Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat setiap tahunnya. Masyarakat banyak mempergunakan media sosial dalam menjalankan aktivitas keseharian sehingga peranan media sosial dalam segala kegiatan tersebut dibutuhkan dalam menjaga keberlangsungannya. Salah satu kelebihan media sosial yang dipergunakan ialah sebagai media promosi dalam segala bentuk penyiaran seperti YouTube ini untuk menjalin komunikasi agar dapat meningkatkan volume dengan melakukan pameran, periklanan, demonstrasi, dan usaha lainnya. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan nonformal yakni pondok pesantren persoalan ini penting untuk dipahami bahwa sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren juga harus ikut serta diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Islam di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis pengurus pondok pesantren Darussa’adah memiliki kesiapan sumberdaya yang cukup untuk mengkombinasikan pemanfaatkan teknologi sosial media YouTube menjadikan peluang yang baik bagi Pondok Pesantren Darussa’adah KH Asyikin di Bandar Lampung dalam mempromosikan pondok pesantrennya. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk melakukan transfer pengetahuan dalam analisis mengelola media social YouTube. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial YouTube telah dilakukan dengan baik dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dan santri dalam mengelola media social YouTube. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil kuesioner yang menyatakan bahwasannya 88% peserta memahami materi peserta memahami materi yang diberikan.Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren, Promosi, Media Sosial, YouTubeDoi: https://dx.doi.org/10.23960/JPSI/v3i1.1-7

Abstract

Cocoa (Theobroma Cacao L) has a significant role in the national economic condition because most of the cocoa plantations in Indonesia managed by cocoa farmers, including in the Way Ratai and Kedondong District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. However, the cocoa production in the area is still not optimal due to the old age of the cocoa plants and traditional cultivation techniques. Therefore, a partnership with the Koperasi Bina Sejahtera Pesawaran Consumer (KBSP) is needed. This research purpose to knowing the partnership between cocoa farmers and Koperasi KBSP using social exchange theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the first step of cooperation between cocoa farmers and Koperasi KBSP carried out through an agreement without any conditions for cocoa farmers but only needed a letter of commitment so that the number of cocoa farmers who registered as members of the Koperasi KBSP increased. This condition strengthened by several program plans to increase cocoa productivity in the Way Ratai and Kedondong District, including ensuring the supply of quality seeds, the certainty of additional income while waiting for the harvest period, and profits in the process of selling cocoa plants. Results of the study strengthen social exchange theory which explains four main constituents: the existence of reinforcement tools in the form of rewards and resources, exchange mechanisms based on subjective cost-reward analysis, structure and social capital that stimulate social exchange, and reciprocity that creates duty between parties involved in the social exchange.Keywords: Cooperation, Partnership, Cooperative, Social Exchange AbstrakTanaman Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L) memiliki peranan cukup penting bagi perekonomian nasional, karena sebagian besar perkebunan kakao di Indonesia dikelola oleh rakyat, diantaranya yaitu di wilayah Kecamatan Way Ratai dan Kecamatan Kedondong, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung. Akan tetapi, produksi kakao yang dihasilkan oleh petani kakao di wilayah tersebut belum optimal karena  usia tanaman yang sudah tua dan teknik budidaya tradisional. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan adanya kerja sama kemitraan dengan koperasi Konsumen Bina Sejahtera Pesawaran (KBSP). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kerja sama kemitraan antara petani kakao dengan Koperasi KBSP dengan menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial (social exchange theory). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa langkah awal kerja sama antara petani kakao dengan Koperasi KBSP dilakukan melalui perjanjian tanpa syarat apapun bagi petani kakao, tetapi hanya dibutuhkan surat komitmen kerja sama, sehingga jumlah petani kakao yang mendaftar sebagai anggota koperasi mengalami peningkatan. Kondisi tersebut diperkuat oleh beberapa rencana program untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kakao Kecamatan Way Ratai dan Kecamatan Kedondong, yang meliputi kepastian penyediaan bibit yang berkualitas, kepastian tambahan penghasilan selama menunggu masa panen, dan keuntungan dalam proses penjualan tanaman kakao. Hasil penelitian memperkuat teori pertukaran sosial yang menjelaskan empat empat konstituen utama yaitu adanya alat penguatan berupa imbalan dan sumber daya, mekanisme pertukaran berdasarkan analisis biaya-imbalan subjektif, struktur dan modal sosial yang menstimulus terjadinya pertukaran sosial, dan timbal balik yang menciptakan kewajiban di antara para pihak yang terlibat dalam pertukaran sosial yang saling menguntungkan. Kata Kunci: Kerja Sama, Kemitraan, Koperasi, Pertukaran Sosial

