Abstract

Human Resource Management have a crucial role in improving employee performance in a company. A company needs to continuously improve their employees’s performance. The influence of motivation and moderation of commitment plays an important role in improving performance. PT x is a labor intensive company which operates in clothing production and export. This research conducted at PT x aims to find out how much influence Motivation has on performance which is partially and simultaneously moderated by employee commitment. This research uses two methods, which is Descriptive Method and Verification Method. The sample for this research are 100 employees whom are chosen randomly. The study concluded that performance is said to be good and motivation is said to be good commitment and motivation on performance which is moderated by employee commitment has a significant effect on both partial and simultaneous performance.

Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative with research samples are employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pusat Cilaki Bandung. The research instrument used was a questionnaire through a test instrument in the form of validity and reliability tests. Abstract

The sustainable growth of tourist destinations relies heavily on revisit intention. Retaining repeat tourists is not only more economical but also about five times more profitable than attracting new ones. A dominant paradigm in tourist behavior literature shows a sequential relationship among image, quality, satisfaction, and post- behavior. Few studies have examined experiential marketing as a determinant of revisit intention. This study aims to extend the literature by investigating the effects of service quality and experiential marketing on revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction as a mediator. A total of 166 responses from domestic tourists who visited Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia, were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results confirmed the positive effects of service quality and experiential marketing on tourist satisfaction. Interestingly, the mediating role of tourist satisfaction was only partial, as the direct relationship between experiential marketing and revisit intention was not supported. Experiential marketing might enhance specific aspects of the tourist experience, providing immediate and short-term positive effects that influence satisfaction directly after the visit. However, overall satisfaction encompasses a broader evaluation of the entire trip, integrating various elements and lasting impressions that collectively drive the intention to revisit.

Abstract

This study offers a comprehensive approach to exploring factors influencing patient satisfaction and loyalty in hospitals. By focusing On Santosa Hospital Bandung Central's Inpatient Installation. This study provides distinctive and contextual insights into the role of human resources and physical evidence in determining patient perception and behavior. Unlike previous studies that focused on common factors, this study delves deeply into how the interaction between aspects of human services and the physical environment contributes to patient satisfaction and, ultimately, affects their loyalty to the hospital. The research method used is Verification Analysis. Data collection using questionnaires, and sampling techniques using consecutive sampling with respondents taken by 100 patients. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2023—data analysis techniques using the Path Analysis. The results showed that people and physical evidence simultaneously affected patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect of physical evidence on patient satisfaction both directly and indirectly indicates that the better the physical evidence seen by patients, the more patient satisfaction will increase, while people and physical evidence together affect loyalty, and satisfaction influences patient loyalty at Santosa Hospital Bandung Central Inpatient Installation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn dan Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran PKn Siswa Kelas X Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran2016/2017 diSMK Islam Selorejo Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil analisis data setelah penelitian tersebut menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan pada siklus I yaitu 70% dan siklus II yaitu 87,06%, penilaian tes yang meliputi Kemampuan Awal Siswa yaitu rata-rata 64% dengan ketuntasan 33%, siklus I nilai rata-rata 73% dengan ketuntasan 55% dan siklus II rata-rata 86% dengan ketuntasan 90% hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas X Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran2016/2017 di SMK Islam Selorejo Blitar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian saya adalah untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen personalia di MI Walisongo, untuk mengetahui tentang peranan manajemen personalia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Walisongo, dan untuk mengetahui apa faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan manajemen personalia di MI Walisongo. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan termasuk kedalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisanya penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang saya lakukan ini bahwasannya manajemen personalia yang dikelola dengan professional sebagai alternative jalan keluar untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di madrasah. Manajemen personalia ini dapat digunakan sebagai motor penggerak organisasi pendidikan sehingga madrasah dapat mengatasi dari pada keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang sering terjadi pada sekolah dan tetap mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan tentu saja perkembangan dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Economic growth in the ASEAN region faces complex dynamics influenced by Foreign Direct Investment or (FDI), Human Development Index (HDI), and also Inflation. The aim of this examination and research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of these three variables on economic growth in ASEAN in the 2016-2023 period using the panel data regression method. The results show that FDI has a negative and insignificant impact, indicating that the utilization of foreign investment has not been maximized and has resulted in limited infrastructure and low levels of technology uptake in various ASEAN countries. Furthermore, HDI also provides a negative and insignificant influence, indicating that the quality of Human Resource (HR) has not provided a maximum increase in economic productivity. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative but insignificant effect, consistent with the theory that uncontrolled inflation can create macroeconomic instability and reduce purchasing power.

Abstract

Small businesses face challenges in maintaining going concern, especially amid today’s disruptive era. An innovative digital marketing mix strategy is key to building competitive advantage and enhancing marketing performance. This study examines how small businesses adapt to complex environments. Findings show that a modern, technology-driven marketing mix significantly improves sustainable marketing performance. Among the four dimensions, digital-based promotion contributes the most. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with the aim of developing a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and their impact on sustainable marketing performance in small-scale hijab businesses. These results highlight that small businesses embracing digital innovation in their marketing strategies are more likely to sustain and compete effectively in the evolving market.

Abstract

Sektor peternakan menjadi salah satu penyumbang pendapatan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Mendalanwangi, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Di desa itu, para peternak telah memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang pentingnya kualitas, kuantitas dan teknik pemberian pakan ternak namun mereka belum memperhatikan secara intensif pengimplementasian ketiga hal tersebut sehingga kadang mengalami kerugian akibat kematian hewan ternak. Disisi lain, persediaan tanaman hijau yang memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi sedikit menurun pada musim kemarau sehingga masyarakat kesulitan untuk memperolehnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu sektor peternakan dengan pembuatan SILKARSA (Silase Ketahanan Pakan Ternak Sejahtera) berbasis Eco-Clean Environment untuk diberikan pada hewan ternak baik itu sapi, kambing, domba dan yang lainnya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan sekaligus praktik pembuatan SILKARSA dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Peternak yang dilibatkan adalah 15-20 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman para peternak tentang pentingnya kualitas, kuantitas dan teknik pemberian pakan ternak serta pemahaman peternak pembuatan SILKARSA. Peternak mengharapkan kegiatan pengabdian tidak berhenti setelah semua program terlaksana, namun bisa terus berlanjut secara kolaborasi, fleksibel, dan terarah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of students' understanding of Pancasila values on their tolerance behavior at SMK Islam Kanigoro. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 100 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that assessed both the understanding of Pancasila values and tolerance behavior. The results of the validity test revealed that only one item was valid for measuring Pancasila understanding, while others required revision. The correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between understanding Pancasila values and tolerance behavior (r = 0.286, p = 0.004). However, the simple linear regression analysis indicated that understanding Pancasila only explained 8.2% of the variance in students' tolerance behavior. These findings suggest that while Pancasila education plays a role in fostering tolerance, other factors may also influence tolerance behavior. This research highlights the importance of refining educational instruments and suggests that future studies should explore additional variables that may contribute to tolerance. The study emphasizes the need for more comprehensive and interactive civic education programs to cultivate tolerance in diverse societal contexts.
