Abstract

Pendampingan Agroeduwisata Sebagai Upaya Preventif Dan Represif Terhadap Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Di Desa Pekan Tanjung Beringin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok budidaya ikan GULE Jaya terkait 3 aspek permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu : 1. permasalahan penyalahgunaan narkotika yang tinggi , 2. pemasalahan manajemen bibit tanaman hortikultura dan 3. permasalahan budidaya ikan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pekan Tanjung Beringin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, dimana pada kagiatan agroeduwisata di fokuskan pada dua kegiatan yaitu budidaya ikan dan budidaya tanaman melalui pembibitan tanaman hortikultara. Oleh karena kegiatan budidaya ikan telah ada, maka focus kegiatan ada pengembangan manajemen usaha produk bibit tanaman hortikultura. dan budidaya ikan lele,nila, gurami dan ikan bawal . Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi solusi preventif dan refresif bagi penyalahgunaan narkotika dan motor penggerak ekonomi Desa Pekan Tanjung Beringin. Serdang Bedagai sebagai model usaha agroeduwisata ekonomi kreatif produk khas. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah metode penyambungan bibit tanaman yang masih tradisional dengan menggunakan pisau cutter sebagai alat pemotong batang bawah dan batang atas sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dan resiko keberhasilan penyambungann bibit tanaman yang tinggi serta jumlah bibit sambung per harinya terbatas tergantung kepada keahlian orang yang menyambungnya. Di samping itu pemasaran bibit dan juga ikan sebagai focus kegiatan agroeduwisata belum tersosialisasi secara lokal dan nasional sehingga belum menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan bagi kelompok tersebut. Selain itu, pencatatan keuangan usaha belum dilakukan dengan baik, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan kurang optimal.

Abstract

Halal certificate is a business license for halal product managed by BPJPH based on written Halal Fatwa Issued by the MUI, (Article, 1 paragraph (10) of law No. 33 of 2014, conserving halal product assurance. This research concerns the giving administrative sections for the inclusion of halal certificates without BPJPH permission. Method used in this research is legal research method normative juridical, is a type of approach in legal research which provides a normative point of view, is a type of approach in legal research that provides problem analysis from aspects of legal concepts. The background or in norming.  Research result imposing administrative sanction against the inclusion of halal certificates without BPJPH permission. Abstract Sertifikat halal adalah izin usaha untuk produk halal yang dikelola oleh BPJPH berdasarkan Fatwa Halal tertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh MUI, (Pasal, 1 ayat (10) undang-undang No. 33 tahun 2014, tentang jaminan produk halal. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemberian bagian administrasi untuk pencantuman sertifikat halal tanpa izin BPJPH. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, yaitu suatu tipe pendekatan dalam penelitian hukum yang memberikan sudut pandang normatif, yaitu suatu tipe pendekatan dalam penelitian hukum yang memberikan analisis masalah dari aspek konsep-konsep hukum. Latar belakang atau dalam pembuatan norma.  Hasil penelitian penjatuhan sanksi administratif terhadap pencantuman sertifikat halal tanpa izin BPJPH.

Abstract

The current era of information technology development has unwittingly changed the global world order which inevitably becomes a challenge for the world of education today. Education modification should also welcome the development of information technology to be developed in the learning process to be more effective and attract the attention of students so that it is hoped that the knowledge to be conveyed can be easily understood. The development of information technology is marked by the emergence of sophisticated tools that can be utilized in the learning process in schools. This study aims to see the modification in classroom learning carried out by teachers in every learning process, especially at MAS Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan, the research method is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and other instruments that are categorized to support this research. The results of this study found that the implementation of learning in schools, especially at MAS Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan, has embraced learning moderenization, this can be seen from learning facilities that have used technological devices in accordance with the times, such as learning using laptob facilities, computers, infocus, and other learning facilities.

