Abstract

Kegiatan abdimas ini terintegrasi dengan KKN Tematik yang dilaksanakan disesuaikan dengan kondisi saat ini (masa pandemic covid 19), dimana masyarakat diharapkan untuk selalu menjaga jarak (physical distancing) oleh karena itu kegiatan in ilebih pada orientasi kegiatan yang dilakukan secara Online. Pada masa pandemic covid 19 ini telah membawa dampak negative terhadap sendi-sendi ekonomi masyarakat, pendapatan masyarakat menjadi menurun karena adanya keterbatasan aktivitas ekonomi. Banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan (menganggur) sehingga menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan home industry yaitu pembuatan frozen food dan dipasarkan secara online. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan hanya bekerja dirumah. Pelaksanaan abdimas ini berfocus padaduahalpertama terkait dengan pelatihan dalam menghasilkan produk siap saji frozen food, dan kedua adalah memberikan pelatihan pemasaran online produk frozen food melalui marketing channel yang efektif secara online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 22 mahasiswa KKN Tematik dan 5 orang ibu rumah yang bimbinglangsungolehpraktisi home industry frozen food yang berpengalaman. Adapun frozen food yang dihasilkan dalamab dimasini adalah bakso, jalan kote, nuget dan lumpia. Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini dikarena memberikan keterampilan yang bermanfaat meningkatkan pendapatan. Sementara pemasaran online frozen food dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai media sosial, seperti; WA, Facebook, Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to examine the simultaneous influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the Rectorate employee of Halu Oleo University, (2) to examine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employee of the Rectorate of Halu Oleo University, (3) to examine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Halu Oleo University Chancellor. The object of this research is the Rectorate Employee of Halu Oleo University who has the status as a Civil Servant. The population of this research is the Rectorate Employees with the status as civil servants, amounting to 80 people, because the population is less than 100 people, the sample of this research is 80 employees of Halu Oleo University Rectorate as respondents. Collecting research data using questionnaires, research data analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 21 software. The results of this study (1) ) Simultaneously Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Rectorate Employees at Halu Oleo University, (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Rectorate Employees of Halu Oleo University, (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Rectorate Employees of Halu Oleo University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing channels, analyze costs, margins, and profits as well as the economic efficiency of each marketing channel for Vaname shrimp in Teppoe Village, Poleang Timur District. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Recording and observation data.  The results of this study indicate that there are three patterns of shrimp marketing channels Vaname i.e., marketing channel I: Cultivators → Merchants Collector traders →Retailer Traders→Final Consumers, marketing channel II: Cultivators → Collector traders → Retailer traders →Final consumers, marketing channel III: Cultivators → Collector traders→Exporters. The total cost of marketing channel I is Rp. 1,550, marketing channel II is Rp. 2.250 and the total cost of marketing channel III is Rp.1.650. The marketing profit of marketing channel I is Rp. 6,450, the profit of marketing channel II is Rp. 5,750 and the profit of marketing channel III is Rp. 3,350. The marketing margin of marketing channel I is Rp. 8,000, marketing channel II is Rp. 8,000 and marketing channel III is 5,000. Farmer Share in marketing channel I is 88.5%, marketing channel II is 88.5% and marketing channel III is 92, 5%. Then for the most efficient marketing channel is the marketing channel I with the smallest efficiency value of 2.2%.

Abstract

The laying hen farming business is one of the businesses that has great potential to be developed in North Konawe Regency, considering that the need for eggs from the people of North Konawe Regency is quite high. The supply and demand for eggs is sometimes unbalanced where demand is higher, so that to meet the need for eggs, the people of North Konawe Regency have to import from outside the district and province. The growth of the laying hen farming business in North Konawe Regency is a positive thing for the regional economy, but on the other hand, laying hen breeders have relatively not looked at the other side of the laying hen farming business. Farmers only focus on the core business, namely producing as many eggs as possible, so the side products of the laying hen farming business are relatively sidelined. Side products can increase the income of laying hen farmers if managed well, but so far farmers have not realized that there are several products that can become side products from laying hen farms. Several problems related to the problems faced by laying hen farmers in North Konawe Regency, namely; Firstly, knowledge of laying hen breeders regarding the benefits and advantages of side products from livestock businesses is still relatively lacking. Second, the knowledge or ability of laying hen breeders in managing side products from the laying hen farming business is relatively minimal. Third, the marketing of various side products from the laying hen farming business is relatively not well segmented. This activity was carried out in Bendewuta Village, Oheo District, North Konawe Regency with 21 participants attending, consisting of laying hen breeders and the community. The resulting activity achievements are (1). Increased understanding of laying hen breeders about the benefits or advantages of managing Side Products of laying hens. (2). Increasing the knowledge (capacity) understanding of laying hen breeders so that they are able to manage or utilize side products of laying hens. (3). Increasing the ability to market side products from laying hen farming businesses.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a crucial factor in determining the success of the organization. The Regional Inspectorate of Southeast Sulawesi Province has an important role in ensuring the implementation of government policies and programs goes according to plan, but faces challenges in improving employee performance. There is a knowledge gap regarding the simultaneous influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the context of local government. This study used multiple linear regression method to analyze data collected through questionnaires from 45 employees. The results show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.840, while job motivation has a regression coefficient of 0.956, also a positive and significant effect. In addition, the interaction between training and work motivation showed a greater effect, indicating that the combination of these two factors is very effective in improving performance. The study also found that although overall these two factors had a positive influence, there were some employees who did not show an improvement in performance, indicating that there are other factors that may affect employee performance. The implication of this study is the importance of integrating comprehensive training programs and work motivation enhancement strategies to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. The sample consists of all employees at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency, totaling 46 individuals. The study utilizes Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (3) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development on employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 31 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that improving the superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development will enhance employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Superior-subordinate relationship has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 38 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (3) Conflict management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (4) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) whether product quality affects the decision to purchase a motorcycle. (2) To find out whether the price affects the decision to buy a motorcycle. (3) To find out whether Brand Image influences the decision to buy a motorcycle. (4) To find out whether Product Quality, Price and Brand Image affect the decision to buy a motorcycle. The results showed that (1) Product Quality, Price and Brand Image simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the two variables will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Muna Regency, (2) Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the product quality variable will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes in Muna Regency. (3) Price partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the price variable will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Muna Regency, (4) Brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that increasing the Brand Image variable will have an impact on increasing consumer purchasing decisions for Honda Motorcycles in Muna Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the implementation model of CSR for nickel mining companies. This study uses interactive analysis from Milles and Huberman. The results of this study concluded that; first, to present empowerment based on local wisdom with principles: involvement of all stakeholders, ethical, village potential, sustainability. Second, intervention can be done in the form of programs; CSR program planning is carried out by stakeholders, increasing supervision, training and counseling related to CSR programs. Third, the implementation of interventions in the form of programs requires the synergy of stakeholders. This study provides solutions to mining companies and local governments to be a reference in formulating CSR programs that have a positive impact on the welfare.
