Abstract

This study was conduted with the aim of knowing the factor that influence capital structure in Tourism and Creative Economy Sector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Quantitative approach method with a sample size of 16 companies using purposive sampling. The reaaearch method is multiple linear regression analysis with data methods and test tools using Eviews 12. The results showed that asset structure and profitability had no effect on the capital structure of the Tourism and Creative Economy sector companies.

Abstract

The slow and gradual congestion of roads with private vehicles has prompted the government to take quick action to address this issue. Preventive and even curative measures have been planned and carried out to minimize the accumulation of private vehicles. The government has a breakthrough in creating public transportation aimed at reducing the use of private vehicles. Certainly, something is needed to integrate the community as a means for them to reach their desired destinations. Not only integration, but also a breakthrough with adequate infrastructure and transportation modes that are of good quality, competent, flexible, and do not interfere with existing roads. Therefore, in Jakarta itself, there is a public transportation called the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) which is used as an answer to the problem. According to the reputation obtained from data collected from the public, the advantage of this transportation is not only its ability to integrate the community, but also the infrastructure or construction that has a concept of being underground and several facilities that have good quality are some of its advantages.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain whether there is a significant influence of compensation on the performance of TKBM cooperative employees. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine employee performance. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive (descriptive research) using observation and questionnaire research methods. The author uses quantitative research techniques because researchers use statistical tools to manage questionnaire results. Data collection was carried out through observation and questionnaires and the data analysis method used descriptive analysis.

Abstract

The KRL Commuter Line is an alternative transportation facility emphasized by the government to address congestion issues in the Jabodetabek area. The primary focus of this research is on the utilization of the KRL Commuter Line by Jabodetabek commuters, who make up the largest group of commuters in Jakarta. This research is concentrated on the analysis of the KRL Commuter Line's public transportation in Jabodetabek with the main objective of assessing its effectiveness in addressing congestion problems in Jakarta. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, and data is obtained through literature research. The research results indicate that the utilization of the KRL Commuter Line in Jabodetabek to address congestion in Jakarta is considered successful, assessed through three main dimensions: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation.

Abstract

Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal which is a company in the field of special terminal services for vehicle stacking. This research aims to find out what are the factors that affect the process of receiving activities of international terminal vehicles. In operational activities at the international terminal at PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal, there are several obstacles that can affect receiving activities. In the process of receiving vehicles at the international terminal gate, there are several factors that can hinder the receiving process and loading and unloading planning. This factor will certainly hinder the Receiving Process and Planning of Loading and Unloading so that it is inefficient and slows down the Receiving Process time at the gate and Load Planning activities in the international terminal field.

Abstract

Passenger ships play an important role in sea transportation and island crossings. Effective tariff setting in passenger ship operations can influence revenue, profits and customer satisfaction. This research aims to evaluate the tariff setting strategies implemented by shipping companies in the context of their passenger ships Evaluation of tariff setting strategies to increase passenger ship revenues can be carried out using ship operational cost analysis, unit rate analysis and fare revenue analysis which greatly influence the level of public service and the current passenger ship service fee is the tariff during the pilot route since the fuel price increase policy was issued. Research can determine the minimum tariff that can cover ship operational costs and the tariff that can be paid by service users.

Abstract

The ship's berthing time may not be in accordance with the predetermined plan due to a lack of personnel for ship berthing activities. Considering this situation, ports have certain time limits, thus causing problems with ship waiting times at the port. The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence ship waiting times at Tanjung Wangi Port. The research was conducted at Tanjung Wangi Harbor for six months from August to December 2022. The source of data obtained is qualitative descriptive data, namely data obtained in the form of information resulting from discussions, both oral and written. The survey results revealed that the waiting time for ships at Tanjung Wangi Port was caused by a lack of communication and information at the time of departure, as well as bad weather due to the influence of the season in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch. This study used a survey method with questionnaires as a data collection instrument that was disseminated to customers of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch. Service quality is measured through various dimensions such as responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. While customer loyalty is assessed through aspects of loyalty, recommendations to others, and intensity of service use. Data analysis was conducted using regression techniques to determine the extent to which service quality contributes to customer loyalty. The results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the factors that influence customer loyalty in the service industry and provide recommendations for improving service quality to maintain and increase customer loyalty at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine whether the service performance of Manggarai Station meets the minimum service criteria and determine the significance of service performance for station visitors using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The data for this research came from surveys, direct observation, and a review of related literature. The researcher then used quantitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques to conclude the results. 50 people filled out questionnaires over two days. According to the results, every station under construction meets minimum service standards, including having accessible toilets for people with disabilities. Manggarai Station users give high marks to the facilities and services provided by the station. Customers think that well-maintained facilities and services can greatly enhance a brand's travel experience. Therefore, to make Manggarai Station more friendly and aesthetic for new arrivals, services and facilities must be improved regularly.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world, with a coastline of 81,000 km, consisting of several large and small islands, stretching between a total of more than 17,499 islands, with a total area of 7.81 million km2, consisting of: 2.01 million km2 of land, 3.25 million km2 of ocean. The Sea Toll Programme in Indonesia has had a significant impact on logistics efficiency in the country. The programme aims to improve connectivity and logistics efficiency by operating large vessels on a regular and scheduled basis from West to East Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and uses secondary data from the Ministry of Transportation and related agencies. The results showed a decrease in logistics costs after the implementation of the Sea Toll Programme. This decrease in logistics costs is due to an increase in ship carrying capacity, a decrease in freight costs, and a decrease in overall logistics costs. High logistics efficiency is very important for Indonesia as it is a key factor in improving the competitiveness of a country. With high logistics efficiency, logistics costs can be reduced, and the products and services produced can be more competitive in the global market.
