Abstract

The application made is a decision support system to determine the best suppliers based on delivery time and payment terms as well as determining the recommended items to increase the stock. The application is web-based with the PHP programming language and Fuzzy methods Tahani model. The results of the implementation of  this  application  consists of six main modules, namely Purchases, Sales, Stock, User, Supplier and Decision Support Systems. In the purchase module, there are three  parts: purchasing, goods receipt, and billing. Purchasing module is a log from transaction of goods order that has been made to suppliers, whereas the goods receipt describes the goods  received  from  suppliers based on the previous reservation, and billing is the recording data of payment based on the goods that have been received. Sales module is the management of sales data. Stock is the master data items management. The users and suppliers module contains the data management user application and Mustika Sport supplier. Decision support system module is divided into two parts, namely the addition of stock recommendations based on the amount of goods bought and sold, and the determination of the best suppliers based on payment terms and delivery time.  Keywords:  best supplier, decision support systems, fuzzy, recommended products.

Abstract

Bebras Challenge is a competition for elementary to high school students to educate informatics and computational thinking, followed by sixty countries all over the world. Bebras Indonesia Community in coordination with the International Bebras Committee holds the challenge yearly. Indonesia has participated in the Bebras Challenge since 2016. Faculty of Information Technology Maranatha Christian University as a Bebras Bureau has also been involved in the challenge since 2016. To prepare students for Bebras Challenge, Maranatha Bebras Bureau holds a teacher workshop yearly. The Teacher Workshop supports teachers to strengthen students in practicing Bebras tasks. Data on students who participated in the Bebras Challenge at Maranatha Bebras Bureau indicates increasing numbers from 2016 until 2020. This paper describes a service learning for mentoring teachers and students in the Bebras Challenge, which was held in the pandemic year 2020. Teacher mentoring was using a service learning approach, where the lecturers provided training to the teachers and then the teachers would share their knowledge back to their students. There were advantages and disadvantages of the execution during the pandemic. Although in a distance learning condition, teachers and students were still enthusiastic to participate in Bebras Challenge. The number of students who followed the 2020 Bebras Challenge nearly five times compared to 2019 in the Maranatha Bebras Bureau. The scores of elementary school students who followed the challenge showed very good results. On the other side, the results of junior and senior high school students were not as good as the scores of elementary school students.

Abstract

Program Gerakan Pandai yang digagas oleh Bebras Indonesia dengan dukungan Google bertujuan untuk membuat guru mulai menjadi guru penggerak dalam menyemaikan dan menumbuh-kembangkan kemampuan Computational Thinking (CT). Melalui gerakan PANDAI ini, diharapkan guru mengenal CT dan memperkenalkan CT kepada para siswa, sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan  berpikir komputasional yang bersifat kritis dan kreatif. Biro Bebras Maranatha menjalankan program Gerakan Pandai dalam dua batch yang dimulai pada bulan September 2020 sampai dengan Desember 2021. Pelatihan guru  batch1 diikuti oleh 148 guru, sedangkan batch2 diikuti 394 guru. Indikator guru yang berhasil menerapkan kemampuan CT adalah guru yang melaksanakan  paling sedikit 4 sesi microteaching dalam dua semester. Guru yang tuntas melakukan microteaching untuk batch1 ada 110 orang (74%), dan batch2 ada 184 guru (47%), dengan persentase rata-rata 60.5% untuk seluruh batch.

Abstract

Konsep computational thinking (CT) diperlukan dalam dunia digital saat ini agar setiap orang dapat belajar dan bekerja secara cerdas. Untuk membangun kembali interaksi antar guru dan siswa yang terkendala pada saat pandemi Covid 19, maka interaksi yang efektif antar guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran pasca pandemi dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan CT dalam pembelajaran.  Pelatihan CT untuk guru-guru SDK 6 BPK Penabur dilakukan dengan tujuan agar setiap guru dapat menerapkan konsep CT dan aktivitas unplugged dalam pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif. Pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan secara luring pada 15 Maret 2024 dan 22 Maret 2024, diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta. Setelah materi konsep CT, Bebras task, dan aktivitas unplugged disampaikan, guru diberi tugas kelompok untuk membuat rencana penerapan CT dalam mata pelajaran serta membuat rencana aktivitas unplugged untuk membantu siswa dalam menerapkan CT dalam persoalan sehari-hari. Hasil dari tugas kelompok yang dibuat peserta menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sangat baik dalam penerapan CT dan aktivitas unplugged. Sebagian besar peserta berpendapat penerapan CT sangat bermanfaat untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar untuk melatih anak berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah di kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at Maranatha Christian University. Currently, scheduling is still done manually. Scheduling process takes quite a long and exhaustive, as the secretary of the department needs to ask the willingness of faculty, and compare each lecturer teaching schedule so it does not clash with other lecturers. As part of Maranatha Christian University, the Faculty of Information Technology would like to shorten its preparation time to arrange faculty teaching schedule and to adjust to the schedule provided by each lecturer. This application will be developed with Java (desktop), PHP (web) programming language, and MySQL database.

Along with the progress of the technology nowadays, there are so many information systems which have already used computerized system. But there are still many companies or organizations out there which have been using manual system until now. One of them is JC Bandung, one of the biggest teens church community in Bandung. They still use manual system to handle their problems. So there are too much troubles to handle both in technically and directly. Abstract

The purpose of this system development is to help a beauty salon to maintain their loyal customers and new customers do not choose other competitors with the promotion feature, help to keep a record of sales transactions and purchase transaction, help to do a point redeem of member, help to manage treatment and product data, provide purchase transaction report, and provide a reminder to restock the product which has reached the minimum amount. The application has two users which have a different role to access the application, where Owner role is able to do sales transaction, manage treatment data and sold product data, record purchase of a product, and manage automated promotion system, and cashier role is only able to do sales transaction.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at Maranatha Christian University Bandung. One of the study programs in the Faculty of Information Technology is Informatics Engineering Department. Nowadays, the management of Final Project and Final Project Seminar is still managed manually. In this research, we did this research to digitalize any documents and scoring grades by using this system for student’s final project. This causes the data management process related to the process of recording and completing the final project relying only on Microsoft Excel. In this research, an analysis and application design carried out to assist the process of recording the journey of students in completing the Final Project Assignment. The result from this research is an application prototype that can be used by course coordinators to manage grades of final project and final project seminar. This application is a web-based, built using PHP with Firebase database.

Abstract

Maranatha Christian University Bandung is one of the universities in Indonesia that has a Faculty of Information Technology. In the Faculty of Information Technology there is an Informatics Engineering Study Program. The thing that underlies this research is that there is currently no integration between the Practical Work courses and the Final Project courses. For this reason, this research will try to analyze and design one application that will be carried out. The hope of this research is to help the process of submitting practical work topics and students' final assignments so that data is integrated and the recording process is better because it uses a web-based application. This application is a web-based application so it can be used anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology, Maranatha Christian University or known as FIT-UK Maranatha has produced many alumni since its establishment in 2002. The recording of alumni data is currently not well managed where the data collected by the faculty is based on the latest information provided by alumni before final presentation or graduate briefing events. It is the hope of the faculty to have a special website-based application that can accommodate alumni data so that the faculty can still communicate with alumni and fellow alumni, while also getting the latest information related to current industry needs. This research will create a web-based application where the application can record alumni data, friendships between alumni, record the data of open job vacancies at the company where alumni work that can be seen by other alumni. The website will be made using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework, for data storage will use mySQL.