Abstract

Investments and aspirations towards social justice are interrelated and influence each other. A well-planned investment begins with legal drafting and a wise effort to potentially become a major force in achieving social justice. For this reason, a thorough approach is needed in designing and implementing investments, taking into account the social and environmental impacts that may arise. This research aims to know the reconstruction of investment law based on social justice as the ideal of social justice is not just a wish, but can be realized through sustainable and comprehensive investments. The research used normative legal research, which is used as the opposite of the empirical/sociological legal research method. The result showed a well-planned investment begins with legal drafting and a wise effort to potentially become a major force in achieving social justice. For this reason, a thorough approach is needed in designing and implementing investments, taking into account the social and environmental impacts that may arise. In this way, the ideal of social justice is not just a wish, but can be realized through sustainable and comprehensive investments.

Abstract

Analysis of Collective Labor Agreements in ultinational corporation through the lens of Gustav Radbruch's theory underlines the importance of material justice, legal certainty, and the conformity between legality and morality in industrial relations. Radbruch's theory provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating the fairness and effectiveness of Collective labor Agreements, emphasizing the important role of trade unions in protecting workers' rights and ensuring fair implementation of Collective labor Agrements. The application of Radbruch's principles in this context requires active cooperation from all stakeholders, including the government, employers, and trade unions. The government has the responsibility to create a legal environment that supports justice and legal certainty, while employers must respect workers' rights and comply with the contents of Collective labor Agreements. Trade unions, as representatives of workers, have a crucial role in ensuring that workers' voices and interests are heard and considered in the process of negotiating and implementing Collective labor Agreements

Abstract

Sexual crimes in schools can cause trauma to children and create discomfort in the educational environment. Therefore, sexual education for children is a preventive measure to protect them from violence and sexual deviance. This study aims to analyze the design of a Quran-based sexual education model implemented in children's educational institutions in Deli Serdang District, the management of a child-friendly educational environment that supports this model, and the challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative method based on phenomenological studies with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show five models that have been implemented, namely the Developmental-Based Sexual Education Model, the Qur'anic Literacy Sexual Education Model, the Family-Centered Sexual Education Model, the Community-Driven Sexual Education Model, and the Tech-Enhanced Sexual Education Model. Physical environment management involves providing safe spaces to prevent violence, while non-physical management focuses on a sensitivity-based approach. The greatest challenge faced is the difficult-to-control influence of technology. Implications of research on awareness to protect children from violence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online learning on the economics learning outcomes of International Trade Class XI IPS MAS Students of the Univa Medan Project. The population of this study was 29 students of class XI and the sampling technique was saturated sampling which made the entire population the research sample. This study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire for online learning variables while the learning outcomes variable in this study used student learning outcomes data obtained directly from the school. This study uses correlation testing to see the relationship between variables and also uses several tests such as data quality tests for instruments, classical assumption tests and also hypothesis testing to see the effect between variables. From the results of data processing, a significance value of 0.803 was obtained which was greater than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is accepted, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables, namely online learning, does not affect the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of zakat distribution on poverty alleviation efforts in Medan City. By focusing on the role of zakat in helping vulnerable community groups, this research investigates the extent to which zakat distribution can make a positive contribution to reducing poverty levels in this city. The research method involves quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including surveys and interviews with zakat recipients, zakat management institutions, and related stakeholders. The research findings provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of zakat distribution in providing assistance to community groups in need. The results of data analysis show that zakat distribution can have a positive impact on poverty alleviation in several areas in Medan City. However, several challenges were also found, including unequal distribution and lack of transparency in the zakat distribution mechanism. Apart from that, public awareness about zakat and understanding regarding the management of zakat funds also play an important role in the effectiveness of distribution. Therefore, recommendations have been prepared to increase transparency, public awareness and supervision in an effort to increase the effectiveness of zakat distribution as an instrument for poverty alleviation in Medan City. It is hoped that this research can provide a basis for zakat management institutions, the government and the community to optimize the role of zakat in efforts to reduce poverty levels in Medan City, as well as contribute to further understanding of the dynamics of zakat distribution and its impact on community welfare.

