Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the recruitment and selection process of PT. Gokkomirai Indonesia has an impact on employee performance. This study was conducted quantitatively, with samples taken using the random sampling method and the Slovin formula. A total of 250 employees responded and 192 samples were taken. The results showed that recruitment variables affected employee performance partially and significantly, with significance values of 0.002 < 0 > 1.652 in t table. Selection variables also affect employee performance partially and significantly, with significance values of 0.000 < 0 > 1.652 in t table. In the simultaneous test (f), both variables affect employee performance simultaneously, with significance values of 0.000 < 0 > 1.652 in t table. In the simultaneous test (f), recruitment and selection variables affect employee performance together, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0 > f-Table 2.65. Selection (X1) and recruitment (X2) variables contributed 64.3% to employee performance (Y). Hiring and selecting employees has an impact on the performance of PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia, Indonesia. The method used was descriptive quantitative. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, while data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents from the cleaning service department, which were then analyzed for partial and simultaneous effects using path analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. The results showed that: The effect of job satisfaction on OCB is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing results in a value of t> t-table or (3.786> 1.992) and a probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H1 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on OCB. The effect of organizational commitment on OCB is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing produces a value of (4,903> 1,992) and a probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H2 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on OCB. The simultaneous test results of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positive and significant to OCB. Hypothesis testing results in (82.0502 > 3.12) and a probability of 0.000 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that job satisfaction partially affects OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia. Organizational commitment affects OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia, and simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect OCB at PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Service. In this particular investigation, a quantitative descriptive approach was used. It is estimated that the total number of employees working at the Karawang Regency DPPKB is 39 people (both population and sample). For the purpose of testing our hypothesis, we used SPSS version 25. Research findings show that organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, as indicated by a t value of 2.028 and a significance value (sig) of 0.002, lower than the acceptable threshold of 0.05. The t-calculated value of the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance is 2.882, the t-table value is 2.028, and the significance level (sig) of 0.007 is also smaller than 0.05. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a partial influence on employee performance. This shows that organizational culture and satisfaction at work where employees operate have a positive and large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, human resource management has a very crucial role in increasing the efficiency of resource use within the organization to achieve common goals. In this case, the influence provided by competence and teamwork supports the optimization and improvement of employee performance. Therefore, this research aims to find out, analyze and explain the influence of Competency and Teamwork on Employee Performance. The research method used is verification analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in this research was using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique because the sample size was less than 100 people, so all members of the population were sampled. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 45 respondents from Karyamukti Village employees, Lemahabang District. Then, the data analysis method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of the discussion in this research show that there is a correlation between the Competency and Teamwork variables. There is a partially significant positive influence of each variable between Competence and Teamwork on Employee Performance. And there is also a significant positive influence simultaneously on the Competency and Teamwork variables on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The method used was quantitative descriptive sampling, which used saturated sampling, while obtaining data was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 53 employee respondents BKPSDM who then analyzed the influence partially and simultaneously using Path Analysis of the coefficient of determination as well as testing the t test and f test. The research results show that: the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance is positive and significant, so the compensation path coefficient is 0.888, which means that compensation is greater than the motivation variable, namely 0.172, which means that motivation has a greater influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that compensation partially influences the performance of Karawang Regency employees BKPSDM. Motivation influences employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Regency and simultaneously compensation and work motivation influence employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia bisa di tempuh dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu hal yang diangap berhasil selama ini adalah dengan melalui pendidikan yang bersifat formal seperti Pendidikan di sekolah baik dasar, menengah, atas dan pendidikan tinggi. Selain itu ada juga pendidikan non formal yang biasa dilakukan di masjid/mushola yang mengajarkan pengajian anak anak (masdrasah), dimana penekanan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia lebih di arahkan ke aspek sikap, perilaku atau di sebut Pendidikan karakter selain memberikan pemahaman ilmu ilmu keagamaan yang sangat berguna bagi perseta didik sebagai bekal untuk mengembangakan dirinya di masa depan. Selain itu, ada juga Pendidikan lain yang bisa dijadikan media untuk membentuk dan mengembangankan sumber daya manusia yaitu Pendidikan non akademis seperti Pendidikan keterampilan. Pendidikan ini biasanya di lakukan oleh pihak pihak yang memiliki tanggungjawab moral untuk dapat mendidik dan mengarahkan peserta didik nya agar memiliki keterampilan tertentu. Keterampilan tersebut bisa berupa keterampilan tangan, keterampilan berorganisasi, membangun kerjasama tim atau berinteraksi dengan sesamanya dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, anak usia dini
