Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi sebagai suatu upaya untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi dan taraf kehidupan masyarakat merupakan suatu upaya yang sangat kompleks, karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Upaya melakukan pembangunan ekonomi dengan mengoptimalkan keikutsertaan peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan memberi penguatan terhadap lembaga-lembaga ekonomi yang ada di masyarakat merupakan suatu pemikiran penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat (empowerment). Dalam rangka mensupport Program tersebut maka dibutuhkan Penataan Kelembagaan dan Ketatalaksanaan serta pengorganisasian yang baik hubungan antara petani garam dengan pelaku industri terkait dengan tataniaga produksi garam agar petani garam mempunyai posisi tawar maka dibutuhkan skenario kelembagaan yang baik serta pengorganisasian kumpulan petani garam tersebut. Untuk itu Studi Penguatan Lembaga Koperasi Masyarakat Petani Garam di Kabupaten Sampang, Pamekasan dan Bangkalan ini, yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal yang tentunya diharapkan juga peran sektor-sektor terkait, maupun oleh Pemerintah Daerah, sehingga kegiatan tersebut tepat sasaran dan dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal, dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dan produktiftas di daerah tertinggal.

Abstract

Purpose – Technology adoption is commonplace in household management to, among others, save time and effort in completing household chores today. This is marked by the burgeoning use of various household tools for cooking, washing, and the use of cell phones. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of household technology users and its effect on household management productivity.  Methodology – In this study, the method used was qualitative, with a survey-descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with 19 purposively selected informants, observation, and documentation study and then analyzed in stages, i.e., reduction, display, analysis, and conclusion drawing. Findings – The results showed that the use of technology in household management boosted housewives’ productivity, which in turn affected the roles of other family members. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that most housewives could use technology to form happy, peaceful, and prosperous families. Based on these findings, the use of technology has a favorable influence on how housewives execute their duties in managing households, particularly with regard to the object under investigation. Originality – This research develops the role of women in household management supported by the use of technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara memilih bank syariah dengan mempertimbangkan faktor atau kriteria berdasarkan analisis  untuk memecahkan masalah yang multi objektif dan multi kriteria yang berdasar pada perbandingan preferensi dari setiap elemen dalam hierarki. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Muamalat dan Bank Syariah Mandiri di Garut. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling dan sampling insidental dan diperoleh 40 nasabah yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disusun 3 tingkat kriteria, tingkat pertama merupakan tujuan dari permasalahan yaitu pemilihan bank. Tingkat kedua merupakan faktor yang dijadikan pertimbangan dalam pemilihan bank, yang terdiri dari 5 faktor, yaitu keagamaan, media massa, keluarga, lokasi dan kualitas layanan.Tingkat ketiga adalah alternatif-alternatif bank. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi alternatif bank yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Muamalat. Dengan Metode AHP didapat urutan alternatif bank syariah yang sesuai dengan prioritas kebutuhan nasabah, yaitu Muamalat sebagai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 54,8 persen dan BSM sebesar 45,2 persen.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Dahana Berlian Motors Garut. Adapun hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penetapan harga dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Dahana Berlian Motors Garut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik unknown populations. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adala uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara penetapan harga dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan dapat diartikan konsumen mempertimbangkan penetapan harga dan personal selling dalam memutuskan melakukan pembelian dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Dahana Berlian Motors Garut dan terdapat pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Dahana Berlian Motors Garut. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah penetapan harga dinilai masih kurang cukup baik pada PT. Dahana Berlian Motors Garut dan personal selling dinilai baik dan sangat berperan dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen untuk memutuskan melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

The demand for halal products in Indonesia is increasing and expanding. Not only for food products but has expanded to other product categories such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and tourism. Indonesia is one of the cosmetic markets that are quite large so the business is prospective and promising. The potential of this domestic market includes the increasing number of young population or generation Z. This study aims to further analyze the factors that drive the behavior of consumers of generation Z towards purchasing decisions of halal cosmetic products. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive survey technique. The analysis was carried out on primary data obtained from interviews with informants. From the predetermined criteria, 15 women were obtained as informants. Findings. The results of the study found that the consumption pattern of cosmetics in Generation Z was driven by product quality, price, halal labels, and brand ambassadors. Further findings state that although generation Z knows and believes in the truth in religion, these beliefs and knowledge are not internalized in consuming halal cosmetics.

