Abstract

The design of the Academic Information System at MI Adipati Sindurejo Jumo aims to facilitate the process of managing student academic data including master data, teacher data, subject data, academic year data, class data, and UKS networking data. In modeling and visualizing the system, use the data flow diagram (DFD) model. The academic information system at MI Adipate Juma is a web-based information system developed using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. Next, the system is tested using the black box testing method and user evaluation. User evaluation was carried out on 30 respondents consisting of school principals, teachers, students and UKS officers. The results of the user evaluation show that the impact and use value of implementing the system is of good value as shown by the evaluation percentage based on the likers scale of 78.67%.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan fungsi utama sebagai sistem informasi yang mendukung pembelajaran, pengembangan minat baca, dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Namun, pengelolaan perpustakaan SDN Bengkal masih terbatas karena ketiadaan sistem informasi, kurangnya tenaga pustakawan kompeten, dan minimnya koleksi pustaka, sehingga belum mampu memberikan pelayanan optimal bagi siswa dan guru. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dosen STMIK Bina Patria memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan perpustakaan serta pengenalan sistem informasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan, mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran, mempermudah pengelolaan bagi guru dan staf, serta menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai sarana belajar yang lebih efektif. Hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan tujuh guru di SDN Bengkal menunjukkan bahwa 92,4% responden merasa sangat puas dengan pelatihan dan implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan. Sistem yang diterapkan terbukti mempermudah pengelolaan koleksi buku dan sirkulasi, serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan perpustakaan. Diharapkan upaya ini dapat berkelanjutan, dengan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan lanjutan dan pengembangan sistem untuk mendukung perkembangan perpustakaan di masa depan.

Abstract

Current technology has helped users in doing various things and activities that are able to produce the latest and innovative technology in various fields. Many people get convenience to meet their information and communication needs with the internet. The background of the creation of the Outdoor Equipment Rental Information System at Vexa Adventure Based on the Web is the processing of data that is still manual (reporting is done by bookkeeping every month) values that can be at high risk of damage and loss. The purpose of this study is to be able to design and build an outdoor equipment rental Information System at Vexa Adventure based on the web, using PHP - MySQL. And to find out the impact of implementing the system. The type of research used is engineering research with a research method using the Waterfall method. The stages of the waterfall method are Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, Deployment. The design used in this study is DFD (Data Flow Diagram) modelling which consists of four main components, namely data input, data output, data storage, and processes. The Flow of Document (FOD) is used to describe the ongoing procedure. The results of this study are in the form of a Web-Based Outdoor Equipment Rental Information System. The impact of implementing this system is proven by user evaluations using Likert scale calculations which show a value of 80%, which means the impact of implementing this system can help Vexa Adventure admins and owners in carrying out rental transactions. Hiking or also called nature trekking or tracking generally refers to a long and enthusiastic journey that usually passes through small roads in the interior. In Indonesia, this hike is identical to the journey to the top of the mountain. This activity is generally carried out by nature lovers clubs. Sometimes during the hike the journey must go through dense forest, and must cut bushes to make a path that can be passed. This hike can take more than 1 day of travel. Abstract

One form of community participation in providing education is the formation of a School Committee. The School Committee acts as an independent body that accommodates and places the community's initiative aspirations in forming school policies and school programs in the education unit. Likewise with the School Committee at SMP Negeri 1 Kaloran. The School Committee is given the authority to manage Institutional Development Contributions from students. Currently, the management of institutional development donations still uses manual methods which still poses several risks in managing this data. This research aims to develop a website-based school committee institutional development donation management information system using the CodeIgniter framework by applying the waterfall method in developing the system. To design the system, the UML method is used with use case diagrams and class diagrams as an illustration of system design. Meanwhile, in system testing, the black box testing method with a Likert scale is used to determine the feasibility of the implemented system. The system was successfully implemented with system test results of 90.33%. This shows that the system is feasible to implement and has met user needs.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in the plantation subsector in Indonesia. Padangan Hamlet is a hamlet located in Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency, with the majority of the community as coffee farmers. However, over time, coffee productivity has decreased and a strategy is needed to increase coffee productivity. To improve the quality of good coffee, special knowledge is needed regarding fertilization of coffee plants. Determining the right fertilizer for coffee farmers is an important problem because it can affect the crop yield. In providing solutions related to this problem, this study developed a decision support system for determining the right fertilizer for coffee plants using the AHP method. The system was developed using the waterfall process model with PHP and MySQL programming languages based on the Codeigniter framework. The system was tested for functionality and validity. In addition, the system was also evaluated and a feasibility study was carried out on the system against 8 respondents consisting of members of the farmer group. The results showed that the percentage value was 81.852% which indicated that the system was categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaran pendidikan adalah dengan dibentuknya Komite Sekolah. Adanya pembentukan Komite Sekolah, masyarakat akan merasa memiliki sekolah. Komite Sekolah berperan sebagai sebuah badan mandiri yang mewadahi dan tempat untuk menyalurkan aspirasi prakarasa oleh masyarakat dalam membentuk kebijakan sekolah dan program sekolah di satuan pendidikan. Akan tetapi dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap tujuan dibentuknya Komite Sekolah, maka menyebabkan peran Komite Sekolah hanya terpaku pada permasalahan pembangunan gedung sekolah dan biaya pendidikan pada siswa saja. Begitu pula dengan Komite Sekolah pada SMP Negeri 1 Kaloran. Dalam hal ini, Komite Sekolah diberikan wewenang untuk mengelola Sumbangan Pengembangan Institusi (SPI) dari siswa. Namun metode yang digunakan dalam mengelola SPI masih menggunakan metode yang konvensional dan belum terhubung dengan koneksi baik nirekalbel atau pun jaringan lokal. Metode tersebut menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yang cukup krusial. Berdasarkan permasalahan ditemukan, maka dalam kegiatan ini memberikan solusi dengan perlu dibuatnya sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website untuk mengelola Sumbangan Pengembangan Institusi (SPI). Selain dengan adanya pengembangan sistem informasi, juga perlu adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan yang diberikan guna meningkatkan kapasitas dan kopetensi pengguna sistem. Dengan solusi yang ditawarkan, diharapkan mampu memitigasi sebagian permasalahan yang ditemukan.

