Abstract

Pelabuhan digunakan untuk tempat kapal sandar serta daerah perpindahan intra dan antarmoda transportasi juga naik turun penumpang, bongkar muat barang, yang melingkupi terminal serta daerah berlabuh kapal. Manajemen Risiko merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam pengawasan terharap kegiatan yang ada disekitar demaga petikemas koja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semikuantitatif dengan desain penelitian observative analitik. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan formula perhitungan pada setiap variabel yang dipakai untuk menilai gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen risiko dan dapat mengindentifikasi bahasaya yang ditimbulkan bila terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa TPK Koja perlu meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan manajemen risiko, memperbaharui rancangan manajemen risiko mereka, serta menyiapkan sumber daya yang mumpuni dalam pelaksanannya

Abstract

The development and development of industry in Indonesia continues and is now faced with competition in the era of globalization. The development of this industry also occurred in the Indonesian port logistics industry. With the era of globaliasasi, the logistics industry must undergo changes to achieve better goals. One of the changes that occurred was the change in technology to the logistics industry at the port. This research aims to analyze the Impact of Changes in Logistics System Technology in Ports. This research uses Qualitative Descriptive methods with data collection techniques through Literature Studies and data analysis techniques with Inductive Approaches. The results show that the impact of technological changes that occur in the logistics system at the port has a quite positive impact on workers, because it makes it easier for workers to operate ports and is able to compete at the global level and can contribute to lower national logistics costs.

Abstract

People around Jakarta need transportation for mobility when leaving and returning to activities. This research includes quantitative research because the ultimate goal of this study is to test and show the influence between variables using statistical data analysis techniques. Assurance is the behavior and service provided by officers such as politeness, skill, and intelligence in answering questions given by users, this can make users trust KRL transportation services. Based on the survey results, it was found that services that were considered not to provide maximum service to their users, namely the Train Travel Punctuality Guarantee so that there was connectivity of KRL schedules with other modes of transportation.

Abstract

This article discusses challenges and solutions in improving transportation access for rural communities. These challenges include limited transportation infrastructure, limited access to public transportation services, limited access to private vehicles, and lack of driver skills. To solve the problem, the government can invest in transportation infrastructure, expand transportation service networks to rural areas, provide special financing schemes for private vehicles, and provide driver skills training. Thus, it is hoped that transportation access for rural communities can be improved and their quality of life can improve..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on SiCepat Ekspress delivery services. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research aims to develop a mathematical model, where this research does not only use theory taken from literature or theoretical studies, but it is also very important to build hypotheses that have a connection with the natural phenomena to be studied. The direction and focus of the research are aimed at describing and describing objectively and logically the characteristics of the phenomenon or social symptoms studied in this case is the quality of SiCepat Ekspress delivery services for the Rawamangun Branch. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.

Abstract

AbstrakPemerintah daerah menjadi salah satu pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam mengambil peran untuk mewujudkan hutan konservasi berdasarkan UU No. 41 Tahun 1999. Melalui peraturan pemerintah daerah, peraturan tersebut menjadi acuan untuk pelestarian alam pada tingkat daerah. Beberapa contoh kebijakan pemerintah yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam pelestarian alam, seperti Program Seruling (siswa peduli lingkungan), fokus utama dari program ini adalah meningkatkan peran serta siswa dalam pelestarian alam di lingkungan sekolah sehingga menjadi lebih asri dan nyaman. Kedua ada Program Apel (aparat peduli lingkungan) yang mana fokus utamanya adalah aparatur pemerintah dengan kegiatan penanaman pohon yang dilakukan setiap kenaikan jabatan serta peringatan hari besar daerah dan nasional. Ketiga, Program Pepeling (pengantin peduli lingkungan) yang fokusnya adalah program kerjasama dengan Kantor Urusan Agama di setiap kecamatan dengan mewajibkan setiap calon pengantin yang akan menikah menyumbangkan 10 bibit pohon yang diserahkan dan akan ditanam oleh dinas teknis yang membidangi lingkungan hidup. Keempat, Program Car Free Day yang fokusnya berkaitan dengan berkegiatan yang tidak menggunakan kendaraan yang bermesin, kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari libur. Kata Kunci: Konservasi, Pemerintah, Hukum, Aturan AbstrakThe local government is one of the parties responsible for taking the role of realizing forest conservation based on Law no. 41 of 1999. Through local government regulations, these regulations become a reference for nature conservation at the regional level. Some examples of government policies that involve the community in nature conservation, such as the Seruling Program (students care about the environment), the main focus of this program is to increase student participation in nature conservation in the school environment so that it becomes more beautiful and comfortable. Second, there is the Apple Program (environmental care officials) in which the main focus is government officials with tree planting activities that are carried out every promotion and commemoration of regional and national holidays. Third, the Pepeling Program (environmentally caring brides) whose focus is a collaboration program with the Office of Religious Affairs in each sub-district by requiring every bride and groom to be married to donate 10 tree seedlings which will be submitted and will be planted by the technical service in charge of the environment. Fourth, the Car Free Day Program which focuses on activities that do not use motorized vehicles, this activity is carried out on holidays.

