Abstract

Produsen kuliner Pempek Syifa didirikan dimasa pandemic Covid-19 sebagai alternatif usaha ditengah pembatasan social dimasa pandemic Covid-19. Berdiri sejak awal April tahun 2021 lalu, usaha telah banyak konsumennya, dan memberikan tambahan penghasilan bagi keluarga. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu apakah ada pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk pempek tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan para konsumen pempek Syifa sebagai objek penelitian. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel 50 konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data oleh angket kuesioner. Dan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik digunakan sebagai analisis data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a key indicator in assessing the quality of healthcare services, particularly within the National Health Insurance (JKN) system, which aims to provide equitable access to healthcare for all Indonesian citizens. In the context of patients as consumers, understanding the determinants of satisfaction is crucial for improving service quality and maintaining public trust. This study is a literature review that aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing patient satisfaction based on findings from eleven relevant scientific articles. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The review shows that service quality dimensions such as responsiveness, assurance, and empathy consistently have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Additionally, factors such as perceived service equality between BPJS and non-BPJS patients, institutional image, and prior service experiences also affect satisfaction levels. These findings indicate that patient satisfaction is not only determined by technical aspects of service but also by relational aspects and perceptions of fairness. Therefore, improving service quality oriented towards patients' needs and expectations is essential to support the successful implementation of JKN sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at LA3-BRIN. The research employs a quantitative associative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving 80 employees as respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings reveal that leadership style does not significantly affect employee performance, while the work environment has a strong and positive influence. A well-structured and comfortable workplace, including air circulation, lighting, and noise control, enhances employee motivation and productivity. Although leadership style does not have a direct impact, it plays an indirect role in shaping organizational culture and engagement. The study concludes that improving the work environment and refining leadership approaches can enhance overall employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk sunscreen Azarine pada mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 961 mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 91 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (r = 0,549; R² = 30,2%; t hitung 6,201 > t tabel 1,987). Electronic Word of Mouth juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (r = 0,639; R² = 40,8%; t hitung 7,837 > t tabel 1,987). Secara simultan, Brand Ambassador dan Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (r = 0,640; R² = 41%; F hitung 30,547 > F tabel 3,10; sig < 0,05).

Abstract

In the competitive culinary industry, purchasing decisions are influenced by various factors including location convenience and promotional activities. Mie Jaya Bintaro, South Tangerang, faces intense competition, making it important to understand determinants of consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Mie Jaya Bintaro, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 28,780 consumers, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both location and promotion have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. This implies that strategic location accessibility and effective promotional activities play an important role in attracting consumers and increasing purchasing decisions at Mie Jaya Bintaro. Therefore, improving these aspects can enhance customer engagement and business performance. These findings suggest that business managers should prioritize both location strategy and promotional effectiveness to increase consumer purchase intention and sustain competitiveness in the local food market for sustainable growth in competitive culinary industry context specifically.