Abstract

Human beings often suffer a transition period when there is a change in their lives. The change from student to college student has many transitions that sometimes lead to certain crises which differ from each other. Although in Indonesia, there are very few studies that focus on the psychological welfare of students, even though there have been many cases related to the mental health and welfare conditions of students in the campus environment. In general, this research aims to identify the psychological welfare of students in social and political science, University of Lampung. The approach used is mix method approach. The population of this research is active students during the first semester of 2022/2023 based on data obtained from One Data Unila consisting of 4109 students. The research sample was 365 students with an error value of 5%. The research results indicated that generally the respondents’ level of psychological welfare was at a high and very high level. The majority of the 248 respondents had a high level of psychological welfare, and there were no respondents who had a very low level of psychological welfare. The campus environment and the learning process contribute to the dynamics of a student’s life, one of the impacts that may occur is the pressure that can affect the psychological welfare of students and can lead to various psychological disorders in the future. Indeed, a college student cannot avoid the stresses and pressures that occur in college because it is also a form of self-development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students plays an important role in reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia. The Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) is one of the government's efforts to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of students. This study aims to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship training in making business proposals which will be held on September 8, 2024 at Griya Housing, Meneng Indah Building, Bandar Lampung. The methods applied include socialisation, workshops, and evaluations through pre-test and post-test. The results of the study show that 100% of participants now understand the essence of making business proposals, with a high level of satisfaction with the material presented and event management. This training is expected to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education and encourage active student participation in the world of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

YouTube shopping affiliate is a feature released by YouTube to provide the opportunity to earn additional income for YouTube channel owners who meet the requirements. The program was created by connecting products that are bought and sold on the Shopee marketplace to be promoted through videos made by content creators on YouTube by adding tags to them in the videos. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach to find out strategies for optimizing income through video programs created by content creators. The research results show that making videos, writing descriptions, channel names, tags, and video duration have a big influence on someone's behavior in buying the recommended product. The existence of social action on the YouTube shopping affiliate program is also carried out through an approach in the analysis of dromological theory, including regarding flow, trajectory and duration. In the process, research findings illustrate that the concept of faster digital flow allows someone to be able to follow trends based on videos that match someone's behavior to be encouraged to buy recommended products.

Abstract

Tingginya potensi bencana yang ada di Kawasan Pesisir Pantai Minang Rua Desa Kelawi membutuhkan upaya peningkatan kesiapsiagaan terutama pada daerah yang memiliki aktifitas kegiataan yang tinggi seperti kawasan wisata dan pemukiman warga. Kawasan Pantai Minang Rua Desa Kelawi merupakan Pantai yang rawan bencana banjir dan tsunami karena terletak di pesisir pantai Lampung Selatan. Salah satu faktor utama penyebab munculnya korban akibat bencana banjir air laut pasang dan tsunami adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bencana banjir maupun tsunami dan kesiapan masyarakat dalam mengantisipasi bencana. Kawasan Pantai Minang Rua merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang terdampak oleh Tsunami 2018. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi terkait Manajemen Penanggulangan Bencana untuk mencegah terjadinya dampak yang lebih besar dari bencana banjir air laut pasang dan Tsunami.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat promosi digital membuka peluang strategis bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas pasar di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi TikTok sebagai media promosi digital oleh UMKM di Desa Mandalasari, Kecamatan Sragi, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran TikTok dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar serta meningkatkan kesadaran merek terhadap produk lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun TikTok memiliki potensi besar sebagai media promosi, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di Desa Mandalasari masih belum memanfaatkannya secara optimal akibat keterbatasan literasi digital, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, serta keterbatasan perangkat pendukung dan akses internet. Namun, implementasi TikTok melalui pendampingan, membantu beberapa UMKM mengenalkan produk mereka ke pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the paradigm of obtaining information and communicating, making online presence essential for business success, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Google My Business (GMB) is a digital platform that increases the online visibility of business owners. Kedai Nyihah, a recipient of the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW), faced obstacles in utilizing digital technology due to limited knowledge and resources. This research uses intensive training methods to create and manage GMB profiles, strategies for responding to customer reviews, and utilization of additional features. The results of the training showed an increased understanding of Kedai Nyihah owners in managing GMB, including profile creation, image addition, and interaction with consumers. The training helped Kedai Nyihah increase its digital presence, attract more customers, and strengthen its position in the market. The GMB optimization training was effective in increasing Kedai Nyihah's visibility and sales, setting an important example for other SMEs regarding the adoption of digital technology to compete in the digital age.

Abstract

The Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) Lecture program is a government initiative to increase access to higher education for students from underprivileged families. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the KIP Lecture program in equalizing access to higher education by comparing the experiences of recipient and non-recipient students at one of the state and private universities in Lampung Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results showed that KIP Kuliah plays a role in easing the financial burden of students, allowing them to focus more on academics and increasing involvement in campus organizations. However, there are still significant administrative obstacles, especially in the delay of fund disbursement and the lack of transparency of information regarding aid procedures, which are felt more by students in PTS than PTN. In addition, there are still students from well-off families who receive assistance, causing problems related to targeting accuracy. These findings indicate that although the KIP Kuliah program has contributed to expanding access to education, improvements in the disbursement mechanism, information transparency, and recipient selection are still needed to optimize the benefits. This study recommends improving coordination between the government and educational institutions, reforming the disbursement policy, and strengthening the selection mechanism of KIP Kuliah recipients to increase the effectiveness and equity of the program. Thus, KIP Kuliah can become a stronger instrument in reducing inequality in higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy has become one of the main drivers in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. Margajasa Village, located in South Lampung Regency, has significant potential for developing an environmentally friendly creative economy. However, a lack of understanding and skills in creating innovative products remains a major challenge. To address this issue, a community service team initiated an educational and training program on ecoprint product development for local residents, including PKK members and village officials. This program utilized the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through socialization and hands-on training. The results indicate an increased understanding among participants regarding the ecoprint concept and its business potential. Additionally, participants were able to create simple ecoprint products with the potential to generate additional income. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward realizing a sustainable, eco-friendly village through a creative economy.
