Abstract

This This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance in the service of providing pawn loans at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit Pangkajene Branch, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population and sample in this study were customers who used pawn credit services as many as 97 people and used saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using frequencyandpercentagetables. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance in the service of providing pawn loans at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit of the Pangkajene Branch Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was good with an average percentage of 85.25%. While the factors that affect the effectiveness of services providing pawn credit services at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit of Sidenreng Rappang are good with an average percentage of 80.08% seen from service procedures, settlement time, service fees, service products, facilities and infrastructure and officer competence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program. The population in this study is as many as 3,745 people in the village of Rappang, where the sample used is Probability Sampling with the Easy Rawak Sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 97. The data collection techniques used are observation, inquires, bragging, and studies. Libraries and Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing using SPSS 16.0 and Likers Scale. The results of this study show that the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program is 55.1% in the poor category. Factors that affect the effectiveness of the covid-19 control program are 59.5% with the "not good" category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK ​RISKA, 0910580419022. Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 20 Tahun 2019 Tentang Sistem Online Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di Kecamatan Watang Pulu Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang (dibimbing oleh ibu Erfina dan ibu Monalisa Ibrahim). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui implementasi peraturan bupati nomor 20 tahun 2019 tentang sistem online pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah di Kecamatan Watang Pulu Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dinas badan pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Watang Pulu, Pegawai kantor kelurahan/desa Kecamatan Watang Pulu yang berjumlah 53 Orang. Teknik pengmbilan sampel mengunakan sampel jenuh adalah menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel dengan hasil 53 orang. Tipe penelitian ini Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, Kuisioner, danStudi Pustaka. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliability dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21.0 dan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 20 tahun 2019 Sistem Online Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah Khususnya Tempat Hiburan Malam di Kecamatan Watang Pulu Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi variabel implementasi berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan presentase 58%. Adapun faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi yaitu 58,8% dan terdiri dari faktor komunikasi sebesar 16,0%, faktor sumber daya sebesar 12,2%, faktor Disposisi sebesar 12,9% dan Struktur Birokrasi sebesar 17,7%. Jadi, Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 20 Tahun 2019 tentang Sistem Onine Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah Khususnya Tempat Hiburan Malam di Kecamatan Watang Pulu Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang belum berjalan dengan semestinya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Management Functions to Fishers Income in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang Regency and To determine the factors that affect the Application of Management Functions in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang District.The population in this study is the total number of fishermen in the village of Lagading is 106 people. Sample 51 people, taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, koesioner and literature study. Data analysis using likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management functions are in the less good category that is 51% of fisherman's income is in good category that is 72%, while the factors that influence the implementation of management functions in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 70 % are in either category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of government officials at the Botto Mallangga Village Office, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The research population consists of 1,955 community members who have visited the village office for administrative purposes. The study employs an associative quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents selected through non-probability sampling. It examines two key variables: variable X (organizational culture) and variable Y (government officials' performance). Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis involves validity and reliability tests with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence on government officials' performance. Recapitulation results show a percentage of 62.75% for organizational culture and 68% for performance, both categorized as good. Factors affecting organizational culture and their impact on performance also scored 65%, classified as good. ANOVA test results reveal an F value of 23.719 with a significance level of 0.000, confirming that the independent variable has a significant impact. With an R square value of 20%, the study suggests that 80% of government officials' performance is influenced by other variables outside this research.

The Effectiveness of Village Apparatus Performance on Village Fund Planning in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, (guided by Mrs. Monalisa Ibrahim and Mr. Muhammad Ikbal).
