Abstract

One of the highest contributors to the unemployment rate based on educational level is the high school level. The unemployment rate in West Bangka Regency is 4.77%, higher than the unemployment rate in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province of 4.63%. SMA N 1 Muntok, one of the schools in West Bangka Regency, has 62 students at risk of not continuing to college in 2024. These 62 students are at risk of becoming unemployed because high school is not designed as an educational level that prepares its graduates for specific skills. This problem needs to be addressed by providing training to students, one of which is the development of digital entrepreneurship skills. This is because high school students are not equipped with specific skills during school. This is different from Vocational High Schools (SMK), which are designed to prepare graduates for the world of work. There are three stages to implementing the training: preparation, training, and follow-up. In the training stage, the material provided discusses the use of the Canva application in designing flyers, creative videos using the CapCut application, and the use of Google Sites to create simple websites to maximize the reach of various business products. The training resulted in seven group projects: six flyer designs using Canva and one creative video using CapCut. The training objectives were successfully achieved, demonstrated by an increased understanding of the importance of utilizing various creative applications, which are highly beneficial for marketing entrepreneurial products.

Abstract

Child stunting remains a major public health challenge, reflecting the long-term effects of inadequate nutrition, limited maternal education, and restricted access to health services. However, most existing studies rely on correlational analysis, leaving the underlying causal mechanisms insufficiently understood. This gap limits the development of effective interventions, as policymakers require evidence on how determinants interact causally. To address this issue, this study applies two causal discovery algorithms Greedy Equivalence Search (GES) and Peter Clark (PC) to identify causal relationships among eight key determinants of stunting using secondary data from the West Bangka District Health Office (2024). The variables include anthropometric indicators, maternal characteristics, and environmental conditions. Causal assumptions such as causal sufficiency, acyclicity, and faithfulness were imposed to ensure identifiability of the resulting graphs. Model performance was evaluated using Directed Density (DD) and Causal Density (CD) metrics. GES generated a parsimonious causal structure highlighting maternal education, posyandu visits, and exclusive breastfeeding as dominant causal candidates affecting height-for-age (TB/U) and weight-for-age (BB/U). In contrast, the PC algorithm produced a more complete and dense structure, achieving DD = 1.0 and CD = 0.12, compared with GES (DD = 0.80; CD = 0.10). These results indicate that PC is more exploratory in mapping complex causal interactions, while GES offers a simpler and more conservative model. Collectively, the findings demonstrate that combining score-based and constraint-based discovery approaches yields complementary insights into the mechanisms driving stunting.

