non-verbal communication in Islamic educational contexts by analyzing santri gestures and their alignment with the teachings of the kiai as depicted in the Indonesian film Sang Kiai. The objective of this research is to identify types of gestures used by santri and interpret their meaning within the socio-religious framework of pesantren tradition. Methods - Using a qualitative descriptive method with a pragmatic-semiotic approach, the study analyzes selected scenes and gestures from the film and contextualizes them through ethnographic literature on pesantren culture and Islamic education. Findings – The findings reveal that santri gestures such as bowing, walking behind the kiai, avoiding direct eye contact, and sitting humbly are pragmatic expressions of submission, reverence, and learning ethics, deeply rooted in Islamic tradition and local pedagogical norms. These gestures function as non-verbal reinforcement of verbal teachings and play a crucial role in shaping the character of santri. Implications / limitations -This research contributes to the underexplored area of non-verbal language in Islamic educational settings and suggests that gestures in pesantren are an embodied form of religious discipline and moral education. Originality -Still, the study offers a valuable lens for educators, linguists, and cultural researchers interested in the pragmatics of Islamic pedagogy and the role of body language in religious instruction.
