Abstract

Pembahasan dalam ilmu fiqih, yaitu hubungan diantara sesama manusia terkait perniagaan semua bentuk muamalah boleh dilakukan kecuali ada dalil yang mengharamkannya. Konsep inilah yang menjadi prinsip pasar modal syariah di Indonesia Artikel ini membahas mengenai perkembangan dan Potensi Pasar Modal Syariah di Indonesia. Dengan rumusan masalah bagaimana potensi dan perkembangan pasar modal syariah Sebagaimana yang diketahui pasar modal syariah adalah pasar modal yang seluruh mekanisme kegiatannya terutama mengenai emiten, jenis efek yang diperdagangkan dan mekanisme perdagangannya telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Efek syariah yang dimaksud adalah efek sebagaimana dimaksud dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang pasar modal yang akad, pengelolaan perusahaan, maupun cara penerbitannya memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah. Sedangkan prinsip-prinsip syariah adalah prinsip yang didasarkan oleh syariah ajaran Islam yang penetapanya dilakukan oleh DSN-MUI melalui fatwa. Potensi pasar modal syariah di Indonesia cukup menjanjikan sebagai wadah dalam investasi dan pasar modal syariah relatif lebih memiliki ketahanan terhadap krisis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of child-friendly schools at the elementary school level, as a form of instilling effective communication between students and teachers. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing several scientific sources, journals, and articles. The implementation of child-friendly schools is a program that is aligned by the government in order to help with problems in the world of education so that a pleasant learning and teaching situation is created in the classroom. The results of the study show that implementing child-friendly schools can improve effective communication between teachers and students. This study shows the importance of implementing child-friendly schools as an effort to improve effective communication between teachers and students as a support for an exciting and enjoyable learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of Strava jokis within the context of digital lifestyle ethics and Islamic economics. Strava jokis refer to the practice where someone pays another person to manipulate their sports activity data on the Strava app in order to gain social recognition on digital media. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to analyze the Strava jokis phenomenon through relevant literature on digital ethics and Islamic economics. The findings indicate that this phenomenon reflects the strong impact of social media on individual behavior, where people often pursue image and social validation while neglecting values such as honesty and authenticity. Social pressure drives manipulative behavior that damages personal integrity and mental health due to the practice of manipulation. The Strava jokis phenomenon contradicts the principles of Maqashid Shariah, and from an Islamic economics perspective, the service of Strava jokis conflicts with fundamental principles such as honesty, justice, and transparency, as it involves deception that harms society and disrupts the social order. Therefore, a stronger ethical approach to the use of technology and social media is needed, emphasizing moral values and Islamic principles to create a more responsible digital lifestyle.

Abstract

IntroductionThe financial industry, including Islamic banks, has been significantly affected by the digital era in Indonesia. Islamic banks operate based on Islamic Sharia principles, offering banking services that comply with Islamic law such as the prohibition of usury (interest) and other Sharia principles. They provide various types of financing, including mudharabah and musyarakah, as well as financial products, such as savings accounts, current accounts, and deposits.ObjectivesThis study examines the role of Islamic banks in developing a sharia-based economy in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era. MethodThis study uses a literature review to investigate the role of Islamic banks in the development of a sharia-based economy. This research involves searching, processing, and analyzing data from various relevant and reliable literature sources. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and key themes based on previous research findings.ResultsIslamic banks play a crucial role in sharia-based economic development and contribute significantly to Indonesia's economic growth. They enhance the investment sector through third-party funds (DPK) and increase financing through the distribution of funds to the public (PYD). Shariah principles, such as murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah, form the basis of financing offered by Islamic banks. Key opportunities include increased accessibility, product innovation and operational efficiency. However, challenges such as Shariah compliance, customer awareness, and cybersecurity were also analyzed. ImplicationsThe results suggest that Islamic banks can design strategies to optimize the benefits of the digital era while addressing its challenges. The findings emphasize the importance of adapting to digital advancements to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the financial industry.Originality/NoveltyThis study provides insights into the integration of Islamic principles with modern banking practices in the digital era. This highlights the dynamic role of Islamic banks in promoting economic growth while adhering to Sharia principles.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are a fundamental aspect that needs to be instilled early in the educational process in elementary schools. However, the application of conventional learning media such as textbooks and worksheets tends to be less supportive of the development of these skills, especially in complex materials such as the solar system. To overcome this, the use of solar system diorama media is considered capable of bridging students' conceptual understanding with more contextual visual and exploratory experiences. Through a constructivist approach, students are given space to be actively involved in observing, discussing, and linking materials to real phenomena, so that their critical thinking skills can be honed more optimally. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of diorama media in improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students and examine students' responses to this learning method. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies that can support the quality of elementary education.

