Abstract

This paper describes how to make films using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and nanofiber cellulose (NFC). In this study, different NFC and PVA ratios were varied. To achieve ideal condition during the film making process, several characteristics, including as density and viscosity, have been investigated using Taguchi method. The results showed two main outcomes. To obtain optimal viscosity, the NFC/PVA ratio factor is 5/95, the volume/volume ratio is 10%, and the sonication time is 7 minutes. For optimal density, several conditions can be used, including a NFC/PVA ratio of 10/90, volume/volume ratio of 3%, and a sonication time of 5 minutes. The experimental results confirmed the average viscosity response of 129.99 ± 13.33 and the S/N ratio of -42.64 ± 0.56. The experimental results of the Taguchi method were -42.64 ± 0.56 and the S/N ratio was -42.92 ± 0.67. Meanwhile, the response data for the Taguchi methodal density averaged at 1.042 ± 0.013 and the S/N ratio was -0.365 ± 0.104. For the results of the experimental condition were 1.126 ± 0.015 and the S/N ratio of -1.031 ± 0.124.From these data, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the average and variability which indicates that the blending process is getting better with the use of NFC.

Abstract

Financial Distress adalah kondisi dimana perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan sebelum terjadinya kebangkrutan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Equity terhadap Financial Distress secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan Sub-Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017 – 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan total sampel berjumlah 9 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 pada perusahaan sub-sektor farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Secara parsial Debt to EquityRatio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai Sig. 0,010 pada perusahaan sub-sektor farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Secara parsial Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress dengan nilai Sig. 0,210 pada perusahaan sub-sektor farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan, secara simultan ketiga variabel bebas yaitu current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 pada perusahaan sub-sektor farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to measure entrepreneur personality, entrepreneur knowledge, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest from college student Institute technology of Indonesia. The research problem is finding the influence of potential entrepreneur personality entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneur’s interest. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population is the institute technology of Indonesia student with sample determinated use a purposive sampling technique because student not known certainty number interest entrepreneurship. Data were collected with a questionnaire instrument for validity and reliability using SPSS. Classic assumption test was first performed as a prerequisite for analysis multiple linear. Definitive assumption results obtained that data are normally distributed, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity do not occur. Results of the regression analysis prove that simultaneously, personality, knowledge, and family environment variables influence the interest of ITI student entrepreneurs. However, partially, only personality and family environmental variables influence interest entrepreneurship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 62.3%, meaning that there are 37.7% other variables not included in this study that also affect ITI students’ interest in becoming an entrepreneur.

The effectiveness of school-university collaboration through the teaching assistance scheme as part of the Emancipated Learning Emancipated Campus (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka - MBKM) program. This research aims to analyze factors that influence the effectiveness of the MBKM program through the teaching assistant schemes in schools. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression method with SPSS as the tool. The independent variables were students’ interest and learning facilities, and the dependent variable was effectiveness. The result of the f test showed that students’ interest and learning facilities jointly affect 60.4% of the effectiveness of the MBKM implementation. Based on the results of the t test, interest had an influence of 40.221% on the effectiveness of MBKM implementation and learning facilities had an influence of 20.2176% on the effectiveness of MBKM implementation. From the results, it can be concluded that the teaching assistant scheme in schools had an influence of 60.4%, consisting of 40.2% students’ interest in SMKN 4 of South Tangerang towards MBKM activities and 20.2% learning facilities provided by mentors as teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dapat diwujudkan melalui pembangunan daerah. Akan tetapi, biaya pembangunan yang tidak sedikit sering menjadi penghambat pembangunan tersebut. Hal ini mendorong adanya kebutuhan penanaman modal untuk daerah dalam rangka mempermudah realisasi pembangunan daerah yang merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Strategi promosi investasi harus disusun lembaga investasi daerah sebagai upaya menarik investor untuk menanamkan modalnya di daerah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, disusun strategi promosi investasi untuk Kabupaten Lebak melalui kerja sama dengan Dinas Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Lebak yang dapat dilakukan Kabupaten Lebak untuk menarik investor. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui survey, wawancara terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Lebak dan pemerintah daerah, serta studi literatur berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu dan dokumen peraturan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini merumuskan bahwa strategi promosi investasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kabupaten Lebak terdiri dari visi misi, tujuan dan strategi, piagam klien, penentuan posisi kompetitif dan pembentukkan citra, penentuan fokus strategi sektor unggulan, serta kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi. Hasil penelitian berupa susunan strategi promosi investasi Kabupaten Lebak ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi program strategi promosi investasi daerah lainnya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan investasi di daerah tersebut. Kata kunci: investasi, pembangunan daerah, strategi promosi ABSTRACT Increasing regional economic growth could be accomplished through regional development. However, the high cost that regional development takes usually inhibits the regional development itself. This leads to an increasing need of regional investment to facilitate the realization of regional development that stimulates the regional economic growth. Investment promotion strategy has to be planned by regional investment institution as a mean to attract investors to invest on the region. This study determined the investment promotion strategy for Kabupaten Lebak in collaboration with Kabupaten Lebak Investment Institution. The investment promotion strategy could be applied by Kabupaten Lebak to attract the investors. This study was conducted using qualitative method through survey, interviews with citizens of Kabupaten Lebak and the regional government, as well as literature study from previous research and government’s legislations and regulations. The results of this study show that the investment promotion strategy that Kabupaten Lebak could apply consists of: vision and mission, goals and strategy, client charter, competitive positioning and image branding, determining the strategic focus of the leading sectors, and marketing and promotion. The arrangement of investment promotion strategy that Kabupaten Lebak undertakes could be a reference to other regions in terms of planning investment promotion strategy for increasing their regional investment growth.

Abstract

In the new normal era, people are required to be able to adapt to new habits. Onlinemedia is an alternative for the community so that they can continue to carry outactivities, including entrepreneurship development. However, it is necessary toconduct research on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship development with onlinemedia. The Indonesian Institute of Technology is no exception. The IndonesianInstitute of Technology has a business incubator that manages entrepreneurshipcoaching using a learnwise account, an online entrepreneurship coaching platformoriginating from India. However, during the pandemic, where all coaching activitieswere carried out online, many students complained about using the platform, bothin terms of ease of use and the language used, so that the absorption of material wasslightly hampered. Based on these problems, it is necessary to evaluate how satisfiedthe use of the learnwise platform is as a solution for improving entrepreneurship development in the future.
