Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, fingerprint merupakan alat teknologi yang membantu untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan serta jajaran pengajar dalam hal kehadiran. Dalam pendidikan, kedisiplinan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan hasil yang optimal. Fingerprint sudah banyak diterapkan di lembaga-lembaga sekolah yang berfungsi untuk melatih karyawan-karyawannya terutama jajaran pengajar dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan mengingkatkan efektifitas kinerja. Kriteria untuk mengukur efektif penerapan sistem absensi finger print yakni pencapaian target, kemampuan adaptasi, kepuasan kerja, Tanggung jawab Organisasi dapat melaksanakan mandat yang telah diembannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Untuk mendapatkan kelengkapan data dan informasi yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian maka yang dijadikan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Penulis simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan pola matriks IFAS dan EFAS yang telah dilakukan maka dapat di ketahui kondisi SMKN 4 Jakarta dalam menggunakan teknologi fingerprint sebagai otomatisasi daftar hadir pengajar yaitu (1) Dengan menggunakan fingerprint, daftar hadir pengajar menjadi efektif dan kedisiplinan pengajar menjadi meningkat. (2) Dengan menggunakan fingerprint, mengerjakan pekerjaan menjadi lebih tepat waktu. (3) Fingerprint memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi sehingga meminimalisir kecurangan pada daftar hadir pengajar.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of mothers who are members of Posyandu in RW 1 Kayumanis Village, Bogor City. The extension method was decided to be the method for this activity, with socialization activities as the activity that started the extension activities, then mentoring was carried out. This community service activity takes place from January to July 2023, with activity stages: Stage 1 (January 2023): Socialization of activities through RW Management and PKK Posyandu Cadres, Stage 2 (February 2023): Stunting education to PKK Posyandu Cadres, Stage 3 (March-May 2023): Prevention Assistance Stunting through Handling Food Materials and Managing Household Finances in Posyandu RW Activities (distribution of brochures and advice regarding the contents of the brochures), Stage 4 (June - July 2023): Evaluation of Activities through interviews and questionnaires. This community service activity has been able to increase understanding of mothers Posyandu members in RW 1 Kayumanis Village, Bogor City. This is indicated by the results of the questionnaire after the activity, in addition, interviews before and after the activity was carried out. Henceforth, it is recommended to provide assistance to the implementation of the socialization material provided, as well as the area coverage of the activities carried out.

Abstract

In managing Housing Environmental Maintenance Contributions (IPL), it is necessary to create an Expenditure Budget Plan (RAB) because it forms the foundation for formulating financial strategies and schedules for housing operational activities. Errors in the Expenditure Budget Plan (RAB) can have a negative impact on the entire process, resulting in financial setbacks and activity delays, therefore it requires accurate calculations and estimator’s skills in complying with current information and standards. Community Service Activitiey (PKM) was carried out at the Jade Park Serpong 2 Housing Complex in January 2024 to February 2024, at this stage the socialization of activities was carried out to the administrators of the Jade Park Serpong 2 Community Association, besides that we also provided accompaniment in the process of preparing and making the Expenditure Budget Plan with Ms.Excel. As well as providing socialization to residents to be orderly in paying their monthly contribution obligations. In the final stage, an evaluation was carried out with discussion after the training had been completed to find out the extent of the participants’ absorption of the material they had received.

Abstract

Marketing Mix is ​​a marketing strategy integrating several vital elements to achieve business success. This strategy involves 7P elements: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. This research explores the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy at the Tiga Lima Convenience Store in Tangerang City, which is a profitable fashion business in the long term because the need for clothes never decreases. This study aims to analyze how the Marketing Mix strategy can increase sales volume in the store and create customer satisfaction. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and inductive analysis. Data was collected through documentation and direct interviews with related parties. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of implementing the Marketing Mix strategy in the context of fashion stores. These findings will provide insights for entrepreneurs in optimizing their marketing strategies so that they can achieve success in the clothing business.

