Abstract

Usaha laundry merupakan suatu usaha yang saat ini mulai berkembang di Manado. Laundry menjadi kebutuhan bagi warga kota manado yang memiliki jadwal padat sehingga tidak punya waktu lebih untuk mencuci. Komunitas Pengusaha Laundry Manado merupakan suatu komunitas yang didirikan untuk menjadi wadah bagi pengusaha-pengusaha laundry di Manado. Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemui di komunitas adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya memperhatikan keselamatan, keamanan kerja (K3) dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan seharihari. Setelah menemukan masalah tersebut dilakukan penentuan tanggal pelaksanaan sosialisasi penerapan K3 di tempat kerja bless laundry yang dilaksakan pada tanggal 11 Januari 2020 di Bless laundry. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi meliputi pemberian materi, pengisian kuesioner pre dan post test, serta praktek langsung pelaksanaan K3 di Laundry di bless laundry manado. Peserta berjumlah 15 orang yang merupakan pekerja dan pemilik usaha laundry yang tergabung dalam Komunitas pengusaha laundry manado. Berdasarkan prepost test yang diberikan, pengetahuan peserta meningkat dan setelah melaksanakan pelatihan K3 di Unit Bless laundry, peserta semakin paham mengenai pelaksanan K3 di tempat usaha mereka masing-masing. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa setiap pemilik maupun pekerja di tempat usaha laundry harus memahami standar K3 yang harus disediakan di tempat kerja guna menjamin kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja setiap orang yang ada di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Lifestyle, including activities, interests, and opinions, influences consumer shopping behaviour and decisions in laundry businesses. It relates to individual’s way of life, use of money and time, expressed in activities, interests, and opinions. Therefore, those partaking in this business need to understand their consumers’ lifestyle, for complete information on what products to offer, innovate, and promote. This study was conducted in Malalayang, Paal 2, Boulevard, and the areas surrounding Sam Ratulangi Airport, the central areas of modern laundry businesses in Manado. The findings suggest that lifestyle simultaneously conferred a positive and significant effect on consumer’s laundry service preference. Therefore, every related dimension, including activities, interests, and opinions, also significantly affects the parameter under investigation.

Abstract

In order to be able to compete every home industry must be able to have good competitiveness. The problem commonly faced by home industry businesses is that they lack extensive marketing networks. Usually the market only deals with the closest consumers. The purpose of this study is that the resulting laundry service products can be accepted by the market or consumers, and have wider market access by utilizing third party services. This qualitative research uses the method of observation and in-depth interviews with laundry business associations in the city of Manado. The results of his research can be concluded that the proliferation of developments in information technology today can actually bring its own blessings to every business actor, depending on whether the business is able to use it or not. Especially for laundry businesses in the city of Manado after several interviews with key informants, it was concluded that the laundry business in the city of Manado is usually located near congested areas such as near campuses where there are many boarding houses there or densely populated areas. In other words, many consumers come from students who live in a dormitory or household whose level of activity is relatively high, so they have less time for their own laundry. Then related to market expansion by using third parties such as online transportation applications, according to the results of interviews, not many laundry businesses use them and consumers don't like using online transportation services. To use online media, only specifically for social media from the laundry business itself as a media campaign.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the relationship between the placement of employees and the performance of employees at the Economic Faculty of Manado State University. The method used in this research is descriptive method where this method can allow researchers to make connections between variables, test hypotheses, develop generalizations and develop theories that have universal validation. The ability of employees to suit the demands of work tasks, is one of the important factors to support the effectiveness and efficiency of organisms in achieving goals. The employee development program through appropriate training is a means to facilitate the employee's abilities, thus the employee's performance will be better so that the company's goals will be achieved. Thus, it can be concluded that the relationship between employee placement and employee performance is meaningful. In this case it is evidenced by the significance test where t count is greater than t table and employee placement will cause an increase in employee performance at the UNIMA Economics Faculty. Abstract

