Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of support in the utilization of mobile learning applications among 38 Physical Education, Sports, and Health Teachers in Lahat Regency. Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology through a survey approach, the research encompasses pre-test and post-test assessments. During the pre-test phase, the results highlight a deficiency in teachers' knowledge regarding mobile learning applications, specifically in comprehending their purpose and operational functionalities. Nonetheless, the post-test outcomes signify a significant enhancement, revealing that the teachers developed awareness and proficiency in utilizing mobile learning applications. They demonstrated an improved understanding of the applications' objectives and acquired the necessary skills for their effective implementation. The transition from the pre-test to the post-test phase signifies the success of the provided assistance in bridging the knowledge gap among the teachers. This implies that the intervention, likely delivered in the form of training or guidance, positively influenced the participants' comprehension and utilization of mobile learning applications. The research findings underscore the critical role of targeted support in augmenting educators' familiarity with technology, ultimately contributing to the seamless integration of mobile learning tools in educational settings. Consequently, this study makes a noteworthy contribution to the ongoing discourse on the significance of mobile applications in pedagogy, particularly within the domain of Physical Education, Sports, and Health.Key words: mobile learning, physical education, era 4.0.

Abstract

The implementation of UKS programs with PHBS at SDN Joglo 08 Pagi has been going well, although it still has the problem in implementing the UKS program is that some students who sometimes ignore PHBS and UKS programs. This research aims to knowing the implementation of the UKS program with clean and healthy living habits at SDN Joglo 08 Pagi. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by taking data at SDN Joglo 08 Pagi with the subject and object of research Head School. UKS teachers, students grade three, four, five, and UKS. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was collected by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of UKS programs has been going well, such as the little doctor program runs, immunizations, socialization and counseling are challenged health, both from the national health center and the department of health, every time the program runs is always accompanied by the school commite, although it still has the problem in implementing the UKS program is that some students who sometimes ignore PHBS and UKS programs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the need for the use of learning media in the form of video-based learning media at Senior High School Number 8 Palembang. This research uses quantitative descriptive research and is a form of survey method. The sample for this research was 88 class X students. The data collection technique used was observation and filling out questionnaires. The results of this research obtained a percentage of 95.3% in the Physical Education subject. The results of the analysis of the need for learning media in the form of videos show that in Senior High School number 8 Palembang it is very necessary. The implication of this research is that some teachers find it difficult to create educational materials, so they rarely use media to teach their students and only rely on outdated materials such as explanations and illustrations. Therefore, learning media is needed in the form of learning videos that can make it easier for teachers and students to understand volleyball learning material. The research indicate that a study of students’ requirements for the usage of video-based learning materials, especially in Physical Education subjects, is absolutely essential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran guru belum sepenuhnya menggunakan metode yang tepat saat awal observasi, pada penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran PJOK, dimana guru telah melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang cukup baik dalam beberapa kali pertemuan. Kegemaran siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK juga sudah cukup baik dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua dan siswa serta wawancara kepada guru dan siswa kelas V. Untuk pemeriksa keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi. Pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa kelas V dan 1 orang guru.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of using the Flip PDF Professional e-book for sepak takraw learning among students (large scale trial). This research uses Research and Development by adopting Borg & Gall. In the previous research stage, a needs analysis, small-scale trials were carried out, and in this research, a large-scale trial was carried out on the use of the E-Book Flip PDF Professional Sepak Takraw Learning. The research subjects in the large-scale trial were 30 students in the third semester of the physical education, health and recreation study program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. The results of this research were 84.2% in the Feasible category. Conclusion, is that the sepak takraw e-book is suitable for use for student learning. Keywords: Utilization, E-Book, Large Scale

Abstract

This research aims to produce a digital lower passing test tool based on an Android application at SMP Negeri 55 Palembang. The type of research used is research and development (R&D), which is research that produces a product in the form of a digital lower passing test tool based on an Android application. The sampling technique in this research was all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 55 Palembang who at that time were studying bottom passing material in learning the game of volleyball. The data collection techniques used are product validity test data, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The instruments in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and students' passing tests. The data analysis technique is validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded from the research that the bottom passing test tool is said to be very valid, seen from the validator research results, namely an average percentage of 95% with a very valid category. Based on the student response questionnaire, this lower passing test tool is said to be practical to use with a score of 3.83 with a very positive classification. Based on the results of the bottom passing test, using this tool is effective for use in the learning process. The results of the lower passing test were obtained with an average of 16 in the high category. The conclusion of this research is that the Android application-based digital passing test tool is declared to be very valid in its use, this tool is also practical to use, and this tool is effectively used as a support for learning activities in the game of volleyball. The implementation of the results of this research is that the Android application-based digital passing test tool can be used as intended.