Abstract

Bahasa Bangka merupakan bahasa ibu yang umum digunakan oleh siswa MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa pada kehidupan sehari-hari, Mayoritas siswa-siswi MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa yang berasal dari keluarga penutur Bahasa Bangka sering sekali mengalami kesulitan dalam beralih penggunaan ke Bahasa Indonesia, yang utama untuk keperluan akademik bagi siswa. Hal ini menciptakan adanya kendala dalam memahami materi pelajaran yang menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar utama. MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa belum mempunyai materi-materi pembelajaran yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan Bahasa Bangka dengan Bahasa Indonesia. Kebanyakan buku-buku pelajaran hanya tersedia dalam Bahasa Indonesia tanpa ada kalimat dalam Bahasa Bangka, sehingga memungkinkan siswa sering mengandalkan pemahaman pribadi atau bantuan guru untuk bisa memahami istilah kata-kata yang sulit. metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dipilih karena mampu mempercepat proses pembuatan aplikasi dengan tetap menjaga kualitas sistem melalui pendekatan iteratif dan kolaboratif antara pengembang dan pengguna. Aplikasi kamus digital yang mengintegrasikan terjemahan dan konteks antara Bahasa Bangka dan Bahasa Indonesia bisa menjadi solusi pembelajaran yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak - Website program studi memiliki peran penting sebagai media informasi resmi dan sarana pendukung kegiatan akademik, namun website Program Studi Teknologi Informasi Universitas Bangka Belitung sebelumnya memiliki berbagai keterbatasan seperti tampilan yang tidak modern, navigasi kurang efektif, tidak responsif, serta pengelolaan konten yang masih manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan modernisasi website tersebut menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur, implementasi sistem berbasis PHP Native 8.2 dengan pola MVC, serta pengujian fungsional dan usability. Sistem baru dibangun dengan fitur inti berupa Content Management System (CMS), autentikasi multi-role, keamanan berlapis (CSRF, prepared statements, hashing kriptografi), antarmuka responsif, serta struktur informasi yang lebih terorganisasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan baik melalui 45 skenario black-box testing, performa sistem stabil dengan rata-rata waktu respon 1,2 detik, dan seluruh mekanisme keamanan berhasil menahan serangan umum. Evaluasi usability menggunakan System Usability Scale menghasilkan skor 80,5 (kategori Excellent), menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa sistem mudah dipahami, efisien, dan nyaman digunakan. Dengan demikian, modernisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi akademik, memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna, dan memperkuat citra digital Program Studi TI UBB secara signifikan.Kata kunci : modernisasi website; sistem informasi akademik; PHP Native; UI/UX responsive; Waterfall; keamanan web; usability testing; Abstract - The study addresses the limitations of the previous Information Technology Study Program website at Universitas Bangka Belitung, which suffered from outdated design, poor navigation structure, non-responsive layouts, and manual content management. This research aims to modernize the website using a software engineering approach based on the Waterfall model, covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The new system was developed using PHP Native 8.2 and a simplified MVC architecture, integrating core features such as a Content Management System (CMS), multi-role authentication, layered security mechanisms, and a responsive UI/UX aligned with modern web standards. Functional testing using 45 black-box scenarios demonstrated full feature reliability, while performance testing confirmed stable response times averaging 1.2 seconds under concurrent load. Security evaluation showed full resistance against common attacks including SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, and brute-force attempts. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 80.5, categorized as “Excellent,” indicating that users found the system intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. Overall, the modernization successfully enhances academic information services, strengthens digital visibility, and provides a more robust and user-friendly platform for the Study Program.Keywords: website modernization; academic information system; PHP Native; responsive UI/UX; Waterfall model;, web security; usability evaluation;

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder in toddlers that can result in a height that is not proportionate to their age. Between 2016 and 2024, many studies have discussed factors related to stunting. However, these studies generally only use correlation analysis, which indicates the level of closeness of the relationship between variables. Correlation analysis can indeed describe the existence of an association, but cannot explain the causal relationship. Therefore, the causal mechanisms underlying these factors have not been fully revealed. This study aims to model the causal relationship of the factors that cause stunting. This study uses the Peter-Clark algorithm to obtain the direction of the causal relationship. The results of this study show a relationship between Height(TB.U)/Weight(BB.U), Integrated Health Post Visits/Height(TB.U), Height(TB.U)/Mother's Education, Age of Marriage/Mother's Education, Immunization/Family Members Smoking in the Home, and Exclusive Breastfeeding/ Integrated Health Post Visits. The Peter-Clark algorithm in this study successfully identified a causal relationship based on a comparison of performance using directional and causal density of 67%. These results are quite informative, but 34% of the relationships remain undirected. Therefore, additional data, domain assumptions, or advanced algorithms, such as FCI or GES, are needed to determine their direction.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengembangan platform pasar online berbasis mobile untuk Pasar Pagarawan menggunakan metode Spiral. Metode ini memungkinkan pengembangan perangkat lunak secara evolusioner dengan memperhatikan umpan balik pengguna untuk memastikan kecocokan sistem dengan kebutuhan. Sistem yang dirancang bertujuan mengatasi kendala pasar tradisional seperti jangkauan pelanggan yang terbatas dan penyaluran barang yang sulit. Platform Pasar Online ini mengintegrasikan fitur-fitur seperti katalog produk, manajemen stok, dan metode pembayaran (transfer dan COD). Penggunaan diagram UML, termasuk Use Case, Activity, Class, dan Sequence Diagram, mendukung proses perancangan sistem. Platform ini mampu memperluas jangkauan pelanggan, meningkatkan efisiensi perdagangan, serta memberikan kemudahan transaksi bagi pembeli dan penjual. Kesimpulan dari proyek ini adalah bahwa digitalisasi pasar tradisional dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing pasar lokal di era digital. Dengan pengembangan lebih lanjut, platform ini diharapkan mampu menjadi model referensi untuk penerapan serupa di daerah lain.
