Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Return on Assets as a mediating variable. Using purposive sampling, 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2023 were analyzed, resulting in 90 data points. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method to analyze the relationships among Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Managerial Ownership, Return on Assets, and Firm Value. Data were collected from 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023, using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 90 data points. Path analysis was utilized to determine the direct and indirect effects of the variables, supported by classical assumption tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the model. Hypothesis testing was conducted through t-tests and F-tests, complemented by determination coefficient analysis to evaluate the explanatory power of the variables. The results show that DER negatively affects ROA, KM positively affects FV, and ROA positively affects FV while mediating the effect of DER on FV. This study highlights the importance of managing debt effectively and incentivizing managerial ownership to enhance firm value. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for stakeholders in the property and real estate sector. By demonstrating the mediating role of Return on Assets in the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Value, the research emphasizes the critical need for effective financial management strategies. Additionally, the positive impact of Managerial Ownership on Firm Value highlights the importance of aligning management interests with shareholder goals. These insights can serve as a foundation for policymakers, investors, and company executives to implement practices that optimize financial performance and sustain long-term growth in a competitive market environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether satisfaction mediates the relationship between omni-channel intensity and shopping value on customer loyalty in omni-channel retail. This study focuses on omni-channel customers in Palembang, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents who had made purchases on at least two retail channels. Data analysis was conducted using AMOS. The findings reveal that omni-channel intensity and shopping value do not directly influence customer loyalty. However, mediation tests show that omni-channel intensity affects customer loyalty through satisfaction, as does shopping value through satisfaction. The study implies that fostering satisfaction in omni-channel retail significantly enhances customer loyalty. To achieve this, it is important to prioritize factors that ensure consistency and seamless channel integration, and the creation of shopping experiences that shape value.

Abstract

Abstract

Capital structure is an important company funding decision, especially for companies in developing countries. Apart from that, capital structure shows the combination of various funding methods managed by the company, where the way a company finances is very relevant for investors, directors and all other stakeholders. Thus, funding decisions have a direct influence on company value. There is an argument about how mixing debt and assets in a capital structure impacts a company's value. Furthermore, the determining factors that can have an influence on a company's capital structure are still debated in financial studies. This study uses leverage as the dependent variable in the 2013-2022 period by examining 30 banking company objects in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using STATA V.17 to answer the panel data analysis of this research. The financial ratios reviewed are the liquidity ratio, The era of volatility, growth opportunities, bank size and external macroeconomic variables where inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) are the basis of companies' problems in financing their capital structure. The results show that banks in Indonesia have high leverage, where each business company applies differences in its finances. Return on assets, growth opportunity, inflation show a positive and significant relationship with leverage on debt and assets. Profit volatility, tangibility, bank size and Gross Domestic Product show a negative and significant relationship. In terms of research, the research has limitations which are expected to include all banking companies in Indonesia and add external macroeconomic variables to further identify capital structure values ??such as exchange rates and interest rates.
