Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of variables leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative associative aims to answer the hypothesis. The sample used in this study, are 46 permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Control And Power Plant Unit Minahasa and used multiple regression data analysis. These study results indicate that the significance values of the two variables are, 0.001 for Leadership variable and 0.006 for organizational culture variable. These results provide the conclusion that the leadership variable has significant effect on organizational commitment variable, because the significance coefficient 0.000

Abstract

Tax is one of the financial resources, taxes were expected to have a positive impact on reducing poverty. It is assumed poverty will be reduced through improved health and education. The Indonesian government tried to increase its revenues through taxes. Various regulations were made even at the same time various cases were found which reduced public trust in tax utilization. Government efforts were proved successful in increasing the state revenues from the tax sector. Visible from the increase in realization of tax revenues from 2007 to 2016, the tax income was expected to be followed by an increased public trust of tax utilization. In turn, increasing tax income is expected to improve welfare. The welfare of Indonesian population, can be seen from several indicators of social issue and population density in poverty, education and health. Government assistance through various health and education funds both cash money and non-cash could have an impact on the declining number of poor people in Indonesia. The aim of this study, were to obtain observed data of positive effect tax income on reducing of the number of poverties, through improving education and health. This research was expected provide an overview of the benefits of public compliance in paying taxes, and as the result of evaluating the use of tax in an effort to reduce the number of poor people in Indonesia. The observation data used 2018 Indonesia Statistical Bureau (BPS) report. The result of this study showed, in 2016 there were decreasing poverty number on 21 Province compared with 2015 data. On the other hand, in 2017 compared with 2016, there were 14 Province experienced the increasing number on poverty. The conclusion of the result, which even the amount of tax revenue increased it does not mean the number of poverties will be reduce. The result gave the opportunity to the other research to find out behind the reason the phenomenon occurs. Keyword: Tax, poverty, education, welfare, public trust

Abstract

This research was conducted on Martabak Hokky SME customers in Tondano city, with the aim of knowing how the level  of influence of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, and  the influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, especially in the SMEs  we studied, in addition to that, this research will also look at the  joint influence of Customer  Bonding and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty from the SMEs studied.  Quantitative method with multiple regression analysis is the method and analysis that is the choice to be used in this study, by taking a sample of  1 10 people. The findings from the  multiple analysis test obtained from the  study, show that  there is a significant effect of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, it can be explained that  good Customer Bonding will help increase Loyalitas Customer significantly.  The  next result also shows a partially significant influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, so it can be said that if Customer Satisfaction increases, it will also increase Loyalty as Customers significantly as well, The final results of the study show  The simultaneous significant influence from Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty from SMEs studied in this study, in other words,  the increase in customer loyalty is strongly influenced by the better  Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction.  It can be suggested to the manager of Martabak UKM Hokky Kawanua to be able to pay better attention to how to maintain Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction in order  to be able to continue to form loyalty from strong customers, so that customers will continue to buy  products, and for further research to be able to see and test more deeply about customer loyalty by paying attention to other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of employee work in five hotels in Tomohon And Tondano Cities. For the method used in this study, namely the quantitative method using a sample of 73 employees, and to analyze the data in this study, multiple regression analysis was used. The results found in this study, namely organizational culture and work motivation, both partially and collectively, affect the effectiveness of employee work. Presumably, with the conduct of this study, parties from the five hotels in Tomohon and Tondano Cities can fix the shortcomings that affect the effectiveness of employee work as explained in this study, as well as for subsequent researchers who will conduct research with the same variables and objects as those in this study, not plagiarizing from this study, but rather it only makes this research a reference or reference.

Abstract

Untuk memastikan dampak harga terhadap pendapatan petani pepaya, pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap pendapatan produsen pepaya, dan dampak gabungan harga dan kualitas produk terhadap pendapatan petani pepaya di Desa Laikit, Kecamatan Dimembe, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Tiga faktor—harga, kualitas produk, dan pendapatan petani—digunakan untuk memeriksa variabel-variabel penelitian. Menurut temuan penelitian, produsen pepaya di Desa Laikit, Kecamatan Dimembe, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, melihat adanya dampak harga terhadap pendapatan mereka. Pendapatan pepaya di Desa Laikit, Kecamatan Dimembe, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, dipengaruhi oleh kualitas hasil bumi mereka. Pendapatan petani pepaya di Desa Laikit, Kecamatan Dimembe, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dipengaruhi oleh harga dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study is the low level of customer satisfaction on cafes in Tondano city.  This can be seen from there are many complaints about the slow service, and also the price offered by the cafe can be categorized as relatively expensive. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the price and service quality variables have simultaneously significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This study used quantitative method with accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents was 150 customers, which were then tested using multiple regression analysis. The results found that price and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. It can be said that affordable price and good service quality would increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan Di Kelas XII Administrasi Perkantoran SMK 5 Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII di SMK 5 Manado dan sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, Bila thitung < ttabel maka Ho diterima, sebaliknya bila thitung > ttabel maka Ha yang diterima. Dengan dk= n1-n2-2= 30+30-2=58, dengan dk 58 dan taraf kesalahan sebesar 0,05 dengan begitu ttabel sebesar 1,672. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui thitung sebesar 2,250, dengan demikan Ha di terima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri dan Model Pembelajaran Problem based learning terhadap siswa kelas XII-1 ADP dan XII-2 ADP di SMK 5 Manado. Kata Kunci : Inkuri, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Hasil Belajar Siswa ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Use of Inquiry Learning Model and Problem Based Learning Learning on Student Learning Outcomes in Entrepreneurship Subjects in Class XII Office Administration of SMK 5 Manado. The population in this study were all students of class XII at SMK 5 Manado and the sample taken was 60 students. The results of the study showed that if tcount <ttable then Ho is accepted, conversely if tcount> ttable then Ha is accepted. With dk = n1-n2-2 = 30 + 30-2 = 58, with dk 58 and an error rate of 0.05 so that ttable is 1.672. In this study, it is known that tcount is 2.250, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion is that there is a difference in student learning outcomes using the Inquiry Learning Model and the Problem Based Learning Model for students of class XII-1 ADP and XII-2 ADP at SMK 5 Manado. Abstract

Tindakan konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli atau tidak membeli suatu produk disebut keputusan pembelian. Dorongan untuk membeli produk ini muncul dari keinginan emosional konsumen, atau bisa juga dari bujukan orang lain. Peter Olson berpendapat bahwa keputusan pembelian terbentuk dari bagaimana emosi, pemikiran, dan tindakan seseorang berinteraksi dengan faktor-faktor lingkungan, seiring dengan manusia yang terus-menerus melakukan pertukaran dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis pengaruh “harapan konsumen, gaya hidup, dan aktualisasi diri terhadap keputusan pembelian”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harapan konsumen, gaya hidup, dan aktualisasi diri secara bersamaan dan signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Namun, secara individu, harapan konsumen (X1) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Sebaliknya, gaya hidup (X2) dan aktualisasi diri (X3) masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada keputusan pembelian (Y).