Abstract

Aktifitas bisnis dalam Islam dikendalikan oleh aturan-aturan syariat yakni tentang halal dan haram, baik dari cara memeroleh harta maupun  cara memanfaatkannya. Aturan dan prinsip halal dan haram ini tidak ada dalam kegiatan bisnis di luar dari selain Islam. Secara ekonomi Potensi Undang-undang JPH, sangat besar. Apalagi dalam indikator  global ekonomi Islam, yang diterbitkan oleh State of the Global Islamic economy Report (GIER) 2018/19.  Malasyia dan UEA mendapat skor 127 dan 89. Mereka unggul jauh dari Bahrain (65), Arab Saudi (54), Oman (51), Yordania, Qatar, dan Pakistan (49), Kuwait (46), serta Indonesia (45) Bahkan secara khusus, Indonesia disebut telah berhasil melakukan lompatan  sehingga masuk dalam jajaran 10 (sepulu) besar negara yang memegang peranan dalam perekonomian Islam di dunia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian hukum ini adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, yang hanya menggunakan data kepustakaan. Sedangkan sifat penelitian  adalah bersifat diskriftif, yang menggambarkan norma hukum dan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan Aspek Yuridis  Kewenangan Sertifikasi Halal di Indonesia. Hasil penelian yang dilakukan tentang Aspek Yuridis Kewenangan Serifikasi Halal di Indonesia disimpulkan, Sebelum berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk halal secara aspek yuridis, pergeseran pengaturan sertifikasi halal   telah terjadi beberapa. Anatara lain pada Tahun 1967, Penandaan Label Haram menjadi otoritas Pemerintah melalui Depatemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (BPOM). Sampai Akhirnya terjadi gejolak ekonomi tentang halal produk minuman dan makanan. Dimana ummat Islam di Indonesia tidak percaya tentang kehalalan suatu produk makanan dan minuman kemasan. Pada Tahun 1985 Melalui SKB Menetri Agama dan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 472/Menkes/SKB/VIII/1985. Melibatkan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). Kemudian mengalikan sertifikasi Halal kepada MUI. Setelah lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal di Indonesia. Kembali mengalami perubahan, secara asfek yuridis pengaturan kewenangan  sertifikasi halal, yang mulai sejak tahun 1985 dipegang oleh MUI, kemudian efektif berlaku pada tahun 1994, maka setelah 2014, Kewenangan penerbitan sertifikasi halal berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. Kembali menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama dalam hal ini Badan Pengelola Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH).

Abstract

Character values are traits or things that are considered important and useful in human life. Character values can also be used as instructions or guidelines for behavior. Character values can be formed and developed through education. Therefore, everyone, especially UMN Al-Washliyah students, must possess the importance of character education values through Islamic Education. This research aims to describe the values of Islamic education in Surah ash-Shaff verses 10-11, which means jihad, in forming the religious character of UMN Al-Washliyah students. By studying the values of Islamic education, it is hoped that it can shape students' character for the better. Islamic Education values will be formed by translating Surah Ash-Shaff verses 10-11 to form character education, especially for UMN Al-Washliyah students. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results of this research are 1) Character education values for primary and secondary school students, namely the values or character that have been exemplified by the founders of Al-Washliyah who are strong and steadfast in practicing their religion or the values contained therein: Religious, honest, tolerant, Discipline, Hard Work, Creative, Independent, Democratic, Curiosity, National Spirit, Love of the Motherland, Respect for Achievement, Friendly/Communicative, Love of Peace, Love of Reading, Care for the Environment, Care for Social Responsibility. 2) Strategies for instilling character-building values for students, namely Incorporating character education into all courses on campus, Creating slogans or chants that can foster the habit of all students to behave well, and Getting used to good behavior. Positive attitude among campuses, and carrying out regular monitoring, giving rewards to students who always have good character.
