Abstract

Dalam kasus kanker payudara, penyakit ini merupakan kanker paling umum kedua di dunia. Kanker payudara diperkirakan memiliki 1,67 juta kasus yang didiagnosis pada tahun 2012. Pada kasus kanker payudara, penyakit ini lebih banyak terjadi pada daerah yag kurang berkembang dibandingkan dengan daerah yang lebih maju. Penyakit kanker payudara menjadi urutan kelima dari penyakit yang mematikan untuk seluruh dunia. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi data mining untuk klasifikasi penyakit kanker payudara menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Data yang digunakan adalah dataset breast-cancer dan breast-w-original yang diambil dari UCI (University Of California Irvine). Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan perbandingan performa hasil akurasi dan kappa statistik antara algoritma KNN, Naïve Bayes, dan SVM.

Abstract

Weather is one of the important parts that occur in human life. The fields of human occupation that are most affected by the weather, for example, are agriculture, tourism, transportation, and also other fields that require outdoor activities. Before working, humans will see the weather forecast through various media such as weather applications. When entering the rainy season, the weather in Indonesia cannot be predicted accurately even though it has been forecasted, because the weather in Indonesia during the rainy season can change. Currently, Indonesia has used the AWS system but it is still in limited numbers which is also because the AWS used is still made by another country, so it has a fairly expensive price. Therefore, this study will design and implement an Internet of Things-based Weather Monitoring System using the Naïve Bayes algorithm that can help classify the weather status where the device is located. The device is built using DHT11 sensors, LDR, and rain gauge sensors as input parameters for weather data. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the system that has been built can run well. All the features created can function properly and can display weather results according to the Naïve Bayes algorithm calculations. The tool that was built can receive data and send data into the database. The application that was built can implement the Naïve Bayes algorithm and has an average accuracy of 92.49%.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease, especially coronary heart disease (CHD), is the leading cause of death globally, with Indonesia, particularly North Sulawesi, experiencing significant prevalence due to unhealthy lifestyles. This study aims to assess the adoption and utilization of an early detection application for CHD among residents of the Spiritual Region of the Sacred Heart of Mary Cathedral Parish in Manado. It also seeks to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences with the application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM includes constructs like perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), attitude towards use (ATU), behavioral intention to use (BIU), actual system use (ASU), and three external variables: information quality (PUIQ), service quality (PEUSVQ), and system quality (PEUSQ). This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach for data analysis. The results confirmed that all measures effectively assess their intended constructs. Strong correlations among the constructs demonstrate solid internal consistency. Regarding reliability, all constructs demonstrate acceptable consistency

Abstract

The need for urban communities to consume vegetables is increasing. This has caused people to start cultivating vegetables using hydroponic techniques. However, due to their busy activities, they do not have enough time to monitor and control hydroponics, which must always be in ideal conditions. This paper designs and implements an Internet of Things-based monitoring system to help hydroponic owners monitor their hydroponics anywhere and anytime. The built system requires a monitoring device assembled using a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, a pH detection detector sensor, and a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor. This system uses the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm to determine warnings to be displayed on the application interface when the water pH, temperature, and humidity are in certain conditions. The Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm can interpret environmental data into a warning that humans can easily understand, even if they lack technical expertise. In addition to being able to help monitor, this system also allows owners to find out what elements need to be added or changed for their hydroponic place. Our evaluation results show that the defuzzification stage in the application has high accuracy, which is 99.92%, compared to Matlab’s results.

Abstract

LPG gas is a very important energy source in everyday life for cooking activities. Although the importance of LPG gas in supporting everyday life has been widely recognized, satisfaction with the use of LPG gas is an issue that should not be ignored. Often products or services that do not meet customer expectations can cause dissatisfaction. This can be caused by low quality, prices that do not match the quality received, or not in accordance with user expectations.This study aims to classify the level of satisfaction of LPG gas usage using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The data obtained from the survey results are 250 data using 5 attributes, namely meeting needs, good quality, affordable prices, repurchasing, and recommending products. And using 2 classes, namely satisfied and dissatisfied.The model achieved an accuracy of 89.3% with a 70:30 training-to-test data split, 91.2% with an 80:20 split, and 94.0% with a 60:40 split, indicating that performance varied based on the proportion of training and test data used.

