Abstract

AbstractSome challenges MEA labor courts in Indonesia will only raise the unemployment rate itself, because it has no impact on improving the living standards of the people of Indonesia. If Indonesia is not ready, then the free flow of goods, services, investment, skilled labor and capital, seen as a threat rather than an opportunity. Another challenge is the horizontal chasm between countries with advanced economy class and are still intermediate and advanced. Vertical chasm between the liberal democratic state and still authoritarian. ASEAN Economic Community which was formed with a mission to make the economy in ASEAN for the better and be able to compete with countries - countries whose economies are more advanced than the current condition of the ASEAN countries. In addition, the realization of the ASEAN Community in which there is AEC, can make ASEAN into a more strategic position in the international arena, we expect the realization of the ASEAN economic community is able to open the eyes of all parties, so that there is a dialogue between sectors that will also be complementary among stakeholders in the State sector of the economy of ASEAN countries. Indonesia challenges ahead realize meaningful change to the lives of everyday people. This opportunity is open, if not immediately used will be left behind, because the process is also followed the motion of other countries and it continues to unfold.Keywords: SMEs, Strategy, ASEAN AbstrakBeberapa  tantangan MEA seperti  lapangan  tenaga  kerja  yang  ada  di Indonesia hanya akan menaikkan angka pengangguran itu sendiri, karena tidak berdampak pada peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Bila Indonesia tidak siap, maka aliran bebas barang, jasa, investasi, tenaga kerja terampil  dan  modal,  terlihat  sebagai  ancaman  daripada  peluang.  Tantangan lainnya adalah jurang horizontal antara negara dengan kelas ekonomi maju dan yang masih menengah dan maju. Jurang vertikal antara negara yang demokratis liberal dan masih otoriter. ASEAN Economic Community  yang dibentuk dengan misi menjadikan perekonomian di ASEAN menjadi lebih baik serta mampu bersaing dengan Negara - negara yang perekonomiannya lebih maju dibandingkan dengan kondisi Negara ASEAN saat ini. Selain itu juga dengan terwujudnya ASEAN Community dimana di dalamnya terdapat AEC, dapat menjadikan posisi ASEAN menjadi lebih strategis di kancah Internasional,  kita  mengharapkan  dengan  terwujudnya  komunitas  masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN ini dapat membuka mata semua pihak, sehingga terjadi suatu dialog antar sektor yang nantinya juga saling melengkapi diantara para stakeholder  sektor  ekonomi  di  Negara  negara  ASEAN. Tantangan Indonesia kedepan mewujudkan perubahan yang berarti bagi kehidupan keseharian masyarakatnya. Peluang yang  sudah  terbuka  ini,  kalau  tidak  segera dimanfaatkan akan tertinggal,  karena  proses  ini  juga  diikuti  gerak negara  lain  dan  hal  itu  terus bergulir.  Kata kunci: UMKM, Strategi, ASEAN

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 is the cause of death with the highest number in the world so that the government enforce work from home rule.The work from home rule causes activities such as teaching and learning, training, and seminar conducted via online education. The purpose of this activity is to educate online about the importance of updating data in sinta. The method of activity is carried out with socialization (lecture) and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The target of this activity is the campus community consisting of staff-bureaus, lecturers, and the rest of the university staff. The number of participants who participated was 79 people. Most were from the faculty of health sciences (25.3%), law (15.2%), economics and business (13.9%), psychology and engineering (11.4%). The results of the socialization showed that most participants understood about the importance of updating data in sinta; knowledge (good) 51.9%. The results of the FGD showed that participants mainly discussed the creating a sinta account (25%), synchronizing data from old institution to new institution (25%), consulting services in sinta (37.5%), and classifying expertise or research themes in sinta (12.5%). As many as 100% expressed an understanding about updating data in sinta. This activity increased knowledge about the importance updating data in sinta by 48.1%. Thus, it is important to carry out an educational activities especially with online methods routinely and periodically in an effort to increase knowledge regarding the conditions of the pandemic.  Keywords: Online Education, COVID-19, Knowledge, Sinta

