Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan inovasi pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau dalam memperoleh penghargaan pelayanan publik terbaik se-nasional dan mengetahui faktor pendukung inovasi pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau.Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena atau masalah yang positif bahwa DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau memperoleh penghargaan pelayanan publik terbaik se-nasioanal dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi pada Tahun 2018.Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Adapun informan penelitian ini: Kepala DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau, Kepala Bidang DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau, Pegawai DPMPTSP Provinsi Riau, dan Masyarakat.Langkah-langkah analisis data pada penelitian kualitatif menurut Miles and Huberman dalam (Sugiyono 2012:337) adalah reduksi data, penyajiandata dan verifikasi data.Muttaqin dalam (Deddy Mulyadi:2018) bahwa birokrasi yanng dapat melakukan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik, apabila beberapa faktor tersebut berinteraksi satu dengan yang lain dan terintegrasi dalam meciptakan birokrasi pemerintahan yang inovatif. Faktor-faktor tersebut berada pada tataran individu aparatur birokrasi pemerintahan, kelembagaan, sistem, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important thing that must be done as a means to obtain accurate data including the results of employee performance achievements. The data obtained from a performance appraisal system will greatly assist the leadership in determining further steps related to careers and employee development in the future. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance appraisal was carried out, and wanted to see whether the apparatus performance appraisal system based on the electronic SKP (e-SIKAP) application that was applied was reliable, and could be used as a basis for evaluating employee performance, especially at the Public Works, Spatial Planning Service. , Housing, Settlement and Land Areas (PUPRPKPP) Riau Province.The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, where the research carried out describes the actual phenomenon of events in the field. Data collection techniques are direct observation, interviews, and documentation related to research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: ASN performance assessment at the Riau Province PUPRPKPP Service using the e-SIKAP electronic application, which aims to improve ASN performance and organizational performance, as well as payment terms for Additional Employee Allowances. The assessment carried out includes an assessment of employee work targets (SKP) for a period of one year, and an assessment of the achievement of monthly work targets which are assessed every month for a period of one year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertajam sistem informasi pemasaran digital dengan merancang dan mengimplementasikan virtual card yang menerapkan model AIDA. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan waterfall yang diuji dengan Blackbox Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Batik Warna Alam siPutri. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan Javascript, yang mengasilkan virtual card dengan nilai usability yang tinggi. Skor acceptability ranges berada pada zona Acceptable, dengan skala grade A, dan adjective rating termasuk dalam kategori best imaginable. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terdapatnya kombinasi yang erat pada penerapan model AIDA dalam implemetasi sistem dan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang strategi pemasaran online dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the advantages of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in measuring lecturer performance to produce the best lecturer assessment. This research uses Purposive Sampling technique in determining student participants in the SMK TRIMULYA to select five teachers who have provided learning to all participants. The criteria used are discipline, teaching, motivation and innovation. The results of this study obtained the calculation results, namely teacher 1 (G1) with a total of 0,62, teacher 2 (G2) with a total of 0,60, teacher 3 (G3) with a total of 0,80, teacher 4 (G4) with a total of 1,00, and teacher 5 (G5) with a total of 0,72. So it can be concluded that the decision support system using the SAW method shows that the highest score is teacher 4 (G4). The SAW method is expected to help SMK TRIMULYA to determine the best teachers in the following periods.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was driven by the low adoption of digital marketing strategies among palm sugar-producing MSMEs in Branjang Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java. These MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing methods and have not fully utilized digital tools to communicate product value. The main goal of this program was to enhance the capacity of MSME actors to create emotionally and culturally relevant digital content using quotes. The method applied was a community-based participatory educational approach, starting from needs assessment to contextual quote creation training. The results showed that the quote-based strategy successfully increased awareness among MSME actors about the importance of emotional narratives in building product identity and consumer engagement. Significant shifts were observed in participants’ perceptions of social media, new initiatives to document production processes emerged, and meaningful quotes were developed reflecting the uniqueness and cultural values of local palm sugar. This approach was found to be effective, simple, and inclusive, bridging technical limitations with strong local potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Inovasi Pelayanan Kunjungan Anak Didik Lembaga pembinaan khusus anak (LPKA) Klas II Pekanbaru Pada Saat Covid-19 dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Menggunakan instrument penelitian observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah Inovasi Menurut Djamaludin Ancok (2012:38) dengan indikator Inovasi Proses, Inovasi Struktur Organisasi, Inovasi Dalam Hubungan, Inovasi Metode dan Inovasi Pelayanan. Informan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini penulis menetapkan narasumber yang berkompeten antara lain Kepala Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Klas II Pekanbaru,Kasi Pembinaan, Kasubsi Pendidikan dan BIMKEMAS, Kasubsi Perawatan, Keluarga dan Anak ( Narapidana). Adapun hasil penelitian atas Inovasi Pelayanan Kunjungan Anak Didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Klas II Pekanbaru Pada Saat Covid-19 sudah menerapkan pola layanan kunjungan berbasis teknologi dengan pola daring sebagai upaya pembaruan atas pendemi covid 19 yang terjadi saat ini, namun masih ada beberapa kendala baik dari segi sarana dan prasarana yang belum mendukung secara kseluruhan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas peralatan daring yang dibutuhkan secara bersamaan di LPKA Klas II Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemberhentian PNS terpidana kasus korupsi berdasarkan Undang - Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Tulisan ini merujuk pada Teori Negara Hukum, Teori Pertanggungjawaban Hukum dan Teori Kepastian Hukum. Populasi dan sampel berasal dari narasumber–narasumber yang relevan dengan penelitian. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah primer, sekunder dan tersier; teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan studi dokumen (kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi pemberhentian PNS terpidana kasus korupsi berdasarkan Undang - Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan masih adanya 2 Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir terpidana tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru berkekuatan hukum tetap yang belum diberikan sanksi Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat

Abstract

Star Silver Jewelry Shop is a business entity that operates in the field of selling silver jewelry. It was discovered that this shop still uses handwritten manual transaction proof. When a business is run manually, of course many problems arise, one of which is difficulty in managing transaction data such as proof of sales, item data, item codes and large amounts of sales results. So this research is here to provide a solution. The type of research used is research and development (R&D). This web-based application was created using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, Tailwind CSS and MYSQL database, with the PHP programming language and a little JavaScript. This website contains a login page as an initial display, where users are required to log in to validate whether the operator behind it is an officer or not, then they will be forwarded to a dashboard page with several customized menus.
