Abstract

Supervisors are direct supervisors of leaders and operators who have duties and responsibilities, namely providing direction or work planning in accordance with existing SOPs in the company and monitoring the work of leaders and operators properly. In this study, so far the company in evaluating the performance of the supervisor is done manually, that is, the company only judges based on the length of time the supervisor has worked. In fact, the supervisor's performance appraisal is an ineffective performance appraisal. Therefore, the company must make several other performance assessments such as Length of Work, Leadership, Communication, Discipline and Attendance. In evaluating the supervisor's performance, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The method used in this study is the COPRAS method with ROC weighting. The calculation of the COPRAS method with ROC weighting can produce the best alternative, namely alternative A2 on behalf of "Budiman Sianipar, ST" with a value of Ui = 100

Abstract

Student ambassadors are students who are chosen as the right hand of the teachers to lead other students, where these student ambassadors must have advantages that are far from other students, where the selection is through a selection process. With this student ambassador, it is expected that the teacher's task is to direct and secure other students both in terms of order and obedience to school rules. The large number of participants made the committee feel overwhelmed in choosing the ambassadors. To get a solution to the problem of selecting the student ambassador, a decision system is needed that can help find a solution to the selection of student ambassadors. Decision Support System (DSS) is a stage in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. DSS can work optimally if using the method. In this study, the authors chose the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. The results of this study obtained that the best Student Ambassador was alternative A5 on behalf of Ucok with a value of 0.4054 as the first rank.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most difficult social problems to be solved by the Indonesian government, even in other words, the problem cannot be eliminated. So that the Indonesian government seeks to reduce the level of poverty by making social assistance programs to people who have economic problems. There are many aid programs set by the Indonesian government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for the decision of the recipient of the family of hope. In determining the decision of the recipient of the right family program, it must meet the criteria for Poor Card Ownership, Employment, Income, Number of Dependents and Home Ownership Status. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods which can generate weight and preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. . So that the recipient of the family of hope program lies in alternative A2 on behalf of Joko Sutirno with a value of 1.0000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the superior students in a school based on the achievements of the students. To solve this problem, the writer uses the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. MOORA is a relatively simple method that can rank a number of alternatives by subtracting the previously weighted benefit and cost criteria. The results showed that the highest ranking value was found in alternative A1 with a result of 0.1906 and followed by alternative A2 with a result of 0.1901.

Abstract

Cases of patients infected with bacteria still exist today, this is due to the lack of public attention to the reasonableness of clean air in the room. Air humidity is needed by living things, the impact of the absence of air humidity levels such as dryness and air turbidity that is too high will cause uncomfortable conditions for living things in the surrounding environment and will increase bacteria and viruses. Currently the estimated idea to overcome its spread prevention is to design a tool that can work automatically by utilizing embedded system technology as a trigger component to get the input value of air humidity levels and can communicate with the ATMega328 AVR microcontroller board for further processing to carry out its work. The reason for this research is to design and build a wheeled humidity robot that is equipped with a mist generator component as an essential part to generate steam and automatically runs humidifying the air in every room that needs it

Abstract

The development of modern technology makes it possible to make a more advanced tool. The health sector as one of the important components of life also does not escape the support of technology. One of the implementations is the design and manufacture of a system for measuring temperature and oxygen levels in the body. Measurements are made using the fingers to detect oxygen levels and the hands to detect the temperature without injuring the body. This measuring instrument uses the MAX30100 sensor, MLX90614, Arduino Uno, 16x2 LCD with I2C and Buzzer. This tool is able to measure temperature and oxygen levels with a buzzer as a sound indicator if conditions are not appropriate / abnormal

Abstract

The Chating application is a virtual communication service either through messages, voice calls, or video calls that can assist in conducting online lectures during a pandemic. There are many types of applications that can be used to communicate during online lectures. Such as the Telegram application, Whatsapp application, Discord, KaKaoTalk, Line or WeChat and other social media applications that can be used to communicate personally or in groups. However, these applications have their own advantages and disadvantages that can affect the comfort and optimization of learning. Therefore, to determine the best Chating application, each alternative must have its own criteria as a requirement for the optimization of the application. As in this study, the authors added some data as criteria, namely Group Support, Member Capacity, Security, Account Privacy and Services provided by the application. Which, each criterion has a predetermined weight and is carried out with a settlement process using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method for the ranking process. From calculations using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, it will produce sequential alternatives from the highest to the lowest. The alternative value which is Qi or the highest ranking will be used as an alternative recommendation for chat applications that will be used as a tool to support online learning during the Covid pandemic.

Abstract

Cancer is a deadly disease that is often experienced suddenly. Cancer is suffered not only among adults and the elderly, but even small children who are just born can also suffer from cancer. There are many types of cancer that have almost the same symptoms but different types and there are also levels of seriousness (danger) of these cancers, ranging from common cancers to malignant cancers that have significant changes to the body. There are many types of cancer, one of which is breast cancer, which is more common in women. This type of cancer often occurs in adult women and the elderly. In this study, to facilitate the diagnosis of breast cancer, a classification method was applied. By making an early diagnosis can reduce the mortality rate, previous diagnosis is done by utilizing image media (PET scan and CT scan) which takes a long time so it is considered less efficient. The classification algorithm used is gradient boosted trees. The test was carried out using the rapidminer application as a tester to determine the accuracy of the algorithm and also the AUC size obtained using information gain. The final result after applying the gradient boosted method produces an accuracy rate of 58.52%, this is considered less effective to use so this algorithm is not suitable to be used as a prediction of breast cancer. Precision of 64.25% and recall of only 69.44%.

Abstract

In an increasingly sophisticated era and increasingly modern life, entertaining content makes Broadcasting a promising job field. This resulted in many people being interested in broadcasting. Broadcasting is a job related to broadcasting. All parties who participate in broadcasting, both cameramen, presenters, content creators, writer creators and so on. Broadcasting is usually useful for those who want to upload videos to YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram and so on. Broadcasting selection is done manually, it will take a long time and a lot of effort. Therefore a decision support system is needed in order to assist interested parties in choosing the best Broadcasting. In using a decision support system using this ranking method, the method used is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. Based on the calculation results from the MAUT method, a result of 0.6731 is obtained with the alternative A7 On behalf of Bintang Simanjuntak as the best alternative that deserves to be accepted as Broadcasting.