Abstract

Mount Merapi, Indonesia's most active volcano, poses significant threats to the Stabelan Hamlet situated nearby. This study delves into the community's indigenous knowledge, residing about 3 km from Mount Merapi's summit, in confronting volcanic eruption disasters. Employing qualitative methods, the research elucidates local customs and ancestral beliefs crucial for disaster readiness. Interviews provide primary data, complemented by secondary sources like journals and news. Employing purposive sampling, data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model. Findings reveal the Stabelan Hamlet's adeptness in employing local wisdom like creating bonfires, maintaining calm during eruptions, and interpreting dreams as disaster coping mechanisms. This indigenous wisdom not only shapes preparedness but also preserves cultural heritage local wisdom, The community's receptiveness ensures the integration of traditional practices alongside contemporary disaster management strategies mandated by the government.

Abstract

The development of digital services in Islamic banking demands alignment between technological convenience and the values of maqashid al-shariah. This study aims to identify user interest in the Muamalat DIN Mobile Banking application based on maslahah and to analyze the role of its features in building customer loyalty. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design grounded in Islamic consumer behavior theory and the concept of maqashid al-shariah. The results show that interest in using the Muamalat DIN application is influenced by the need for Islamic banking services, religious trust, social demands, and institutional regulatory support. The main features that drive customer loyalty include security, ease of transactions, service benefits, and the function of distributing social funds. All of these features reflect the values of maqashid al-shariah in preserving religion, wealth, and social welfare. These findings confirm that applying the principle of maslahah in mobile banking can enhance the trust and loyalty of Islamic banking customers.

Abstract

Swordsmen and Muslim-majority business people. But based on the facts, there are still many people who violate ethics in trading. The formulation of the problem is how to understand and how apply Islamic business ethics to staple food traders in the Sinjai central market. This study aims to explain the understanding and application of Islamic business ethics exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad saw., to staple food traders in the Sinjai Central Market. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods that are carried out in the descriptive analysis. The study was carried out in the Sinjai patent, the capital of South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that: the majority of staple food traders in the Sinjai Central Market have understood and applied Islamic business ethics as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad saw in trading. This can be seen from the indicators of staple food traders about understanding business ethics reaching 19 people or 95% and staple food traders carrying out an attitude of honesty reaching up to 19 people from 20 informants or 95%. Abstract

UMKM Almeidah di Desa Siwarak, Kecamatan Karangreja, Kabupaten Purbalingga merupakan usaha pengolahan nanas yang memproduksi cenil nanas secara manual. Proses pencetakan cenil yang dilakukan tanpa alat bantu menyebabkan bentuk dan ukuran produk tidak seragam serta menimbulkan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal pada proses pencetakan cenil nanas serta merancang alat pencetak yang ergonomis sesuai kebutuhan pekerja dan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penilaian postur kerja menggunakan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), pengukuran keluhan pekerja dengan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), serta perancangan alat menggunakan pendekatan rasional Nigel Cross yang didukung Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD), Morphological Chart, dan data antropometri pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko muskuloskeletal sedang hingga tinggi, dengan skor RULA sebesar 4 pada aktivitas pencetakan. Rancangan alat usulan berupa sistem pencetak cenil terintegrasi dengan meja, kursi, alat penipis, dan wadah penampung yang ergonomis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan alat pencetak cenil nanas mampu meningkatkan keseragaman produk, memperbaiki postur kerja, serta berpotensi mengurangi risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal dan meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

Transformasi menuju ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital ini banyak dimotori oleh kaum perempuan milenial. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran perempuan generasi milenial dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif kerajinan tangan yang berbasis digital. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha telah memahami posisi mereka sebagai perempuan yang mampu bekerja dan mengelola usaha secara mandiri. Perempuan milenial memiliki peran penting dan strategis dalam merintis usaha, menciptakan produk baru, mengelola bisnis, serta memasarkan produk ekonomi kreatif melalui media digital, seperti membuka bisnis berbasis rumah, mengikuti program inkubasi bisnis atau pelatihan UMKM untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, menghadirkan produk yang mengikuti tren, memanfaatkan fitur analytics Instagram/TikTok/Facebook untuk membaca perilaku konsumen, mengatur customer service melalui WhatsApp Business (auto-reply, katalog produk), dan melakukan live selling untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan konversi penjualan. Pelaku ekonomi kreatif telah merasakan manfaat ekonomi digital yang sangat mendukung pengembangan usaha, serta adanya dukungan pemerintah terhadap wirausahawan perempuan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah dan nasional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam kajian ekonomi kreatif dan studi gender yang dapat memperkaya literatur mengenai peran perempuan dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital yang masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian mengimpilikasikan penguatan konsep bahwa digitalisasi memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendorong partisipasi perempuan dalam aktivitas ekonomi kreatif.
