Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi pelaku kejahatan pedofilia online Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) serta bentuk pencegahan dan penanggulangan dilakukan terhadap kejahatan pedofilia online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum hukum normatif (yuridis normatif), yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder, disebut juga penelitian doktrinal, dimana hukum seringkali dikonsepkan sebagai apa yang tertulis dalam peraturan perundang-undangan (law in books) atau dikonsepkan sebagai kaidah atau norma yang merupakan patokan berperilaku manusia yang dianggap pantas. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa 1) Pelaku kejahatan pedofilia online dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana yang berat, termasuk penjara dan denda, serta perlindungan bagi korban. Pasal 27 ayat (1) dan ayat (4) melarang peredaran informasi asusila dan memberikan sanksi bagi pihak yang sengaja menyebarkan konten pornografi, termasuk yang berkaitan dengan anak. Sehingga pelaku kejahatan pedofilia online dapat dijerat berdasarkan ketentuan undang-undang ini. Pelaku dapat dihukum penjara maksimal 6 tahun dan denda Rp 1 Miliar dan juga dapat dijatuhi sanksi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. 2) Upaya pencegahan melalui edukasi masyarakat dan kerjasama antara pemerintah, orang tua, dan penyelenggara sistem elektronik diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman bagi anak-anak. Solusi dari masalah ini ialah perlunya strategi pencegahan yang lebih komprehensif, termasuk pengembangan program-program rehabilitasi bagi pelaku, serta peningkatan mekanisme pelaporan bagi korban dan masyarakat umum agar dapat melindungi anak-anak dari risiko kejahatan pedofilia online secara efektif.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in public transaction patterns, one of which is through the use of electronic wallets (e-wallets). The convenience, speed, and various promotions offered by e-wallets have the potential to influence consumers’ consumptive behavior. In addition, the level of financial literacy plays an important role in determining how individuals manage their spending and make financial decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wallet usage, financial literacy, and technological convenience on consumers’ consumptive behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who use e-wallets. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to examine the influence of each independent variable on consumptive behavior. The results show that e-wallet usage and technological convenience have a positive effect on consumers’ consumptive behavior, while financial literacy has a negative effect, indicating that the higher a person’s financial literacy, the lower the tendency toward consumptive behavior. These findings are expected to serve as a consideration for the public and policymakers in improving financial literacy and encouraging more responsible use of financial technology.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the teaching materials that can influence in learning activities, because they can be a reference for teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the four standard feasibility of a grade VI student book on the theme of globalization in the curriculum 2013. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a type of descriptive approach that is library research. Participants or research objects that act as a source of data research information are the books of grade VI students and teachers. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it shows that the average value of the standardized analysis of the grade student book on the theme of globalization obtained a percentage 85,31% with the title “very worthy”. Thus this book can be used as best as possible.