Abstract

The loading process at TPK Koja is the activity of loading or transferring cargo from the pier to the ship. Meanwhile, the usage process at TPK Koja is the activity of unloading or transferring cargo from the ship to the wharf. In the current reality, the many problems that occur during the loading or discharging process that are not in accordance with the procedure will affect the smooth running of the process. This problem is basically caused by various factors. The results of this observation aim to find out what things affect the smooth loading and unloading process and can reduce the risk of accidents or other emergencies.

Abstract

Jakarta the capital has several problems due to population density, one of which is traffic congestion. One of these problems is due to the increase in direct driving and the fact that road users do not follow the traffic rules when using private vehicles. Due to the congestion in Jakarta, the government of Jabodetabek Transport Management Board (BPTJ) Ministry of Transport (Kemenhub) launched a public transport service with the concept of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or Transjakarta was created to reduce the vehicles, which can be a problem solver to overcome traffic congestion in Jakarta. The analytical method of this article is investigates the perceptions of Transjakarta users and investigates the needs of transport users. From this study, it can be concluded that Transjakarta is probably able to provide safer, faster and more convenient public transport services.

Abstract

Aurat is one of the things that must be considered for a Muslim woman. Allah commands every Muslim woman to cover her aurat as best as possible to avoid unwanted things. The existence of rules made by Allah is none other than to maintain the dignity and safety of a Muslim woman. This article will discuss the dress code in the code of ethics of UIN North Sumatra relating to Quranic verses or propositions. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between Qur'anic verses or propositions with the dress code of UIN North Sumatra. This study uses literature study research which reviews previous journals and reads several references to find the important points needed by the author in writing this article. The result of this study is that the rules used and applied by UIN North Sumatra regarding the dress of a Muslim woman are very closely related to the verses and hadith in Islam.

Abstract

The decrease in production and the rise in the price of protein feed haveincreased costs and financial pressure on fish farmers. Data from theMinistry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries shows production costs have risenby 2.13%. This research aims to provide an alternative to high-protein feedby using suckermouth catfish as an ingredient. The study uses a Researchand Development approach with a 4-D model (define, design, develop,disseminate). The sample includes two catfish per participant. Data wascollected through monitoring, questionnaires, and expert reviews, using afour-point Likert scale. Results indicate 60% of volunteers observedincreased fish growth, 66.7% stated fish health was very good, and 53.3%reported increased feed consumption. However, 66.7% of volunteers ratedwater quality as poor. Despite this, 60% rated the physical and nutritionalquality of the alternative feed as good, and 53.3% rated the benefits andcost as very good. In conclusion, using suckermouth catfish as analternative feed ingredient can reduce feed costs and improve catfishgrowth and health, though water quality management needsimprovement. These findings offer hope for fish farmers to tackle risingfeed prices with a more affordable and sustainable solution.
