Abstract

Tahun 2022 merupakan era perubahan yang besar dan mendadak karena pandemic Covid-19. Sektor pendidikan mengalami dampaknya. Salah satu solusi bagi tenaga kependidikan dalam mempromosikan sekolahnya dan paraktek di laboratoratorium atau perpustakaan adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi Virtual Reality sebagai media alternatifnya. Dengan memanfaatkan media Virtual Reality ini, tentu akan membuat pembelajaran dan pelayanan akademik lebih menarik, inovatif, dan memberikan imajinasi lebih baik bagi siswa dalam belajar baik pada waktu jam belajar atau diluar jam belajar. Tentu saja kombinasi-kombinasi kegiatan lanjut dengan pemanfaatan media ini perlu disiapkan oleh karyawan atau tenaga kependidikan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk; (1) memberikan pengenalan kepada tenaga kependidikan di SMPN 3 Mranggen mengenai media Virtual Reality sebagai alternative media pembelajaran, media promosi sekolah, media perpustakaan, dan (2) melatih tenaga kependidikan SMPN 3 Mranggen untuk mampu memanfaatkan media terbarukan di laboratorium, Tata Usaha maupun perpustakaan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode presentasi, metode demonstrasi, dan metode praktik. Metode presentasi diterapkan dalam pengenalan software hypermedia menggunakan aplikasi millealab, kemanfaataannya, dan penerapannya dalam pembuatan media berbasis virtual reality, metode demonstrasi mengenai pengoperasionalisasian program dan metode praktik dimana tenaga kependidikan mempraktikkan secara langsung pembuatan media pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing dengan pemanfaatan media berbasis virtual reality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through children's story e-books for students at SD Negeri 02 Tanjungsari, Pemalang Regency. The research subfocus includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the character education program. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was used. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that in the planning stage, the school has formulated a vision and mission incorporating character education values, developed an integrative curriculum, and allocated a budget and facilities for children's story e-books as digital literacy media. Character education is integrated into learning and extracurricular activities in the implementation stage. In the classroom, teachers use various teaching methods that reflect character development, while outside the classroom, character education is carried out through extracurricular activities, habituation programs, the School Literacy Movement (GLS), The School Literacy Movement (GLS) plays a significant role in this process by encouraging reading and other literacy practices that promote critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and cultural awareness. The Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) project and active collaboration between the school and parents. The conclusion of this study shows that implementing character education through children's story e-books can enhance character development and lead to more positive behavioral changes. The recommendations include more diverse e-book content development and intensive training for teachers to utilize digital media effectively. A suggestion for future research is the development of technology-based evaluation methods to objectively measure students' character changes.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop hypnoteaching-based learning media to enhance fifth-grade students' learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS – a subject that integrates natural and social science content in the Indonesian elementary curriculum) using the ADDIE model. Conducted in a public elementary school in Central Java, the study employed expert validation, observation, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-sample t-tests. Results showed excellent validity (average expert rating = 4.7) and a significant improvement in scores from the pre-test (60.00) to the post-test (70.26), with an N-Gain of 0.26, categorised as low based on Hake's criteria. The media received a positive response from students (average satisfaction score = 4.2). Despite the low N-Gain, the hypnoteaching-based media proved to be a practical and engaging tool. Future integration with broader educational technologies is recommended.

