Abstract

Kecerdasan musikal ialah suatu kecerdasan untuk mengetahui bentuk aktivitas musikal seperti halnya menikmati musik, dan mengingat irama lagu. Kecerdasan musikal pada anak usia dini perlu dikembangkan sejak dini. Adapun salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak dapat melalui live music performances. Adapun tempat kegiatan Live Music Performances yaitu PAUD Among putra, Dealova caffe, Noms Choffe, dan Resto taman Joglo. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis kecerdasan musikal pada anak usi 0-6 tahun melalui live music performances di daerah Jepara. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan mengambil pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tiga indikator dengan mengambil data dari lembar observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu anak usia dini yang usianya 0-6 tahun menjadi informan buat mengetahui latar belakang dari permasalahan yang berjumlah satu anak perempuan. Reduksi data, display data dan yang terakhir diambil Kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan. Adapun penjelasan hasil di penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa analisis kecerdasan musikal anak melalui aktivitas live music performances sudah berkembang secara optimal. Hal tersebut terlihat dari tercapainya indicator yaitu anak sudah mampu bermain dengan alat musik, peka dengan suara musik, mampu mengekspresikan diri dengan menyanyi. Musical intelligence is the intelligence to know forms of musical activities such as enjoying music and remembering the rhythm of songs. Musical intelligence in young children needs to be developed from an early age. One way to improve children's musical intelligence is through live music performances. The venues for live music performances are PAUD Among Putra, Dealova Caffe, Noms Choffe, and Taman Joglo Resto. This research aims to analyze musical intelligence in children aged 0–6 through live music performances in the Jepara area. This research uses descriptive research methods and takes a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used include three indicators: observation sheets, interview guides, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were young children aged 0–6 years who became informants to find out the background of the problem, which consisted of one girl. Data reduction, data display, and finally the conclusion drawn are the results of the analysis of the data used. The explanation of the results in this research explains that the analysis of children's musical intelligence through live music performance activities has developed optimally. This can be seen from the achievement of indicators, namely that children can play with musical instruments, are sensitive to the sound of music, and can express themselves by singing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the STEAM approach based on Busy Book media in increasing learning effectiveness. We will explore the effect of using Busy Books on students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. In addition, we will also identify the advantages and limitations of this approach. In this study, we will use a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Literature study, also known as literature review or literature review, is a systematic process of gathering, evaluating, and analyzing literature sources that are relevant to a particular research topic. A literature study is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of previous research, existing thoughts and findings, and knowledge gaps that still need to be filled.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about "child-friendly schools in elementary schools". The purpose of the research is to guarantee efforts to fulfill children's rights and minimize the occurrence of acts of violence against children and provide quality education for children. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The method used in this study uses a library research method or approach. The data collection technique used in this article is to review journals, books, and literature articles that are appropriate to the research problem. The findings from the data collection process are documented to then be analyzed and presented descriptively. The hopes to be achieved from this research are 1.) to be able to find out the effectiveness of child-friendly schools in realizing the hopes of the nation. 2.) aims to provide strengthening, understanding and instilling and implementing Pancasila values. 3.) provide knowledge and understanding to children/students to practice and implement Pancasila values.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the discipline of students with special needs (ABK) with a focus on the role of peer influence. The discipline of ABK students is a crucial aspect of inclusive education development, and the role of peers is considered to have a significant impact on their discipline levels. The research method involves a literature review (library research). The results indicate that peer influence can either positively or negatively affect the discipline of ABK students. Peers providing support and understanding can enhance the motivation of ABK students to maintain discipline. On the other hand, peers who are less tolerant or demeaning can hinder the creation of a conducive educational environment. Certain factors such as understanding the special needs of students, teacher training, and family roles have also proven to influence the discipline of ABK students. The importance of integrating inclusive approaches into the school curriculum and the active involvement of peers in supporting ABK students is urgent. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of understanding and enhancing the role of peers in shaping the discipline of ABK students. By considering factors such as understanding the special needs of students and the role of the family, more effective strategies can be developed to create an inclusive educational environment that supports the discipline of ABK students.

