Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pengarahan dan sosialisasi Warga Masyarakat tentang budidaya Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) supaya mereka lebih paham dan lebih berdaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ekonomi tentang mahalnya biaya obat-obatan pada era New Normal saat ini. Program yang ditawarkan adalah supaya mitra termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan mereka lebih berdaya melakukan pengobatan sendiri (swamedikasi) melalui budidaya tanaman obat. Berdasarkan survey dan wawancara diperoleh informasi bahwa, secara umum potensi lahan pertanian di sekitar pekarangan rumah cukup tinggi untuk usaha budidaya TOGA. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga juga dominan bekerja di rumah sehingga banyak waktu luang yang kurang bermanfaat. Namun salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi yang dimiliki untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah yang lebih produktif. Adapun manfaat yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini antara lain adalah agar masyarakat desa Sidomulyo lebih berdaya menjaga kesehatan dengan mewujudkan kemandirian obat melalui TOGA. Manfaat lain yang diharapkan adalah warga masyarakat lebih produktif dan dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga memenuhi kebutuhan obat-obatan sekaligus dapat memberikan solusi mengatasi mahalnya harga obat-obatan saat ini.

Abstract

Pendampingan terhadap pelaku UMKM dalam upaya meningkatkan pemasaran adalah hal penting dengan semakin banyaknya pesaing di tengah berkembangnya pelaku usaha. Digital marketing memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam membantu pemasaran produk. Untuk itu melalui pendampingan dari tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Magister Manajemen Sekolah Pascasarjana Univierstias Lancang Kuning diharapkandapat meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing. Permasalahan mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing. Pemahaman tentang ini sangatlah penting dalam peningkatan volume penjualan produk-produk yang di hasilkan. Target dan luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah; 1). Adanya peningkatan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing serta mempraktikkannya, 2) Adanya peningkatan penjualan mitra dalam pemasaran produk-produknya, dan 3) Adanya perubahan pola pikir mitra kebutuhan dalam menggunakan digital marketing. Terhadap permasalahan mitra yang terkait dengan kurangnya memanfaatkan digital marketing, team memberikan pendampingan tentang pemanfaatan facebook, instagram dll secara benar dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas pendampingan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti facebook ad, instagram dll yang diberikan kepada mitra. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu 1) diskusi interaktif. 2) pendampingan pemanfaatan media sosial yang diberikan kepada mitra, memberikan ulasan terkait dengan problematika selama pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyrakat yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan, antara lain: Dukungan dari pelaku usaha pada kegiatan ini sangat baik; Materi pada kegiatan pendampingan sesuaia dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha; Terdapat respon positif dari pelaku usaha saat sosialisasi dan pendampingan: Adanya pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang manajemen pemasaran, Pelaku usaha dapat membuat dan mengoperasional akun media sosial

Abstract

Purpose: his study aimed to determine the effect of competency on employee performance in the Pelalawan district inspectorate and the role of organizational commitment in mediating the relationship between these two variables. Methodology/approach: This research is quantitative research that uses cross-sectional techniques. The population in this study was Pelalawan Regency Inspectorate Employees, totaling 83 people, using total sampling. Statistical data analysis using the Smart PLS program Results: The results indicate that Competency and Organizational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pelalawan Regency Inspectorate. In addition, competency has a significant direct effect on employees’ organizational commitment at the Pelalawan Regency Inspectorate. Organizational Commitment is also considered capable of mediating the relationship between Competency and Employee Performance at the Pelalawan Regency Inspectorate Limitations: This research was only carried out at the Pelalawan Regency inspectorate which is a government institution so it cannot be generalized to private companies Contribution: This study can contribute to readers and anyone who wants to conduct research on organizational competence and commitment to employee performance in government institutions. Novelty: This research uses organizational commitment as a mediating variable in determining the relationship between competency and employee performance.

Abstract

Good performance is closely related to leadership figures. The success of a leader is greatly influenced by his leadership model, which includes leadership abilities and interactions between leaders, subordinates and superiors, the organization, and the environment. Apart from leadership, a good compensation system will be able to provide satisfaction for employees and enable companies to acquire, employ and retain employees. The background to this research is also supported by the existence of a research gap in several studies that are interesting to review regarding the variables studied. Based on the existing problem formulation, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on performance mediated by work motivation in BPJS Employment employees at the Duri and Dumai Branch Offices. This research approach uses quantitative methods, namely research methods that are based on the philosophy of positivism and are used to study certain populations or samples. In this research, the population studied was all employees at the BPJS Employment Duri and Dumai Branch offices, namely 60 (sixty) people. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. Based on the results of the analysis, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) Based on calculations, it proves that transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant influence on the work motivation of BPJS Employment employees at the Duri and Dumai Branch Offices. 2) compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation. 3) transformational leadership style has an insignificant influence on employee performance. 4) compensation has an insignificant influence on employee performance, 5) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance, 6) there is a negative influence of transformational leadership style on performance through work motivation. 7) Mediation test of the seventh hypothesis that compensation has a significant effect on performance through work motivation at BPJS Employment Duri and Dumai Branch Offices