Abstract

The use of technology in supporting learning is currently massive by teachers, one of the latest technologies that is often used is e-books that make it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials. This study aims to evaluate how effective it is to use e-books based on the Flip PDF Professional application for high school students. The approach used is Classroom Action Research, consisting of three cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class X1 SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang. Data collection was carried out through test and observation methods carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in the pre-cycle stage, the classical completeness rate reached 30%, the average score of students was 55.6. Furthermore, the level of completeness increased by 60% and the average score was 72. Cycle II got even better results with the level of classical completeness reaching 66.6% and the average score of students increasing to 81. The conclusion of this study is that the use of e-books based on the Flip PDF Professional application for sepak takraw learning is effective for improving students' academic achievement. The use of this interactive e-book is expected to increase students' interest in learning, understanding of concepts, and skills in Sepak Takraw through a more dynamic, visual, and interactive learning experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing berpasangan terhadap hasil akurasi passing pada pemain putra klub futsal kerung fc. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang pemain. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu tes passing kearah gawang kecil. Dari hasil pengelolaan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji T, bahwa latihan passing berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil akurasi passing pada permainan futsal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t dengan kriteria t hitung lebih besar dari ttabel (12,990 ˃ 1,70) dengan taraf kepercayaan 95 (α = 0,05) dan jumlah sampel (N = 30). Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh latihan passing berpasangan terhadap akurasi passing pemain putra klub futsal kerung fc. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa latihan passing berpasangan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu jenis latihan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan passing dan akurasi passing dalam permainan futsal Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of paired passing training on the results of passing accuracy in male players of the Kerung FC futsal club. The method used in this study is an experiment. Sampling with a sample size of 30 players. The research instrument is a passing test towards a small goal. From the results of data management and analysis using data normality tests and hypothesis tests with the T-test formula, paired passing training has an effect on increasing passing accuracy in futsal games. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the t-test formula with the criteria of t count greater than t table (12.990 ˃ 1.70) with a confidence level of 95 (α = 0.05) and the number of samples (N = 30). The conclusion of this study is that paired passing training has an effect on passing accuracy in male players of the Kerung FC futsal club. The implication of this study is that paired passing training can be used as one type of training to improve passing accuracy and passing accuracy in futsal games.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan footwork terhadap kelincahan mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data untuk mendapatkan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang termasuk dalam probability sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji paired sampel test yaitu dengan analisa dari hasil pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan dengan sampel data yang sama. Instrument yang digunakan adalah illinois agility run test yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut di dapatkan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,989 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara pretest dan posttest. Dari data uji normalitas pretest di dapat dengan nilai  0,103 > 0,05 dan data posttest dengan nilai 0,200 > 0,05 maka data tersebut berdistibusi normal. Uji homogen untuk data prestest dan posttest di dapat sebesar 0,277 yang artinya 0,277 > 0,05 data tersebut bersifat homogen. Di dapat juga data dari uji hipotesis yang digunakan untuk membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,890 dan t tabel sebesar 2,145 dengan nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,012 . Maka dari itu t hitung 2,890 > t tabel 2,145 dan nilai signifikan 0,012 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan e-book sepak takraw berbasis Flip PDF Profesional pada mahasiswa semester ganjil 2024/2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian menggunakan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya semester III A kelas Indralaya berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh adanya peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada ranah kognitif saat pra-test sebesar 40% tidak tuntas secara klasikal dan setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I memperoleh 90,9% tuntas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah E-Book Flip PDF Professional dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.