Abstract

Creativity is a process to discover and produce new things that can originate from anywhere. Children between the ages of 5-6 have a self-centered creative growth that can be stimulated by games and art. Using ecobriking media is one technique to help kids who are 5-6 years old develop their creativity more. Ecobrick are a plastic waste management innovation that contains small pieces of plastic waste in used plastic bottles wich are usually used as bricks to replace building materials and can be used as a learning medium. This aims to reduce plastics waste that is difficult to decompose.  This research aimed to analyze the creativity of children age 5-6 years through using ecobrick media. This research involved 18 children age 5-6 years as a participants. This research employed a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data were obtained by using data triangulations,an observation sheet, an interview, and documentation. The data analysis conducted using an interactive model by Miles and Huberman interactive model consist of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verifiying. The findings demonstrated that children show act of clean-up mentality and are capable to make creative work of a toy airplane, out of ecobrick media according to the indicators of creative thingking skills: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration.   ABSTRAK    Kreativitas adalah proses untuk menemukan dan mendatangkan hal baru yang dapat muncul dari mana saja. Perkembangan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun berpusat pada diri sendiri yang dapat distimulasi melalui pendekatan karya seni dan permainan. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun yaitu pemanfaatan media ecobrick. Ecobrick merupakan inovasi pengelolaan limbah sampah plastik yang berisi potongan - potongan kecil sampah plastik ke dalam botol plastik bekas yang biasa dijadikan sebagai batu bata pengganti bahan bangunan dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi sampah plastik yang sulit terurai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun ditinjau dari media ecobrick. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 18 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Citra Kusuma Kecapi. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi data meliputi, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan interactive model dari Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah anak menunjukkan sikap menjaga kebersihan dan anak mampu membuat karya kreatif pesawat mainan dari media ecobrick berdasarkan indikator berpikir kreatif diantaranya, kelancaran, kelenturan, keaslian, dan elaborasi.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation for the progress of society and individuals, Basic education is very important to build students' knowledge and skills, especially in the field of science. Conventional methods, such as the use of illustrations and textbooks, are often not interesting and interactive. Digital technology presents new opportunities in learning innovation, including by utilizing augmented reality (AR). This study aims to analyze and evaluate the use of interactive media based on augmented reality (AR) in learning the topic of animal classification based on their type of food. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources, including journals, articles, and relevant research reports in the last five years. AR-based interactive media offers an innovative and immersive learning experience, allowing students to interact directly with virtual objects in the form of three-dimensional (3D) visualizations. The results of the study show that the use of AR can improve students' understanding of the material, increase engagement in learning, and provide a more interesting and contextual learning experience. In addition, AR media is considered effective in helping students identify animal characteristics based on eating habits, such as herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores. This study concludes that the integration of AR in science learning at the elementary school level has great potential to improve learning effectiveness.

Abstract

Reading ability is a basic skill that every elementary school student must have, because through the reading process, children can learn various subjects better. The purpose of this study was to analyze the emotional involvement of elementary school students when reading adventure stories. Emotional involvement as a learning tool has been proven effective in increasing student interest and motivation, supporting the development of social and emotional skills, and improving critical and analytical thinking skills. The role of teachers and parents is very important in encouraging children's emotional involvement. Teachers can create a collaborative classroom environment, choose interesting books, and parents can set aside special time to read with their children at home. Teachers and parents need to work together to ensure that children get the support they need. This also has a significant impact on curriculum development, as interesting and relevant adventure stories are included in the curriculum to create a positive learning environment and encourage children's emotional involvement.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has changed the way students access information and learn, making digital libraries an important resource for digital literacy learning in primary schools. This research aims to explore the role of digital libraries in enhancing digital literacy learning of primary school students. The methods used included a literature study and a survey of students and teachers in several primary schools. The results showed that digital libraries not only provide easy access to various information sources, but also provide tools and platforms that support the development of students' critical, analytical and creative skills. In addition, the digital library serves as a collaborative space that encourages interaction between students and teachers and between students and other learning resources. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating digital libraries into the school curriculum to maximise the learning potential of digital literacy among primary school students. Thus, the utilisation of digital libraries is expected to improve the quality of education and digital literacy skills of students in today's information age.

Abstract

This research aims to explore outdoor classroom management strategies as an effective contextual learning approach in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. The method used is qualitative research, library research, by collecting data from books, scientific journals and related articles. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to formulate concepts and strategies for implementing outdoor learning. The research results show that outdoor classes can increase students' mental and physical engagement, encourage the development of critical thinking skills, collaboration, and character traits such as responsibility and concern for the environment. Outdoor learning also helps students connect theoretical concepts with real experiences. Although the benefits are significant, challenges such as weather, limited facilities, and lack of teacher skills need to be addressed through teacher training, contingency planning, and collaboration with local communities. Comprehensive evaluation and the use of triangulation methods can increase teachers' understanding of student learning outcomes. With the right support, outdoor classes can be an innovative and sustainable learning strategy that supports the formation of an intelligent and adaptive generation.

Abstract

Communication is a very important activity in life, including in the context of education. This study aims to explore the level of communication between students and teachers and its impact on the learning atmosphere. In education, effective communication between teachers and students plays a key role in forming a smooth and conducive learning process. This study shows that a two-way relationship between teachers and students can improve students' understanding of the material and learning motivation. The results of the study convey that communication barriers, such as language disparities and an unsupported learning environment, can interfere with the learning process. Therefore, it is crucial to identify these barriers in order to apply effective tactics to overcome them and improve the quality of learning. A friendly, concise, and attentive teacher communication style has been shown to create a more enjoyable and productive learning experience. This study also emphasizes the importance of shared communication that can influence students' emotions and empathy, as a result of creating a conducive and effective learning atmosphere. Overall, this study is needed to contribute theory and practice to understanding the dynamics of communication in education, and as a basis for teachers to improve the quality of communication in the learning process.
