Abstract

Advances in science and technology have brought enormous changes to the advancement of education, especially for teachers to improve pedagogical competence. Therefore, teachers must be able to design learning that can transfer knowledge and information well to students. This service program was carried out at SMP N 7 Pesawaran with the aim of providing assistance to teachers in the interactive learning of Auto Play Media Studio 8 (AMS) based on blended learning. The methods used in this training include training on AMS 8 applications that produce products made by participants using the ADDIE development. The results of this service (1) increase teacher knowledge and skills by 92,9% of the 44 participants, 85,3% of teachers on average are able to implement blended learning-based Auto Play Media Studio 8 (AMS) learning media (2) help answer learning at this time, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which causes students to not be able to learn directly by coming to school so that teachers can apply innovative learning to increase student motivation in learning.

Abstract

The learning faced by students is teacher-centered learning. The lack of teachers in managing active classes affects student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in the material for FPB and KPK through the Discovery Learning method assisted by the Dakota learning media (Dakon Mathematics). This research is a classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Both cycle I and cycle II have the same stages, starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subject of the class action research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Tanjung Ratu class VI with 26 students, 14 of whom were boys and 12 of them were girls. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes on the KPK and FPB materials. Data collection techniques used are tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique is comparing the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II. The criteria for learning success can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes with the application of the Discovery Learning learning method and the Dakota learning media. The results showed that the application of the Discovery Learning method and the Dakota learning media could improve student learning outcomes. The data obtained from the results of students' learning completeness in the implementation of cycle 1 with a percentage value of 47% from the previous percentage of 26% in the pre-cycle. Abstract

Kesalahan konseptual dalam belajar aljabar, yang sering disebabkan oleh kesalahpahaman terhadap konsep dasar seperti variabel dan koefisien, menjadi penghalang signifikan bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan konseptual yang sering dilakukan siswa saat belajar aljabar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 25 siswa kelas XI MIPA yang akan menjadi subjek penelitian di MA Mathla'ul Anwar Kedondong pada semester ganjil tahun 2024/2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui ujian tertulis yang terdiri dari lima soal uraian. Analisis data menggunakan metode berikut: 1) mengoreksi jawaban siswa; 2) menemukan kesalahan dalam jawaban siswa; 3) menghitung persentase kesalahan; 4) menganalisis data hasil perhitungan secara deskriptif; dan 5) membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase kesalahan siswa adalah: 1) Kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketelitian dan kecerobohan sebesar 48%; 2) Kesalahan yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan proses sebesar 32%; 3) kesalahan konseptual siswa sebesar 60%. Kesalahan konseptual siswa dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori utama (indikator), yaitu kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep terkait soal yang diberikan dan kesalahan akibat ketidakmampuan dalam menentukan hubungan yang ada dalam masalah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesalahan tersebut antara lain terburu-buru, kurangnya latihan, pemahaman yang terbatas, serta kurangnya konsentrasi saat mengerjakan soal.

Abstract

In the sale and purchase agreement between Munir Datuk Rajo Intan as the seller and Cuaca Usmanto as the buyer, a transaction for land with Ownership Certificate Number 516/Sungai Sapih, covering 78,920 m², was made. The buyer has fully paid Rp.27,622,000. The practice includes granting a power of sale with substitution rights, allowing the power to be transferred to another party. However, the use of a power of attorney with substitution rights is prohibited under the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction No. 14 of 1982. This study aims to answer three main questions: 1) What is the legal force of the Deed of Power of Substitution in land ownership? 2) What is the position of the Sale and Purchase Agreement Act against third parties? 3) What is the process of changing the name of the certificate based on the Sale and Purchase Agreement Deed? The study uses a normative juridical approach with case and statute approaches. The findings show that a power of sale with substitution to avoid tax payment is invalid, as it does not align with the principle of consensus between the parties involved. To resolve this, it is recommended to cancel the Deed of Power of Attorney for Sale Substitution and carry out the name change through the proper procedure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mathematical disposition of students in post-covid-19 blended learning. The study is descriptive quantitative, the subject are 64 students in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year islamic education management study program. The research instrument is a mathematical disposition scale consisting of 12 items that have been validated by expert judgment and an interview guide. The mathematical disposition scale is prepared using a semantic differential scale. Data collection techniques by filling out a mathematical disposition scale and interviews. Based on the research results, students' mathematical dispositions in post-covid-19 Blended learning are included in the high category. Based on six aspects of disposition measured, four aspects are classified as high, the aspect of confidence in using mathematics in solving problems is classified as moderate, while the aspect of appreciating the usefulness of mathematics in everyday life and other fields of science is very low. This study is a preliminary study to see the mathematical disposition of students during blended learning. The aspect of appreciating the usefulness of mathematics needs special attention for further study where students have not fully recognized and realized the existence of mathematics in their daily activities and in other fields of science.
