Abstract

Setiap guru idealnya memiliki strategi dalam merancang pembelajaran. Numerasi awal mengacu pada dasar-dasar penalaran matematika yang diperoleh anak sebagai bekal memasuki jenjang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi guru untuk mengembangkan kemampuan numerasi awal anak di TK Tabarak Deli Tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, adapun tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi tehnik dan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan Strategi utama dan strategi pendukung dalam mengembangkan kemampuan numerasi awal  dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan bermuatan numerasi pada anak usia dini yaitu bermain. Sedangkan strategi lain yang dapat mendukung munculnya kemampuan numerasi awal adalah bercerita, olahraga, menyanyi, dan permainan menggunakan aturan.

Abstract

This article documents the community service program implemented in Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, with a focus on developing physical education and sports in elementary schools. This program is designed to address some of the main challenges faced by teachers in the region, such as limited human resources, lack of knowledge about innovative teaching methods, and a lack of curriculum that is integrated with students' physical health and well-being. Through a series of training activities, development of sports facilities, and active collaboration between the foundation, local government and community, this program has succeeded in achieving various significant results and outcomes. This article details the implementation methods, results achieved, as well as plans for the next stages of the program, including efforts to involve the community more actively, development of extracurricular programs, further training for teachers, and development of more complete sports facilities. This article also highlights the main conclusions of the program, important suggestions for continuing the program, and references used in developing the program and writing this article.

Abstract

Sexual crimes in schools can cause trauma to children and create discomfort in the educational environment. Therefore, sexual education for children is a preventive measure to protect them from violence and sexual deviance. This study aims to analyze the design of a Quran-based sexual education model implemented in children's educational institutions in Deli Serdang District, the management of a child-friendly educational environment that supports this model, and the challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative method based on phenomenological studies with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show five models that have been implemented, namely the Developmental-Based Sexual Education Model, the Qur'anic Literacy Sexual Education Model, the Family-Centered Sexual Education Model, the Community-Driven Sexual Education Model, and the Tech-Enhanced Sexual Education Model. Physical environment management involves providing safe spaces to prevent violence, while non-physical management focuses on a sensitivity-based approach. The greatest challenge faced is the difficult-to-control influence of technology. Implications of research on awareness to protect children from violence.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media using the Benime application integrated with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for the topic of changes in the states of matter at the elementary school level. The research was motivated by the lack of student engagement in learning activities and the prevailing teacher-centered approach. The study employed a Research and Development method using a modified ADDIE model that included three stages: analysis, design, and development. The resulting product, in the form of educational animated videos, was validated by content experts, media experts, and classroom teachers, achieving an average validation score of 84%, indicating a high level of feasibility. Benime facilitates engaging visualizations and interactivity, encouraging students to actively explore and solve problems. The originality of this research lies in the integration of Benime animation and the PBL model in science instruction at the elementary level which has not been widely applied. This research implies a significant potential for enhancing technology-based learning quality and fostering students’ active participation in knowledge construction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan kreatifitas anak usia dini melalui media papier mache dengan berbahan dasar koran bekas pada anak kelompok B di TK Chairul Athfal T.A 2022/2023. Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah apakah media papier mache dengan berbahan dasar koran bekas dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas anak usia dini pada anak kelompok B di TK Chairul Athfal T.A 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri 4 kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak TK Chairul Athfal tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 15 orang anak. Dan objek penelitian ini adalah upaya meningkatkan kreatifitas anak usia dini melalui media papier mache dengan berbahan dasar koran bekas. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis lembar observasi anak untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan kreatifitas anak. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan tekhnik deskriktif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut diambil kesimpulan bahwa kreatifitas anak dapat meningkat melalui media papier mache dengan berbahan dasar koran bekas dan dapat dilihat pada hasil siklus II anak berkembang sangat baik mencapai 87,91%.

Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran yaitu media buku Pop Up dalam meningkatkan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun untuk kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan tahapan-tahapan dengan model 4D yang di modifikasi menjadi 3D dengan langkah-langkah (1) define (pendefinisian), (2) design (perancangan), dan (3) development (pengembangan). Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media buku Pop Up dalam meningkatkan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun.Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada validator, yaitu validator ahli materi, dan validator ahli media. Respon guru yang diberikan kepada guru sebagai ahli pembelajaran, saat sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media buku Pop Up yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari validator ahli materi mendapat tanggapan penilaian “Ya” sebanyak 12 pertanyaan dengan kategori “Layak”, dan hasil validator ahli media mendapat tanggapan penilaian “Ya” sebanyak 15 pertanyaan dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil respon guru juga menyatakan media buku Pop Up  layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini dengan tanggapan penilaian “Ya” sebanyak 15 pertanyaan dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan kriteria skor penilaian, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Pengembangan Media Buku Pop Up Dalam Meningkatkan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 tahun Di UPT SPF TK NEGERI 03 BERINGIN T.A. 2022/2023 sudah Valid dan Sangat Layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study is to find out and examine the "Analysis of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the Indonesian School in Kuala Lumpur. This study was conducted using a phenomenological approach. This type of research is a qualitative study that looks and listens more closely and in detail to individual explanations and understandings of their experiences. The phenomenological approach is based on the researcher's interest in studying more deeply the phenomena experienced by key informants. The research was conducted at the Indonesian School in Kuala Lumpur. The informants in this study were teachers, school curriculum representatives, and school public relations. Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely; (a) observation; (b) interviews; and (c) documentation studies. To ensure the validity of the data, several efforts were made as follows: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) conducting continuous and serious observations, (c) conducting triangulation, and (d) involving colleagues for discussion. From the results of the study in this study, it was found that there was an independent curriculum that was used as a reference in the driving school, which produced students who were noble, independent, critically reasoned, creative, had mutual cooperation, and a sense of diversity. The principal encouraged various participatory, unique, and innovative programs. Fostering cooperation with teachers who support their leaders to participate in realizing the vision and mission of the Indonesian school in Kuala Lumpur.
