Abstract

The Shopee marketplace continues to show its existence as the marketplace with the most visitors. The distinctive color combination and well-arranged navigation menu can provide a different feel when visiting the maketplace. Information about various products can be seen very clearly on the main homepage, and shopping promo offers are also clearly visible on the slider screen on the main marketplace screen. The marketplace layout is also supported by the existence of a customer review navigation feature as a window for customer reviews of products and services that have been received. Shopee seems to understand how urgent the role of product information and customer reviews is in minimizing risks and supporting unplanned purchasing decisions. Therefore, this research aims to determine the impact of marketplace layout design, sales promotions and customer reviews to increase impulse buying. Research was conducted among Y generation in Kendari City who shopped at the Shopee marketplace. The total sample is 160 respondents. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as a data collection tool. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of data analysis show that marketplace layout design does not have a significant influence on impulse buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion and customer reviews have a significant positive influence on impulse buying. These findings provide information to marketplace managers and sellers about the urgency of the role of sales promotion as a short-term strategy in accelerating impulse buying. Apart from that, the existence of a customer review feature on the marketplace website can contribute to impulse buying. So it becomes urgent to provide stimulus, such as giving rewards or incentives to customers who have purchased to be able to provide reviews of the products and services they receive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kebijakan pimpinan dan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional, kebijakan pimpinan dan organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. (2) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. (3) Kebijakan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of employee work discipline based on the fingerprint attendance system and online attendance system, as well as to find out the factors that strengthen employee work discipline in the fingerprint attendance system and online attendance system. This research is descriptive research with qualitative analysis methods, with an interactive model using the Miles & Huberman approach. The results of this research show that the fingerprint attendance system is good in terms of increasing employee time discipline and regulatory discipline because it has a good security system. However, this attendance system has not had a positive impact on increasing responsible discipline. The results of research on the online attendance system are that the online attendance system is good in terms of increasing responsible discipline, because the online attendance system is integrated with daily performance reports, thereby increasing employee motivation at work. On the other hand, online attendance still needs to be developed to improve time discipline. The weakness of this system is that it also has a wide coordinate point for absences, making it possible for employees to be absent even when they are outside the office.

Abstract

One of the strategies of the North Konawe Regency Regional Government in encouraging the use of existing resources in order to increase community income is to maximize the function of yard land which has been "idle land" or has not been managed properly. In general, the area of house yards in North Konawe Regency, including in Asera District, is relatively large so that it can be managed to support family income. A creative mindset and culture is needed in utilizing yard land, such as cultivating horticultural plants, which can contribute to meeting daily food needs so as to reduce the cost of daily shopping for family needs. In this case, the activities are focused on yard land resources, where yard land is land whose function has not been optimized. The method for implementing community service activities in Asera District, North Konawe Regency will be carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The preparation stage is preparing the needs for training activities for the community (1) Arranging permits from the Village Government in Asera District, (2) Preparing equipment for carrying out counseling. (3) Create and send invitation letters to the target communities for the training. Implementation of service activities in Asera District, North Konawe Regency includes the following activities: (1) Activities explaining the benefits of managing homestead land to support family income. (2) The activity explains how to use yard land to support family income. (3) Providing encouragement to the community, especially housewives, to use their yard as an alternative source of family income. The target of this training is the community , especially housewives in Asera District , North Konawe Regency. To find out the success of the training that has been carried out, direct responses are asked from the participants regarding matters relating to the training material. From these answers, it can be seen whether the participants can understand and understand the training material well, so that housewives' interest in using the yard land increases or increases in the future. Activity Results; (1) Longeo Utama Village, Asera District , North Konawe Regency has quite a large yard area in every resident's house (2) The majority of people and housewives have not used yard land as an additional source of family income. (3) The majority of people and housewives have the enthusiasm and desire to progress , but have limitations in terms of experience and knowledge in utilizing yard land as a family opinion, so that the majority of people's yard land appears to be underutilized

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Agile Leadership dan pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja ASN, pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja ASN, serta pengaruh Agile Leadership dan pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap Kinerja ASN yang dimediasi oleh organization citizenship behavior pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini merujuk pada exploratory factor analysis sebanyak 190 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Agile Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior dan Kinerja ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior dan Kinerja ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Organizational citizenship behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Selain itu, Organizational citizenship behavior juga tidak berperan sebagai penghubung antara Agile Leadership dan knowledge sharing dengan kinerja ASN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of democratic leadership, workload, and job stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District. The sample consisted of all 35 employees at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District. The study employed Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research findings indicate that: (1) Democratic leadership, workload, and job stress have a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District. (2) Democratic leadership has a negative and insignificant impact on employee turnover intention at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District. (3) Workload has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District. (4) Job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention at PT. Jeje Inti Group, North Konawe District.

Abstract

Zona Integritas Desa (ZiDes) diimplementasikan untuk memperkuat transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Zona Integritas Desa (ZiDes) dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa serta pihak terkait, dan survei persepsi masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ZiDes berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan komitmen aparat desa terhadap tata kelola keuangan yang baik. Peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat  terhadap pelayanan desa dan komitmen pemerintah desa untuk melaporkan pengelolaan keuangan secara transparan juga terobservasi. Implementasi ZiDes di Desa Puuwonua efektif dalam memperbaiki tata kelola dana desa. ZiDes diharapkan dapat memperkuat tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang transparan dan akuntabel, serta meminimalisasi peluang terjadinya praktik korupsi dan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. The sample consists of all employees at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency, totaling 46 individuals. The study utilizes Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (3) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Office of Human Resources and Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development on employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 31 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that improving the superior-subordinate relationship, work discipline, and career development will enhance employee performance at the Wenggeduku Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Superior-subordinate relationship has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency, totaling 38 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Individual characteristics, conflict management, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (2) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (3) Conflict management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency. (4) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tongauna Subdistrict Office, Konawe Regency.