This research was conducted on Martabak Hokky SME customers in Tondano city, with the aim of knowing how the level  of influence of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, and  the influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, especially in the SMEs  we studied, in addition to that, this research will also look at the  joint influence of Customer  Bonding and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty from the SMEs studied.  Quantitative method with multiple regression analysis is the method and analysis that is the choice to be used in this study, by taking a sample of  1 10 people. The findings from the  multiple analysis test obtained from the  study, show that  there is a significant effect of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, it can be explained that  good Customer Bonding will help increase Loyalitas Customer significantly.  The  next result also shows a partially significant influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, so it can be said that if Customer Satisfaction increases, it will also increase Loyalty as Customers significantly as well, The final results of the study show  The simultaneous significant influence from Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty from SMEs studied in this study, in other words,  the increase in customer loyalty is strongly influenced by the better  Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction.  It can be suggested to the manager of Martabak UKM Hokky Kawanua to be able to pay better attention to how to maintain Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction in order  to be able to continue to form loyalty from strong customers, so that customers will continue to buy  products, and for further research to be able to see and test more deeply about customer loyalty by paying attention to other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Bisnis laundry merupakan salah satu jenis UKM dalam industri rumahan bidang jasa yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Permintaan terhadap bisnis laundry ini semakin meningkat terutama bagi para pekerja/pegawai hingga mahasiswa yang memiliki kesibukan setiap harinya. Sehingga jasa laundry menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menghemat waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas permasalahan untuk menentukan faktor yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman berdasarkan analisis internal, eksternal, dan kualitas pelayanan yang kemudian menetukan rumusan strategi bersaing yang relevan bagi perusahaan jasa laundry khususnya Bless Laundry berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bless Laundry Manado Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti menyarankan strategi bersaing yang dapat diterapkan Bless Laundry dalam menghadapi persaingan sesuai dengan keadaan yang ada yaitu intensive strategis khusunya strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration). Strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration) dapat diterapkan oleh Bless Laundry melalui Matriks SWOT dengan menerapkan strategi promosi. Strategi promosi dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperluas wilayah promosi dan memanfaatkan kekuatan teknologi yaitu internet sebagai sarana promosi, menerapkan reward kepada para pelanggan untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru. Kata kunci : Strategi Bersaing, Analisis Internal, Analisis Ekternal, Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada pengguna jasa laundry tas dan sepatu di kota manado. Jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa laundre tas dan sepatu, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan dalam menggunakan jasa laundry tas dan sepatu dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa laundry tas dan sepatu di kota manado. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of employee work in five hotels in Tomohon And Tondano Cities. For the method used in this study, namely the quantitative method using a sample of 73 employees, and to analyze the data in this study, multiple regression analysis was used. The results found in this study, namely organizational culture and work motivation, both partially and collectively, affect the effectiveness of employee work. Presumably, with the conduct of this study, parties from the five hotels in Tomohon and Tondano Cities can fix the shortcomings that affect the effectiveness of employee work as explained in this study, as well as for subsequent researchers who will conduct research with the same variables and objects as those in this study, not plagiarizing from this study, but rather it only makes this research a reference or reference.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor apa saja yang menjadi sektor unggulan di 4 Kota yang ada di Propinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis location quotient dan menggunakan data sekunder yang di publikasikan oleh BPS Sulawesi Utara tahun 2022. Banyaknya sektor yang dianalisis adalah 17 Sektor dengan tahun amatan 2019,2020 dan 2021. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Location Quotient ( LQ) pada 4 Kota di Propinsi Sulawesi Utara, untuk Kota Manado dengan 10 sektor unggulan yaitu : perdagangan besar dan eceran, transportasi dan pergudangan, penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum, informasi dan komunikasi, jasa keuangan dan asuransi, jasa perusahaan, administrasi pemerintah, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan dan jasa lainnya. Kota Kotamobagu dengan 9 sektor unggulan yaitu : pengadaan listrik dan gas, pengadaan air, konstruksi, perdagangan besar dan eceran, jasa keuangan dan asuransi, administrasi pemerintah, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan, dan jasa lainnya. Kota Tomohon dengan 7 sektor unggulan yaitu : pertambangan, konstruksi, penyediaan akomodasi dan makan, minum, real estat, jasa kesehatan, jasa pendidikan dan jasa lainnya. Kota Bitung dengan 3 sektor unggulan yaitu : industri pengolahan, pengadaan air dan transportasi pengolahan. Kata kunci : Sektor Unggulan, Location Quotient, Propinsi Sulawesi Utara

Abstract

Abstract The Tiktok Shop problem is getting hotter day by day. One side believes that Tiktok Shop can be a vehicle for MSMEs to expand their network and increase their market share. However, on the other hand, Tiktok Shop is actually considered a threat and challenge for MSMEs to develop their business because Tiktok Shop is different from other e-commerce, especially regarding the presence of foreign products, procedures that are not carried out well, and it is suspected that Tiktok also acts as a seller so that Tiktok Shop is too overpowered and has a big potential to kill MSME businesses. Moreover, MSMEs are the cornerstone of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the existence of the Tiktok Shop for MSMEs, whether it is an opportunity or a threat. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses secondary data obtained by researchers from scientific journals, books, credible websites and other reliable sources. The analysis technique in this research uses observation analysis techniques, data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the existence of Tiktpk Shop for MSMEs is more of a threat than an opportunity. Keywords : Tiktok Shop, MSMEs, Challenges, Oportunity.
