Abstract

This research aims to examine whether the budget allocation for infrastructure development has a significant effect on economic growth in the Bulungan district. To analyzes the relationship among dependent and independent variable under this study used simple linear regression method. Taken fromk the result of this study can be concluded that when budget allocation of infrastructure development is constant then the economic growth in the Bulungan district as 4,973 percent. Budget allocation of infrastructure development on Economic growth in the Bulungan district get rise, the Economic growth in the Bulungan district will be increase. And contribution of Budget allocation of infrastructure development variable on economic growth in the Bulungan district only 44,5 percent. Based on the result, then can be suggested to the Goverment of Bulungan District to intensifying strategic infrastructure budget such as infrastructure under agriculture sector, road and bridge infrastructure, able to open the isolation of each region which still experience obstacle in marketing their own crops. Beside enlarger the infrastucture development budget, it be expected that the goverment make controlling and supervision in detail on the determined budget so the infrastructure development budget be right on the target it be able to trigger the economic growth. Goverment of Bulungan District become more selective in positioning each structural officials in each stage of official position in order to have performance and loyalty to the leader and synergy in developing Bulungan district economy. Developing the potential of Bulungan District at present does not managed professionally like tourism sector, to adding goverment income source in turn it can be generate the economic growth. Keywords : infrastructure budget allocation, economic growth

Abstract

The rationale of this study was to analyze and prove the training effect on the performance of the Civil Service through job satisfaction variables. Type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is all employees of Transmigration and Manpower Office of Bulungan Regency about 55 persons. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The sampling technique performed by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used a path analysis approach. The findings showed that training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In step 1, training is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. In step 2 when training and job satisfaction are regressed together to predict employee performance, training remains significant. Thus job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

Abstract

This study focuses on the factors that affect the employee performance in terms of institutions where they work. There are three objects or locations that become the research focus, namely educational institutions represented by the state university in East Kalimantan, government institutions represented by the State AdministrationInstitution (LAN) and state-owned institutions represented by PT. Pupuk Kaltim Tbk. The research results show that employee performance is influenced by three factors, namely competence, work motivation, and organizational culture.The performance of government employees is influenced by three factors, namely religiosity, organizational culture, and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). And performance of state-owned employees is influenced only by work motivation.

Abstract

The reason for this review was to examine the impact of work understanding and work inspiration on work inspiration at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. Likewise, the impact of work inspiration as an intermediate variable between understanding work and inspiration from working at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. The population in this center, as well as during the study, is mostly PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch with over 37 employees, including 1 chief supervisor, 5 boat directors and 31 employees. The logical procedure used is a path study using SPSS programming. The results showed that the work experience variable had a positive and critical impact on the work inspiration of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch. Variable work experience has a positive and tremendous impact on the exhibitor's trade show.

Abstract

This research to analyse the effect of training and career development on the performance of police office with work motivation as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were 85 police officers at Polresta Pangkalpinang. The data analysis technique used is SEM SMART-PLS. The results showed that training and career development had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Polri members. Furthermore, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police officer. In addition, training and career development were also found to have a positive and significant effect directly on the performance police officers. Work motivation is proven to mediate the effect of training and career development on the performance of police officers. Overall, the results of this study indicate that training, career development, and work motivation are important factors that can improve the performance of police officers at Pangkalpinang Police Station.

Abstract

The research was carried out to find out how far the strategy formulation, organizational commitment and leadership style affected to the implementation Good Corporate Governance that would influence the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB) in Indonesia and Malaysia. There were two research objects namely 53 employees of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and 53 employees in Malaysia. Data collection was done by using questionnaire, then validity and reliability test was done which has approved that data was valid and reliable. The data was analyzed by path analysis and processed by SPSS. The result of research showed that both countries’ governance was regulated in separated law and regulation with conventional system. Variable of strategy formulation and leadership style were significantly influenced to the implementation of good corporate governance on Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. While the variable of organizational commitment was not significantly affected to the good corporate governance in Indonesia, but it had significant effect in Malaysia. Strategy formulation and organizational commitment had significant effect on the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia but leadership style had no significant effect on the performance. When the strategy formulation, organizational commitment, leadership style and good corporate governance implementation were regressed together to predict performance, strategy formulation and organizational commitment remain significant. However, leadership style and Good Corporate Governance implementation had no significant effect on the performance.

Abstract

To achieve this goal, companies need to pay attention to employees in all aspects of their work because this becomes an incentive for employees to carry out their work activities and achieve organizational goals. For this reason, it is natural to pay attention to the whereabouts of employees from the start. Employees who are company assets need to know their needs and desires so that they are expected to be able to produce job satisfaction, good performance and high loyalty to the company so as to achieve company goals. Effective human resource management requires managers to find the best way to employ employees to achieve goals. company. There are many things that can be done to empower good human resources, including efforts that include level education, training, and creating a conducive work situation or environment so that employees feel at home carrying out their work. Compensation is an important aspect in determining employee performance. Company attention is important because employees try to achieve the performance determined by the company. Realizing the importance of compensation for company performance, compensation management should be important. In providing compensation, the timeliness of providing compensation and the amount of compensation given by the company to employees affects employee morale, motivation, work performance and performance. An employee's absolute income level will determine the scale of his life and relative income shows his status and dignity. Therefore, if employees perceive that the compensation they receive is inadequate, this will cause employee morale, motivation, work performance and performance to decline drastically. Motivation is a condition that drives employees who are directed or focused on achieving company goals. Achieving this goal means also achieving the personal goals of the members concerned.

Abstract

This study focuses on testing the Influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at PT. Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch through organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of human resource development on Employee Performance at PT Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch through organizational culture. The sample used in this study was 40 employees. The sample collection technique in this study uses the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative analysis method using SmartPLS software. The test results show that, First, Human Resource Development has a positive effect on Organizational Culture. Second, Human Resource Development has a positive effect on employee performance. Third, Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Fourth, Human Resource Development has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture.Suggestions for PT Eloda Mitra of Palembang Branch to continue to maintain and continue to improve the work motivation of the workforce by continuing to provide a good position for the workforce, creating a mutually supportive work environment, developing creativity from the workforce so that the performance and productivity of the workforce.

Abstract

Sistem presensi siswa di SMK N 4 saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, rentan terhadap manipulasi data dan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem presensi siswa yang lebih akurat dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan algoritma YOLOv8 untuk melakukan deteksi wajah secara real-time. Melalui studi kasus di SMK Negeri 4 Tarakan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan mengumpulkan dataset wajah siswa dan melatih model YOLOv8. Menggunakan Algoritma YOLOv8 dalam mengidentifikasi wajah secara real-time. Berdasarkan dataset dari 30 Siswa SMK Negeri 4 Tarakan dengan pengambilan data  menggunakan foto wajah, 120 foto data wajah dari 30 siswa. Dengan data training yaitu 84 gambar, data valid yaitu 24 gambar, dan data testing 12 gambar. Hasil performa model yaitu, nilai mAP yaitu 88,1%, precision 76,1%, dan recall 82,8% untuk pengolahan dataset siswa. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan performa menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibuat mampu mendeteksi dengan baik.
