Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to assess the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SCAIS) as well as identify areas that need to be improved in the system to improve its function at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (PHRDA) of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative data collection. The results of this research conclude that 1) the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SCAIS) in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency has been carried out effectively and efficiently, but it still needs to be improved periodically and it is not easy to become complacent in order to realize e-governance; and 2) optimizing the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SCAIS) managed by PHRDA Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency by maximally inputting data on state civil apparatus employees within the OKU Regency government and socializing it to the Regional Apparatus Organizations (RPO) in OKU so that realizing up-to-date and integrated personnel data.

Abstract

Honey bee cultivation is one of the livestock businesses that can play a role in meeting the economic needs of the community. This research was conducted in order to find out what strategies are appropriate in developing the Klanceng (Trigona sp) honey livestock business so that the marketing and development of the Klanceng (Trigona sp) honey livestock business can develop and be able to add economic value to the people of Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The results of this research are internal factors include strengths and weaknesses, namely that employees have undergone training, the availability of nectar production facilities is quite extensive, cultivation management has been implemented and they already have market share. The weaknesses of the Klanceng Honey Farming Business (Trigona SP) in Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency are seasonal factors, funds, not being able to harvest every day, simple product packaging and lack of knowledge of marketing media. External factors include opportunities and threats. The strategiesis using the S-O strategy or power of opportunity strategy, namely utilizing government support in expanding the marketing area for honey products, utilizing nearby shops and honey collecting agents to market the harvest of Klanceng honey bee products (Trigona sp), then utilizing social media as a promotional tool honey products, as well as changing old packaging in the form of marjan bottles into more attractive glass bottles, developing technology for cultivating livestock Klanceng honey bees (Trigona sp) and finally renting land in an area that is in season.

Abstract

This study explains the problems in terms of the factors that influence the application of agricultural technology in Veteran Jaya Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency. This study emphasizes the role of farmer groups in the application of agricultural technology in Veteran Jaya Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency, especially in rain-fed rice farming. The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that influence the application of agricultural technology in Veteran Jaya Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency. The type of research used in this study is the quantitative descriptive method (Valeriana et al., 2020). The data obtained from the study population sample were analyzed according to the statistical method used and then interpreted. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the factors (X1) age of farmers, (X2) length of education, (X3) land area, (X4) have a significant effect on farmers' decisions to apply agricultural technology in Veteran Jaya Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency. The most influential factor in the application of agricultural technology in Veteran Jaya Village, Martapura District, East OKU Regency is the experience of farming rice fields with a standard value of the partial regression coefficient of 6.049.

Abstract

The agricultural sector has a massive role in the economic growth of a country, especially an agrarian country like Indonesia. One effort to improve the community's economy, reduce poverty, and improve the distribution of community income can be made by developing agroindustry. Cassava has become an agro-industrial commodity. Fresh cassava only lasts for a short time and is priced low. However, if further processing is carried out and managed optimally, cassava can provide more excellent economic value, thereby providing substantial profits for farmers and the community. This research aims to analyze strategies that can be formulated and implemented to develop the local cassava food business in Bukit Sari Village, Martapura District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The results of this discussion show that there is an opportunity in the cassava chips business for business actors to develop their business into souvenirs from Bukit Sari Village, Martapura District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and the threat to the cassava chips business is that there are competitors for other snack and fast food products so that these cassava chips are forgotten.

Abstract

Abstract This research will be conducted at the Buay Sandang Aji Police Sector in OKU Selatan. The location was selected intentionally (Purposive) considering the field expertise and dat a availability, as well as the consideration that the Buay Sandang Aji Police Sector is located in OKU Selatan. The method of this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling method used in this research is census, where the population number (Members) at the Buay Sandang Aji Police Sector in OKU Selatan is 17 people, and all are taken as samples for this research. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that partially and simultaneously, Leadership (X₁), Motivation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Buay Sandang Aji Police Sector in OKU Selatan.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline and PerformanceAbstrak Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Kepolisian Sektor Buay Sandang Aji, OKU Selatan. Lokasi dipilih secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan keahlian di bidangnya dan ketersediaan data, serta pertimbangan bahwa Polsek Buay Sandang Aji terletak di OKU Selatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, dimana jumlah populasi (Anggota) di Kepolisian Sektor Buay Sandang Aji OKU Selatan sebanyak 17 orang, dan semuanya diambil sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Abstract

