Abstract

Awareness of the importance of sustainability reporting and carbon taxes is a significant issue for mining companies in Southeast Sulawesi. While contributing greatly to the local economy, these companies face environmental and social challenges. Sustainability reporting demonstrates a commitment to social and environmental responsibility, while carbon taxes encourage emissions reductions and the adoption of green technologies. However, implementation remains constrained by low management understanding and limited infrastructure. Studies show that the readiness of companies in this area is still low in facing these regulations. Intensive socialization is needed to increase company awareness and readiness. Collaboration between the government, companies and communities is essential to overcome this challenge. The objective of socialization is to improve companies' understanding of sustainability reporting and carbon tax, strengthening transparency, accountability, and positive contributions to the environment and society. The benefits include the integration of sustainability principles in business, increased transparency, strengthened accountability, increased investor confidence, asset management efficiency, and the application of better accounting standards.

Abstract

The study was motivated by the emergence of the local community dissatisfaction against nickel mining company. Their dissatisfaction was manifested by protests and demonstrations as well as the complaints. The purpose of this study to uncover how the practice of corporate social responsibility that can give local communities. The study used a qualitative - approach fenomenology Schultz. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The study concludes that the values ??of ethics should be the primary consideration in the nickel mining company, active both internally and externally. All the measures taken by the management such as policies related to employees, society and the environment must always be grounded in consideration of ethical values. Ignoring the ethical values ??will cause dissatisfaction of local communities that will complicate the company in conducting. Limitations and future research, nickel mining company which is the object of research does not have a factory that the company is still short-term orientation and can vary when the company already has a plant which has been a long-term orientation, so that future studies should use informant’s company already has a factory.i

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi pilar utama modernisasi sektor publik, mendorong efisiensi, transparansi, dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Namun, dalam konteks lembaga perlindungan perempuan dan anak, transformasi digital menghadapi tantangan unik akibat kompleksitas layanan yang bersifat sensitif dan berbasis interaksi sosial. Kurangnya kajian mendalam yang mengaitkan kesiapan sumber daya manusia dengan keberhasilan adopsi digital dalam pelayanan sosial publik menunjukkan adanya celah pengetahuan yang perlu dijembatani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (UPTD PPA) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Hasil analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan SDM, khususnya dalam hal literasi digital, kepemimpinan transformasional, serta infrastruktur pendukung. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis berupa perlunya penguatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan dan penyesuaian kebijakan internal guna memastikan keberlanjutan inovasi digital dalam pelayanan sosial. Selain itu, secara teoretis, studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas cakupan teori kesiapan teknologi dan manajemen perubahan organisasi pada sektor layanan publik berbasis kesejahteraan sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kebijakan pimpinan dan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional, kebijakan pimpinan dan organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. (2) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. (3) Kebijakan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Poli-Polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the implementation model of CSR for nickel mining companies. This study uses interactive analysis from Milles and Huberman. The results of this study concluded that; first, to present empowerment based on local wisdom with principles: involvement of all stakeholders, ethical, village potential, sustainability. Second, intervention can be done in the form of programs; CSR program planning is carried out by stakeholders, increasing supervision, training and counseling related to CSR programs. Third, the implementation of interventions in the form of programs requires the synergy of stakeholders. This study provides solutions to mining companies and local governments to be a reference in formulating CSR programs that have a positive impact on the welfare.

Abstract

Peta desa menjadi dasar untuk menginventarisasi potensi dan menentukan arah orientasi desa. Salah satu potensi Desa Kadacua yang mendukung pada orientasi desa wisata adalah pantai membuku. Pantai Membuku merupakan pantai pasir putih dangkal yang cukup luas. Letak yang strategis dan pemandangan pantai yang indah, mulai banyak pengunjung di setiap akhir pekan. Walaupun demikian, peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan belum tervalidasinya batas wilayah desa. Selain itu, akses jalan menuju pantai belum teridentifikasi secara jelas oleh pengunjung baru. Sehingga menjadi penting untuk dilakukannya pendampingan desain peta desa, desain gapura desa dan gapura wisata pantai Membuku, serta pemasangan papan nama jalan dan lorong. Kegiatan pendampingan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni tahap penyusunan rencana kerja, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, akhirnya desa Kadacua telah memiliki peta desa yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam pengelolaan potensi desa. Dari hasil kegiatan ini juga, desa Kadacua telah memiliki papan nama jalan dan lorong, papan batas dusun yang terpasang, serta desain gambar gapura desa dan gapura wisata pantai Membuku. Papan nama jalan dan lorong dapat membantu pengunjung atau orang yang tidak terbiasa dengan lingkungan desa untuk dapat mengidentifikasi lokasi dengan mudah. Pelibatan beberapa orang aparat desa dalam kegiatan tersebut dapat menjadi bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kegiatan pemetaan lainnya secara mandiri, seperti pemetaan sosial. Kegiatan ini juga telah menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan dan penataan desa

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the managerial capacity of MSME actors in Rapambinopaka Village, Lalonggasumeeto District, Konawe Regency through the “Anti-Ribet Business Management” training, which emphasizes simplified and practical approaches to business planning and management. The program was carried out in four stages preparation, core training, mentoring, and evaluation using an andragogical and hands-on learning approach to ensure that the materials were easily understood and applied. The results indicate improvements in participants’ ability to prepare one-page business plans, conduct simple and regular financial recording, apply basic digital marketing strategies, and implement task division within family-operated businesses. Participants also began using financial applications and social media platforms to expand their market reach. These improvements demonstrate increased managerial understanding and independence in business operations. The program further strengthened MSME collaboration through shared learning and local business networking.