Abstract

Water hyacinth craftsmen must prioritize product branding through websites and Instagram to construct a strong product image, captivate consumer attention, and extend their market reach. The primary aim of the service is to assist water hyacinth craftsmen in broadening their market and enhancing product accessibility through the development of websites and strategic use of Instagram for social media marketing. The specific focus is on the Waluya Mukti Sejahtera water hyacinth craftsmen group in Sukamukti Village, Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency. The service encompasses rigorous training and mentoring to effectively develop websites and leverage Instagram for social media marketing. The impact of this service has been substantial, as the craftsmen now recognize the indispensable nature of websites and Instagram as powerful branding tools for improving product visibility, establishing business credibility, and fostering consumer trust.

Abstract

Increasing user acceptance of a website is an important aspect in ensuring the success and sustainability of website usage. In Garut Regency, the implementation of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS – NG) plays a crucial role in providing population information services to the public. Therefore, this research aims to analyse the acceptance model of the SIKS – NG website in Garut Regency using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 3 (UTAUT 3). This study employed a survey method by collecting data from 40 users representing sub-districts in Garut Kota District t, Garut Regency. The data were then analysed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Mode (PLS – SEM). The result showed that performance expectations, business expectations, habits, facilitating conditions and personal computer innovation which are the dimensions of UTAUT 3 have a significant effect on behavioural intention and there is an influence of behavioural intention on SIKS – NG website adoption behaviour in Garut Regency. This research has practical implications the development and management of the SIKS – NG website, especially in Garut Regency. In addition, this research can also be a basis for further research in the context of the acceptance use of information technology in other areas.

Abstract

This research explores the diverse perspectives of TED Talks speakers on Fintech and its role in the future of finance. This study utilizes opinion mining and InfraNodus to identify trends, similarities, differences, and viewpoints that emerged in TED Talks talk's discussions about Fintech on YouTube. The methodology involves analyzing opinions expressed by TED Talks speakers on YouTube channels using opinion mining techniques and InfraNodus tools to structure and deepen understanding of the speaker’s point of view. By examining these perspectives, this study aims to enrich the understanding of how Fintech permeates culture and influences financial perspectives. The study results classified opinions into four main categories: Fintech Access, Banking Simplify, Trust Business, and AI Transaction, which helped identify critical themes in TED Talks discussions on Fintech. These findings reflect the importance of increased access to financial services, banking innovation, and positive changes in financing. The study's implications include insights for policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that support financial technology development while ensuring consumer protection and security.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficiency of internal audit implementation. This study takes a quantitative approach and employs a survey-descriptive method. A proportional stratified random sampling approach was used to pick respondents. A total of 59 persons were chosen from a total population of 110. Internal audit variables measured include independence, professional ability, the scope of work, implementation of inspection activities, and management of the internal audit department. Several steps of data analysis were completed. The instrument is initially tested for validity and reliability, after which the findings of the questionnaire are scored using a Likert scale. The categorizing of each response element is the final step. The results showed that the internal audit at PT BPR Intan West Java was carried out effectively, with the order of the highest to lowest scores being: Professional Ability, Implementation of Examination Activities, Scope of Work, Management of the Internal Audit Section, and Independence. Other findings indicate that the assessment of the effectiveness of the internal audit of PT BPR Intan West Java received positive opinions, both respondents from the elements of the Branch Head, Head of Section, and staff representatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan affiliator dalam memilih program affiliate pada platform Shopee dan Tik-Tok di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada tiga kriteria utama: insentif finansial, sistem pembayaran, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan affiliator di kedua platform tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Expert Choice untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria yang mempengaruhi keputusan affiliator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif finansial, khususnya komisi dan bonus, menjadi faktor dominan dalam memilih program affiliate, diikuti oleh sistem pembayaran yang cepat dan aman, serta kemudahan penggunaan platform. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang dan meningkatkan program affiliate mereka, dengan fokus pada peningkatan insentif, sistem pembayaran yang efisien, dan kemudahan penggunaan platform. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa platform yang menawarkan insentif yang lebih besar dan kemudahan dalam transaksi lebih menarik bagi affiliator.