Abstract

Kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan data yang terstruktur dan efisien di institusi pendidikan tinggi mendorong untuk diterapkannya cloud storage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Nextcloud pada platform open source Turnkey Linux sebagai solusi penyimpanan data terintegrasi di perguruan tinggi XYZ. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data akademik, administrasi, dan penelitian, seperti keterbatasan akses, resiko kehilangan serta ketergantungan pada perangkat fisik. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan prototipe dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, instalasi, konfigurasi, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem. pada tahap awal dilakukan identifikasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang dibutuhkan, diikuti dengan instalasi dan konfigurasi Nextcloud pada platform Turnkey Linux. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk memastikan kestabilan, keamanan dan performa, termasuk pengelolaan pengguna, pengunggahan dan pengunduhan file, serta fitur berbagi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahawa implementasi Turnkey Linux Nextcloud memberikan solusi penyimpanan data yang fleksibel, hemat biaya, dan aman. Sistem ini membantu pengelolaan file terintegrasi dengan akses real time yang mendukung kolaborasi antar pengguna. Pada aspek keamanan, seperti konfigurasi firewall dan backup otomatis berhasil diimplementasikan meskipun enkripsi data belum diaktifkan sepenuhnya. dari hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa sistem mampu menangani kebutuhan pengelolaan data akademik dan administrasi secara efektif, walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasannya fitur import akun. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Nextcloud pada Turnkey Linux mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan pengelolaan data di perguruan tinggi XYZ, serta mendukung kebutuhan akreditasi dan audit dengan solusi penyimpanan yang terorganisir dan mudah diakses oleh civitas akademika. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk fokus pada pengembangan fitur enkripsi data dan import akun, serta melakukan uji coba terkait skalabilitas sistem untuk mendukung kebutuhan penyimpanan yang lebih besar.

Selain dengan adanya pengembangan sistem informasi, juga perlu adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan yang diberikan guna meningkatkan kapasitas dan kopetensi pengguna sistem. Dengan solusi yang ditawarkan, diharapkan mampu memitigasi sebagian permasalahan yang ditemukan.

Abstract

Higher education is an education unit that able to carry out academic, professional and / or vocational programs. Lecturers are professional and scientific educators with the main task of transforming and developing, and disseminating science, technology and art through education, research and community service. The performance evaluation applies seven criterias, namely: attendance, teaching, research, dedication, loyalty, cooperation and responsibility. The problems are; the lecturers’ performance evaluation is not optimal yet because there is no specific method to implement it. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system by applying the Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This system will later help us in determining the best lecturer in accordance with the regulation. The TOPSIS method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from geometric point of view using the relative proximity of an alternative. The alternative means the lecturers’ performance with predetermined criterias. This method produces a lecturers rankings based on the best performance on numerical scores and sorted by the greatest preference scores. The particular study used 5 lecturers as alternative to be tested. They were Lecturers 1, Lecturers 2, Lecturers 3, Lecturers 4, and Lecturers 5. The results showed that Lecturer 1 was the best lecturer with the biggest preference score of 0.612.

Abstract

Pentingnya untuk menciptakan wirausahawan baru melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan di lembaga pendidikan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah pengangguran dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan membangun jiwa wirausaha adalah ceramah dan FGD yang berhubungan dengan menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan dan Menemukan ide dan peluang untuk berwirausha Hasil dari pengabdian ini Mereka berharap menciptakan peluang kerja bagi dirinya dan orang lain. ini dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan ke seluruh siswa yang di pilih dengan pada kegiatan FGD menjelaskan bahwa rata rata 70,83% sangat setuju bahwa kewirausahaan berperan untuk berkontribusi dalam bidang kemanusiaan di masyarakat, 19,66% menyatakan setuju dan 7,83% menyatakan cukup setuju.