Abstract

Abstract : Employee commitment and engagement is one of the keys to organizational success. Furthermore,  in a higher education instituion, it is important to measure the commitment and engagement of lecturers in it in an effort to improve quality and performance. However, there is no specific measurement to measure the level of commitment and special attachment to lecturers. The purpose of this study is to find alternative instruments, measurements, and scales for surveys that can measure the level of lecturer commitment to the profession and their higher education appropriately. The study was conducted by survey method, of 136 lecturers in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Initial measurements used 13 item, which were then processed by RASCH modeling. The RASCH model analysis showed that there were 11 item measures that could be suggested for further research in measuring the commitment and attachment of lecturers, of which these 11 items were not biased towards age, educational background and lecturer status, but were biased towards the length of service. In addition to the items, the results of the study show that the measurement of the items can be done with a four-level Likert scale. The implication obtained from the results of this study is that these 11 measures can be used for research that measures the level of commitment and attachment of lecturers. The implication of this research is the measurement items for commitment and engagement of lecturers can be used in further research and analysis. Abstrak: Komitmen dan keterlibatan karyawan adalah salah satu kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Selanjutnya, dalam lembaga pendidikan tinggi, penting untuk mengukur komitmen dan keterlibatan dosen di dalamnya dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja. Namun, tidak ada pengukuran khusus untuk mengukur tingkat komitmen dan keterikatan khusus kepada dosen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan instrumen alternatif, pengukuran, dan skala untuk survei yang dapat mengukur tingkat komitmen dosen terhadap profesi dan pendidikan tinggi mereka secara tepat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei, dari 136 dosen di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Pengukuran awal menggunakan 13 item, yang kemudian diproses oleh pemodelan RASCH. Analisis model RASCH menunjukkan bahwa ada 11 item ukuran yang dapat disarankan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengukur komitmen dan keterikatan dosen, di mana 11 item ini tidak bias terhadap usia, latar belakang pendidikan dan status dosen, tetapi bias terhadap panjangnya. layanan. Selain item, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran item dapat dilakukan dengan skala Likert empat tingkat. Implikasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa 11 langkah ini dapat digunakan untuk penelitian yang mengukur tingkat komitmen dan keterikatan dosen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah item pengukuran untuk komitmen dan keterlibatan dosen dapat digunakan dalam penelitian dan analisis lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between training, performance evaluation, and pay satisfaction, as well as work engagement and turnover intentions, with the moderating influence of job stress. Human resource management is the focus of this study, which aims to increase work engagement in property companies in carrying out their various tasks and functions optimally and to the maximum extent possible, as well as positive managerial implications for management, which aims to progress the company. This study collected data using the survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires online using a google form and, in this study, using 130 respondents. The research was conducted using quantitative analysis, using structural equation modeling (SEM) - partial least square (PLS) methods. The findings indicate that satisfaction with training has an effect on work engagement, that performance reviews have an effect on work engagement, that pay satisfaction does not have an effect on work engagement, and that the presence of work stress as a moderator does not make the relationship between work engagement and turnover intention stronger. The implications of this study are intended to increase work engagement, so companies must pay attention to employee conditions regarding satisfaction with their pay, then make training plans in such a way that the training they get with their work is relevant and satisfying so as to increase the level of engagement among employees at the company.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Duri Kepa dengan jumlah warga sekitar 73.972 jiwa. Permasalahan pola dan perilaku sehat, perselisihan warisan, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), perceraian, memerlukan pembinaan untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat serta mendorong masyarakat untuk taat membayar pajak khususnya bagi usaha kecil dan menengah merupakan masalah yang akan diberikan solusi oleh TIM PKM Universitas Esa Unggul. Masyarakat membutuhkan informasi tentang gizi sehat, pengetahuan tentang hukum perkawinan, hukum waris, pengetahuan tentang bahayanya perkawinan dini, pengetahuan tentang parenting, dan pengembangan usaha, pembukuan dan perpajakan. Pelaksanaan dibuat dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan, menayangkan video sehingga lebih menarik dan dapat dimuat dalam youtube sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi secara digital. Media komunikasi ini dapat dijadikan sarana bagi masyarakat untuk saling berbagi informasi antar anggota masyarakat dan Kelurahan. Melalui media komunikasi ini maka diharapkan semua informasi dari dua arah dapat cepat disampaikan dan cepat ditindaklanjuti melalui pembuatan rencana atau penanganan secara cepat.  Kesimpulan secara umum, PKM ini berhasil menambah pengetahuan masyarakat di Kelurahan Duri Kepa terkait pengembangan usaha, perilaku hidup sehat, dan sadar hukum.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has prompted attention to factors that can maintain business sustainability, especially in terms of customer loyalty. The literature study identified several determining factors, including service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand trust. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the impact of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust on customer loyalty in the Shopee mobile application in Jabodetabek. Using a purposive sampling method, the survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 120 customers. The results of regression analysis using SPSS refer to a statistical research process where data about the relationship between one or more independent variables (predictors) and one dependent variable (result) is analyzed. SPSS is used as a tool to analyze data and produce regression results. Thus, this research provides important implications that e- commerce mobile applications need to ensure service quality, satisfaction and customer trust to maintain and increase customer loyalty, as well as compete effectively in the online market.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan baru dan menemukan pengaruh interaksi, electronic word of mouth, keputusan pembelian dan brand trust sebagai mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah mengonsumsi produk makanan cepat saji dan aktif menggunakan media sosial yang berdomisili di wilayah JABODETABEK dengan rentang usia 17-55 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Structured Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Interaksi dan Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust dan keputusan pembelian. Namun, brand trust tidak memediasi hubungan antara Interaksi dan eWOM terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan penelitian dapat digunakan oleh untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran perusahaan

