Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial ratios on profit growth at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero). The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, using balance sheet and income statement data from 2012 to 2023 as the sample. The analysis results indicate that all variabel meet classical assumption test, including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The multiple linear regression analysis using the ttest (partial test) show that Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) do not affect profit growth, while Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant impact on profit growth. Furthermore, the F-test (simultaneous test) confirms that Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) collectively influence profit growth.

Abstract

This writing aims to find out citizenship education in Indonesia on The present era. This civic education is responsible for building the character of the nation Indonesia so that Indonesian citizens can be good, intelligent, and virtuous in accordance with Pancasila. This civic education is very important in the level of education, starting from elementary school To college. However, citizenship education in this younger generation experienced Decline. The lack of moral ethics of good manners is a turmoil in current conditions. Therefore, Education Citizenship depends not only on the school or campus environment, but also on the environment Home to the wider community so that the younger generation can apply this citizenship education In daily life in accordance with the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Pemberian kredit merupakan aktivitas krusial dalam dunia perbankan karena berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan bank. Namun, proses ini tidak bebas dari hambatan, seperti penyalahgunaan kredit dan kemacetan pembayaran, yang dapat mengganggu stabilitas operasional bank. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis kredit yang teliti untuk menilai kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pemberian kredit oleh PT. Bank BCA Tbk kepada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan, mencakup rasio likuiditas (Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio), rasio aktivitas (Inventory Turn Over dan Receivable Turn Over), serta rasio leverage (Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity, dan Time Interest Earned). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik dan mampu memenuhi kewajibannya. Hal ini didukung oleh kesadaran hukum perusahaan, kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup melalui program CSR, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pangan. Dengan demikian, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dinilai layak menerima fasilitas kredit dari PT. Bank BCA Tbk.

Abstract

Loyal customers have a relatively permanent, long-term fanaticism towards an item from the company of their choice, do not want to switch to another product, and even influence other parties to use that product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of product quality on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that the coefficient value is 0.727, so it can be said that the product quality variable and the customer loyalty variable have a strong correlation. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the coefficient of determination value is 0.529, so it can be said that 52.9% of the customer loyalty variable is influenced by the product quality variable, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research. From the results of hypothesis testing, the Z-count value (7.57) is greater than the Z-table (1.96), so H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted. Thus, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya

Abstract

Service quality is a dynamic state that is closely related to products, services, human resources, as well as processes and the environment that can at least meet or even exceed the expected service quality. Purchasing decisions are an integration process used to combine knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors and choose one of them. The problem examined in this research is the role of service quality in the purchasing decisions of e-commerce users at the Tunas Baru school. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used is an associative quantitative method via an online questionnaire. The total sample was 51 Tunas Baru High School students from a population of 108 students taken using nonprobability sampling techniques with an incidental sampling approach. The research results show that service quality plays a role in purchasing decisions by 30.5%. The solution that researchers can provide is to further improve human resources (HR) in providing services to prospective buyers who want to buy or just ask questions. Because getting good quality service will make potential customers feel satisfied. Consumers will feel satisfied if they get good service or as expected. By providing good service, apart from being able to play a role in purchasing interest and making purchasing decisions, it can also make buyers turn into customers which will help us promote our shop.

Abstract

Integrated learning helps students understand disciplines holistically, such as integrating history into mathematics education, combining physics concepts and information and communication technology (ICT), integrating religious knowledge with social subjects, and applying sports knowledge in learning. The journal also highlights the important role of foreign languages in the understanding of science and the relationship between art and natural science. The integration of science not only enhances students' understanding of mathematical principles and ICT skills, but also shapes their character, develops an understanding of social and spiritual values, and increases awareness of cultural diversity. Through the integration of knowledge, students can be ready to face future challenges with a broader perspective. The method of data collection in this journal is carried out through an approach that utilizes relevant sources, ensuring the accuracy and linkage of data with the research subject..

Abstract

Kondisi fisik adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi seorang atlet dalam meningkatkan prestasi pada setiap cabang olahraganya secara optimal, dan bisa dikatakan menjadi dasar untuk keperluan yang tidak bisa ditunda dan ditawar tawar lagi dalam prestasi olahraga. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik yang memiliki oleh atlet pada sekolah keberbaktan olahraga. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif, kemudian dalam hal pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Subjek atau sampel yang digunakan adalah atlet tenis meja sekolah keberbakatan olahraga berjumlah 12 atlet diantaranya 7 atlet laki laki dan 5 atlet perempuan. Data diperoleh dari tes pengukuran komponen fisik, adapun tes yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data penelitian di antaranya vertikal jump untuk mengukur power (otot tungkai), lari 30 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan tes ini diukur dengan satuan detik. Shuttle run untuk mengukur kelincahan tes ini diukur dengan satuan detik, back and leg dinamometer, Sit and Reach dan daya tahan menggunakan tes MFT (multi stage fitnes test). Fisik Atlet tenis meja sekolah keolahragaan riau dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil tes kondisi fisik sekolah keolahragaan riau pada atlet tenis meja menunjukkan hasil yang beragam, tetapi secara dominan kondisi fisik atlet berada pada kategori Sedang yaitu sebesar 50,00 nilai yang diperoleh dari jumlah keseluruhan item test.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya Artificial Intelligence (AI), memberikan peluang besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam pembelajaran masih menghadapi kendala, terutama terkait keterbatasan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran digital di SMA N 1 Bireun. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung penggunaan berbagai aplikasi berbasis AI untuk perencanaan pembelajaran, pengembangan media ajar, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran digital. Guru menjadi lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam merancang materi pembelajaran serta lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran digital dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Used cooking oil can disturb health if used continues, and the waste can damage of environment if discarded, therefore prevention is needed through processing (recycling) of used cooking oil to economic products, for example, hand soap. This research was the manufacture of hand soap using the waste of cooking oil, olive oil, and KOH as raw materials. The aim is to determine formulations of raw materials on good hand soap on organoleptic tests, pH, microbial inhibitory zones, humidity and irritation levels, and foam height. The formulations between used cooking oil and olive oil are F1 (125 g and 125 g), F2 (150 g and 100 g), F3 (175 g and 75 g), and F4 (200 g and 50 g). This study begins with the manufacture of hand soap using the experimental method, continued by testing the inhibiting zone of growth of Propionibacterium acne bacteria, moisture content, irritation level, foam height through descriptive tests with analytical observational, organoleptic, and pH. Results are all formulas of hand soap have strong effectiveness in inhibiting microbe growth, distinctive organoleptic, moisturizing, and anti-irritation. The foam height has met with SNI 06-4085-1996, however, the pH value has larger than the pH of SNI 06-4085-1966. The best hand soap preparation is Formula 1 (F1) because it has a pH value that is close to the pH value of SNI.