Abstract

DAGUSIBU is one of the programs of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association that aims to provide education on how to get, use, store, and dispose of medicines correctly. Before the pandemic, socialization of this program is conducted by gathering the public in a place and health workers providing education directly. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has changed many settings, including how DAGUSIBU education is provided. Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used by Indonesians. It has a feature called reels that allows the owner to upload short videos, and they will not disappear except the owner delete them. But not everyone knows how to make educational reels/stories that are interesting and aesthetic. For this reason, our team intends to provide training on making Instagram reels or stories by utilizing the Canva Application. Based on the results from the pretest and posttest questionnaires given to the participants, it can conclude that the training activities for making Instagram reels using the Canva Application can be well understood and followed by the participants.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently felt in various fields, ranging from education to industry, and even agriculture. Logistics is a knowledge that is devoted to all activities in a place where all these activities are related to the process of selling, requisitioning goods, moving goods, transportation of goods, management, and storage of goods/products. Sentrum Agraris Lotta is a foundation operating in the agricultural sector, which currently has 5 groups of farmers, each consisting of 15 people. Increasing production results and demand for incoming and outgoing goods have led Sentrum Agraris Lotta, especially the warehouse department, to collect logistical data. Sentrum Agraris Lotta needs an application that can improve performance and make it easier for the warehouse to carry out the process of managing logistics data (management and storage of goods/products) made online with a web platform, so that it can be accessed from anywhere with different devices. The internal logistics online application was built and socialized to users through training. The training was conducted at Sentrum Agraris Lotta and attended by 10 people, including application users who act as admins, staff, and several people from Sentrum Agraris Lotta’s community. After the training, application users provided feedback in the form of the User Acceptance Test. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the application built can overcome the problems faced by Sentrum Agraris Lotta, namely logistics data collection, reporting, and product data search.

Abstract

The heart is a crucial organ in the cardiovascular system, playing a key role in blood circulation and supplying oxygen and nutrients to the body. Cardiovascular diseases, particularly coronary heart disease (CHD), are the leading cause of death worldwide. In Indonesia, especially in North Sulawesi, the high prevalence of CHD is indicative of the effects of an unhealthy lifestyle. This study employs the K-Means clustering method to identify the early risk of CHD based on eight common symptoms, including chest pain, nausea, shortness of breath, heartburn, a history of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and genetics. This innovative approach integrates these early warning signs and categorizes the risk into three groups: low CHD risk (C1), moderate CHD risk (C2), and high CHD risk (C3). The detection results are provided based on responses collected through a questionnaire within an application, aiming to raise awareness of CHD and encourage users to seek further health evaluations and adopt healthier lifestyles.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi khususnya dalam bidang teknologi informasi, memungkinkan sebuah instansi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam meningkatkan proses pemasaran produk serta memudahkan masyarakat untuk berbelanja dan mengakses informasi secara online. Saat ini berbelanja sudah dipermudah dengan dilakukan secara online di mana masyarakat melakukan transaksi jual-beli secara tidak langsung dengan menggunakan aplikasi tertentu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sentrum Agraris Lotta (SAL), yaitu SAL melakukan penjualan produk hasil pangan ke pasar-pasar tradisional dan membuka gerai di lokasi tertentu agar dapat menarik minat dari para pembeli. Penjualan dengan cara tradisional ini belum dapat memaksimalkan kinerja serta keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh karena masih kurang menjangkau masyarakat yang ingin membeli produk yang dijual oleh SAL. Akibatnya banyak produk hasil pangan yang menjadi rusak karena tidak berhasil terjual dan menjadi busuk yang membuat kerugian besar. Selain itu, faktor lain yang membuat SAL kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk adalah kurangnya informasi tentang SAL, sehingga membuat SAL kurang dikenal di lingkungan masyarakat umum. Aplikasi Belanja Online ini dibuat untuk memudahkan SAL dalam proses pemasaran dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam proses jual-beli serta pengaksesan informasi tentang SAL.