Abstract

PT Karya Serasi Jaya Abadi sebuah perusahaan yang melakukan produksi kelapa sawit menjadi Crude Palm Oil. Pada saat proses produksi membutuhkan material pendukung yaitu material pelumas di antaranya Shell Omala S2 G 220, Shell Omala S2 G320, Oil Shell Turbo T 68, Turalik 52, Oil Rored Had 90, Grease Neutron 099, Grease Neutron 088 HT, Shell Gadus S2 V100 yang merupakan kategori material stok rutin yang sering dipakai secara terus menerus oleh pabrik. Material Pelumas ini berfungsi sebagai pendukung mesin-mesin di pabrik untuk melakukan proses produksi Crude Palm Oil di Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit, Kurangnya pelumas  dapat mengakibatkan penghentian proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan persediaan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mencapai operasional yang optimal. Ada beberapa permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain overstocking, stockout, dan kurangnya metode manajemen inventaris yang digunakan oleh Gudang pabrik minyak kelapa sawit. Studi yang dilaksanakan ini mempunyai untuk mengidentifikasi dampak bagaimana metode EOQ diaplikasikan pada suatu perusahaan dengan cara membandingkan  total biaya persediaan hasil metode EOQ dan jumlah biaya keseluruhan pengelolaan persediaan perusahaan. Kuantitas pesanan optimal, safety stock, frekuensi pemesanan, titik pemesanan kembali, persediaan maksimum dan minimum, serta total biaya penyimpanan yang  dikeluarkan perusahaan. Studi yang dilaksanakan ini memakai delapan pelumas yang paling banyak diminati dan dalam stok atau overstock. Kemudian  dilakukan perhitungan untuk delapan jenis pelumas berdasarkan metode EOQ dan kondisi kebijakan perusahaan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini membuktikan teknik EOQ dapat digunakan lebih efisien  dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan dalam hal pengelolaan persediaan, dimana dengan penerapan metode EOQ perusahaan mampu mengurangi total biaya persediaan berskor Rp. 1,839,646,159.64 atas tingkat efisiensi berskor 77,9% dalam satu tahun, begitu pula nilai total biaya persediaan dengan kebijakan perusahaan berskor Rp.2,360,611,952.67.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah/ UMKM berperan dalam membantu pemerintah dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. UMKM memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah maupun pendapatan negara, termasuk pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Namun UMKM perlu ditingkatkan kapabilitasnya dengan kemampuan terhadap manajemen persediaan dan akuntansi sederhana, supaya dapat mengendalikan atau mengevaluasi kegiatan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan sebanyak satu kali pelatihan secara daring karena dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid. Pelatihan berupa pemberian materi dan praktikum. Kemudian dilakukan pendampingan terhadap para peserta kegiatan selama 2 bulan (Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020). Dari kegiatan pendampingan, diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini efektif, karena para peserta mampu memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan persediaan serta pembuatan laporan keuangan dalam kegiatan usaha bisnis UMKMnya.

Abstract

In the context of business and consumer behavior, this paper explores the impact of Debt Level, Market Orientation, and Financial Literacy on Consumer Behavior and Microenterprise Financial Performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Debt Level, Market Orientation, and Financial Literacy in managing financial risk, shaping consumer behavior, and improving financial performance of small firms. The study utilizes a comprehensive analysis of key elements including Debt Level (Amount of Debt, Debt Interest Rate, Duration of Debt, and Debt to Asset Ratio), Market Orientation (Market Segmentation, Marketing Strategies, and Customer Satisfaction Level), and Financial Literacy (Knowledge of Interest and Interest Rates, Understanding of Investments, and Ability to Manage Budgets). The study examines the managerial and consumer implications of these factors. The findings suggest that wise debt management is crucial for maintaining positive consumer relationships and achieving good financial performance. Similarly, understanding the market, employing relevant marketing strategies, and focusing on customer satisfaction are important for shaping consumer behavior and improving financial performance. Additionally, improving financial literacy at both individual and organizational levels positively impacts consumer behavior and financial performance. This study highlights the importance of Debt Level, Market Orientation, and Financial Literacy in the business and consumer ecosystem. It emphasizes the need for awareness, education, and wise management for achieving positive consumer relations and financial success. The study provides valuable insights for firms to improve their financial performance while meeting consumer needs and encourages consumers to make wiser financial decisions.

Abstract

PT Integra Energi Group is a company engaged in outsourcing, focusing on the oil and gas sector. As a company, PT Integra Energi Group requires goods and services to support its operational activities, so the role of procurement is very important, and the procurement team needs to ensure that the procurement process runs efficiently. To support an efficient procurement process, it is necessary to select vendors effectively and objectively. Therefore, it is essential to determine the priority criteria considered in vendor selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP facilitates the comparison and evaluation of multiple criteria. Based on this, the objective of this study is to determine the criteria and sub-criteria at PT Integra Energi Group in the selection of procurement vendors and to determine the priority of criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on interviews and questionnaires with five respondents directly involved in the procurement process at PT Integra Energi Group, it can be concluded that there are six criteria and four sub-criteria in goods procurement at PT Integra Energi Group. Weighting was then performed using Expert Choice software with the paired comparison method. In the procurement of goods at PT Integra Energi Group, the criterion with the highest weight is quality, with a weight of 0.389. The second most important criteria are price, delivery, safety, ethics, and vendor location. The company can use the criteria and sub-criteria described in this study for vendor selection, considering the level of importance to ensure that vendor selection is conducted objectively and systematically.