AbstractThe Indonesian National Police is one of the forms of national organization that has an important role in the administration of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. performance is how a person is expected to function and behave in accordance with the duties that have been assigned to him. There are several aspects that affect performance. One of the factors that play an important role in improving performance is work discipline and work motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The sample withdrawal method in this study uses the Census technique, based on the criteria of 56 respondents, namely all members of the Prabumulih Police Satreskrim. This data processing method aims to answer the problem formulation. To answer the formulation of the problem, multiple linear regression tests are used. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described from the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the Work Discipline Variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on the performance of members of the Prabumulih police satreskrim. Indicated by the results of the calculation of the work discipline variable greater than the table value, namely 0.025 <0.05. Keyword: Motivation, work discipline and performanceAbstrakKepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi nasional yang memiliki peran penting dalam penyelenggaraan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. kinerja adalah bagaimana seseorang diharapkan dapat berfungsi dan berperilaku sesuai dengan tugas yang telah dibebankan kepadanya. Terdapat beberapa aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sensus, berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 56 responden yaitu seluruh anggota Satreskrim Polres Prabumulih. Metode pengolahan data ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah digunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang telah diuraikan dari bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota satreskrim Polres Prabumulih. Ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan variabel disiplin kerja lebih besar dari nilai tabel yaitu 0,025 < 0,05. Kata kunci: Motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Kecamatan Baturaja Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 40 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji mediasi menggunakan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Selain itu, kompensasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kompensasi dan kompetensi dengan kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi dan kompetensi tidak hanya berdampak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga melalui peningkatan motivasi pegawai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the appropriate strategy for poverty alleviation among oil palm workers in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency. This research was analyzed using the SWOT method. The results showed that based on the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats that exist among oil palm workers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, it can be concluded that the right strategy for poverty alleviation among oil palm workers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The strategy is a poverty alleviation strategy that can be carried out by palm oil workers and the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Government is to improve the quality of self (HR), manage natural resources (SDA) properly, maintain facilities and infrastructure properly, guarantee the welfare of palm oil workers and provide legal assistance for palm oil workers who experience injustice.

Abstract

Food diversification is one way to overcome food security problems in Indonesia. Food diversification aims to anticipate crises, provide alternative food, stimulate the economy and create healthy human resources. With the target of reducing dependence on rice consumption, Semidang Aji District is one of the districts in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency that participates in the Accelerated Food Consumption Diversification (P2KP) program. Through this P2KP program, the community is directly involved in efforts to improve family welfare, including through diversification of food consumption and home yard utilization. This study aims to find out the perception of women farmers groups on home yard functions in Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, and to find out the perception of women farmers groups towards food diversification in Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The sampling method used in this study is simple randomness, where from 21 villages in Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, there are 10 villages each with one group of peasant women so there are a total of 10 groups of women. Farmer. Of these 10 groups of female farmers, 10 members were taken as randomly taken respondents, so the total sample of this study was 100 people. The measured level of perception is the perception of female farmers about yard function and women's perception of food diversification. Perception level measurement uses the Likert Scale, which is a research scale commonly used to measure attitudes and opinions. The perception of female farmers in Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency towards the function of the home yard garden is in a high category, and food diversification is in a very high category. In addition, it was also found that female farmers in Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, agreed with the statement that the function of the home yard garden can support family food consumption, food diversification can support family food consumption and home yard functions and food diversification together can support family food consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of farmers and the level of motivation of farmers in using hybrid corn seed assistance and the factors that influence farmers in pursuing corn farming in Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is located in Bandar Jaya, Fajar Jaya, and Tanjung Agung Villages, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Respondent farmers were corn farmers in Bandar Jaya, Fajar Jaya, and Tanjung Agung villages who were selected using the Simple Random Sampling Method of as many as 97 people. The time of conducting the research is around November 2021. The analysis used to answer the first objective is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to explain each indicator variable. Quantitative analysis will be used on the variables of productivity and farm income. The analysis used to answer the factors that influence farmers in using government-assisted hybrid seeds with the factors studied are Education (X1), Age (X2), Family Dependents (X3), and Government Policy (X4). The average income of farmers who work on corn farming in the research area, both farmers who use hybrid seeds from the government or not, is IDR. 13,680,484.53. Farmer's age variable has a significant effect partially on the motivation of farmers who use hybrid seeds provided by the government in the study area, while the rest does not affect farmers' motivation.