Abstract

Purchase intention is important to pay attention to because it relates to consumer interest in trying, buying, and owning products such as beauty products. Furthermore, it can be seen from the consumer's behavior of parasocial interaction, social value, and personal value towards the influencer, which will affect their interest in buying the product. This research takes the object of research as an owner as well as an influencer for beauty products Secondate. The research design uses a deductive approach with a quantitative research model to determine the impact of influencers on the quality of parasocial interaction, social values, personal values, and e-wom on purchase intention. The sample of this study were secondary make-up users with a total of 169 respondents. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of the study show that parasocial interaction affects social value. Parasocial interaction increases positive perceptions of personal value, and social value can increase consumer purchase intention, but personal value cannot attract consumer purchase intention. Parasocial interaction does not affect consumer purchase intention, so e-wom does not moderate the effect of parasocial interaction on consumer purchase intention. The results of this study concluded that social media can be a means to affect the interest in buying a product. With the respondent's research on social value and personal value, it can be said that it affects a person's buying interest in a product. Social value and personal value can help us to sort out which products we need and which are suitable for us.

Abstract

Sustainable human resource management on employee intrinsic motivation manifests in work engagement, employability, and job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative-deductive method because it has a clear and measurable population and sample. This research employs the purposive sampling method with permanent employees of an Indonesian state-owned construction company in the construction sector in Indonesia as the respondents. Structured equation model – partial least squares (SEM PLS) is used in processing and analyzing the data obtained. The research results explain the strong influence of SHRM on work engagement, employability, and job satisfaction. This research contributes academically to provide a new perspective for company management to apply the concept of sustainability in human resource management. The findings from this research can be used by policymakers to develop policies for SHRM in their organization. The application of the sustainability concept to human resource management allows companies to gain opportunities to achieve performance from a financial, social, and ecological perspective in the long term.

Abstract

In the world of work, both in industry and in institutions, human resources (HRM) are a very important component. A strong and reliable human resource is essential to the smooth operation of any company. It's an essential part of any organization's ability to compete in today's market, and every company is trying to find the best individual to do it. If a company wants to its vision, mission, and goal, human resource management needs to be given greater attention. So, whatever affects employee performance should be taken into account. This research analyzes the things that influence the performance of employees in the company, because of the importance of human resources for the competitive advantage of the company. The purpose of this writing is to find out how advanced research is related to the topic. The method used in this research is literature review. Research results show that employee performance is strongly influenced by job motivation. Therefore, human resource management is vital to having good employees and performing optimally.