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are institutions established by the village government to manage businesses owned by the village and aim to improve the welfare of village communities. In practice, BUMDes often face several problems, especially related to transparency and financial report performance. Some of the problems are lack of transparency; Financial reports that should be published to the village community are often not done routinely or completely.; Unclearness in Financial Separation, there is difficulty in separating BUMDes finances from village finances. The next problem is Weak Financial Report Performance caused by; Lack of Management Capacity: Many BUMDes are managed by individuals who lack the ability or knowledge in financial management and accounting. The targets and outputs to be achieved are 1) Increased capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Increased implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits 3) Changes Better transparency can also be built through routine reporting. The solution is assistance on increasing the capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Regarding partner problems, efforts need to be made to improve the implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits. The method of implementing the activity consists of mentoring partners. The methods used are 1) interactive discussion. 2) mentoring/training. This mentoring activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of BUMDes administrators about the importance of transparency in financial reports. Through an interactive approach and constructive discussion, participants can better understand the challenges faced and the solutions that can be applied to increase transparency in their BUMDes financial reports. In the future, it is hoped that BUMDes can implement this transparency practice more consistently to build public trust, improve financial performance and ensure the continuity of BUMDes businesses. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia are increasingly relevant considering the challenges of modernization and digitalization of education. These Islamic boarding schools must be able to maintain traditional values while adapting to the demands of modernity, including in terms of leadership and knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to Know and Analyze the Influence of Ethical Leadership on Knowledge sharing. This study uses a quantitative method approach, where the researcher formulates research problems and hypotheses as provisional answers to the questions asked. The population in this study is Ustadz and Ustadzah Teachers at Islamic Boarding Schools in Indragiri Hilir Regency with a total population of 400 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job rotation on employee performance Through competency variables on employees of the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat. The population in this study were employees involved in financial management in all Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) of Bengkalis Regency. The sample in the study was The population in this study were all employees of the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat totaling 140 people with the exception of 6 people consisting. so the number of samples was 134 people. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis technique in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee competence at the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. When employees who have high competence are able to complete tasks more effectively, efficiently, and innovatively and employee performance will also increase. Job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence significantly mediates the effect of job rotation on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of organizational justice on employee affective commitment at the Indragiri Hilir Regency Education Office, with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. Organizational justice consists of three main dimensions: distributive, procedural, and interactional justice, which are believed to influence employee affective commitment. The method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees. The results of the study indicate that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, and knowledge sharing mediates the relationship. These findings indicate that in order to increase employee affective commitment, there needs to be more effort in creating fairness in the workplace and encouraging knowledge sharing activities among employees. This study provides useful insights for leaders of the Education Office in designing policies that can increase employee affective commitment and strengthen the culture of knowledge sharing in the organizational environment.

Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive and dynamic work environment, organizations need employees who can not only carry out formal tasks but also proactively adapt and modify their work. This is known as Job Crafting. Through Job Crafting, employees can improve the fit between themselves, work, and the organization, and encourage positive outcomes such as motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of self-efficacy in job crafting. Person Job-fit as a Mediating Variable. This research is a type of quantitative research with a causality research design and the population is State Civil Apparatus and Honorary Staff at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. with a sample of 65 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Form. The data analysis tool in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results of this research are that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Person Job Fit, Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Crafting, Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Job Crafting and Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Crafting through Person Job Fit.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a very important role in shaping the identity and excellence of anorganization, both in the public and private sectors. An organizational culture that supportsopenness, collaboration, and risk-taking can accelerate the innovation process and enableorganizations to be more adaptive to change and create new products and services that meet theneeds of society; a strong culture that is aligned with organizational strategy can improve employeeperformance. This study aims to examine the mediating role of innovation-based public services:organizational culture and employee performance of the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat. Thisstudy uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to 100 people.Data is processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The data analysis method uses structural equationmodeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive and significant effect on innovation-based public services, and innovationbased public services has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizationalculture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Innovation-based publicservices is able to mediate the influence between organizational culture and employee performance.In conclusion, the influence between organizational culture, innovation-based public services, andemployee performance is still growing. By understanding the mechanisms underlying thisrelationship, the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat can design more effective service programs toimprove employee innovation and performance