Abstract

This study describes students' mathematical reasoning abilities to solve mathematical literacy questions on adversity quotient (AQ) type students qualitatively. The researcher collected data from VIII-H class students at SMP Negeri 1 Gemuh, totaling 31 students using purposive sampling with the help of the mathematics teacher's consideration of where to conduct the research. The subjects selected in this study consisted of 6 subjects, namely two subjects with AQ quitters (low), two types of AQ campers (medium), and two types of AQ climbers (high). Data collection techniques used Adversity Response Profile (ARP) questionnaire instruments, written tests, documentation. The analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use technical and source triangulation. The results showed that 1) students with the AQ climbers type gave rise to five indicators of mathematical reasoning, namely making conjectures, manipulating mathematics, determining patterns to make generalizations, compiling evidence or reasons for correct solutions, and drawing conclusions. 2) students with AQ type campers bring up four indicators of mathematical reasoning, namely making conjectures, doing mathematical manipulation, determining patterns to make generalizations, and drawing conclusions. 3) students with the AQ quitter type are only able to bring up two indicators of reasoning, namely making conjectures and manipulating.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the validity of e-modules using Culturally Responsive Learning approach on the material of two variable linear equation systems. The research method used is research and development. This research use the development model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) however the researcher only conducted the research until the stage of Development due to the time limit in the manufacture of products and their validation. E-modul using Culturally Responsive Learning is validated by material expert and media expert. The result of the research shows that, the average assessment of material expert validation was obtained 93%, while validation of media expert 96%. Thus e-modules with a culturally responsive learning approach are well worth using.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Empu Tantular Semarang. Subjek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan hasil tes MFFT yang dikerjakan oleh 24 peserta didik kelas VIII A, kemudian dipilih subjek dengan gaya kognitif impulsif dan satu subjek dengan gaya kognitif reflektif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Subjek dengan gaya kognitif impulsif belum mampu memenuhi semua indikator pemecahan masalah pada langkah polya dengan sempurna, dari tahap memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian, melaksanakan rencana dan membuat kesimpulan/melakukan evaluasi 2) Subjek dengan gaya kognitif reflektif mampu memenuhi semua indikator pemecahan masalah dari tahap memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian, melaksanakan rencana dan membuat kesimpulan/melakukan evaluasi 3) Subjek dengan gaya kognitif impulsif menjawab pertanyaan dengan singkat, sedangkan reflektif menjawab dengan jawaban lebih rinci.   Abstract This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at Empu Tantular Junior High School in Semarang. The research subjects were selected based on the results of the MFFT test conducted by 24 students of class VIII A, then subjects with impulsive cognitive styles and one subject with reflective cognitive styles were selected. The data collection technique in this study uses written tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results showed that 1) Subjects with impulsive cognitive styles were not able to meet all problem-solving indicators in the polya step perfectly, from the stage of understanding the problem, planning solutions, implementing the plan and making conclusions/evaluating 2) Subjects with reflective cognitive styles were able to meet all problem-solving indicators from the stage of understanding the problem, planning solutions, implementing the plan and making conclusions/evaluating 3) Subjects with impulsive cognitive styles answered questions briefly, while reflective answered with more detailed answers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa assessment matematika online dan offline pada mata kuliah matematika SMA yang valid/layak digunakan disemua program studi pendidikan matematika di Jawa Tengah sehingga dapat menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang cerdas, kreatif, inovatif dan mampu bersaing di abad 21. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang pada pelaksanaannya hanya sampai pada tahapan Tahap Develop preliminary form of product untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid oleh ahli. Tahapan ini validasi ahli oleh 4 dosen yaitu 2 dosen ahli materi dan 2 dosen ahli media dari perguruan tinggi Universitas PGRI Semarang dan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpukan bahwa Authentic Asessment Matematika Online Dan Offline Berbasis Wondershare telah valid/layak yang divalidasi oleh ahli , yaitu: (1) validasi ahli materi pertama dengan prosentase untuk aspek umum sebesar 87,5%, aspek substansi materi sebesar 91,7%, dan aspek kelayakan bahasa sebesar 94,4% (2) Vaidasi ahli materi kedua sebesar 88%, aspek substansi materi sebesar 92%, dan aspek kelayakan bahasa sebesar 88,9% (3) Validasi media dengan prosentase untuk aspek umum sebesar 88%, aspek penyajian pembelajaran sebesar 85%, aspek kelayakan bahasa sebesar 75%, dan aspek Kelayakan Kegrafikan 82,14% (4) Validasi media dengan prosentase untuk aspek umum sebesar 81,25%, aspek penyajian pembelajaran sebesar 75%, aspek kelayakan bahasa sebesar 81,25%, dan aspek Kelayakan Kegrafikan 75%. Dari prosentase hasil validasi ahli tersebut produk yang dihasilkan dikatakan layak atau valid. Kevalidan produk tersebut diharapkan dapat memudahkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam belajar dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan penilaian. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk model pembela­jar­an pendidikan karakter melalui e-comic bagi siswa SD sehingga menghasil­kan model dan media pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung yang dilihat berdasarkan kriteria efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan Research and Development oleh Borg and Gall dengan 10 tahapan, pada tahun kedua dilaksanakan tahap 7-10 yaitu (7) Revisi desain (8) Uji coba pemakaian (9) Revisi Produk, (10) Produksi masal. Hasil Penelitian yang menunjukkan efektif oleh siswa dan guru SD Swasta adalah sebagai berikut: (1) SD Muhammadiyah Sarirejo Kabupaten Kendal untuk aspek media sebesar 87%, aspek materi sebesar 84%, aspek bahasa 67%, Aspek ragam soal sebesar 77% dan aspek desain media sebesar 85% (2) SD Kristen 4 Salatiga Kabupaten Salatiga untuk aspek media sebesar 82%, aspek materi sebesar 83%, aspek bahasa 88%, Aspek ragam soal sebesar 80% dan aspek desain media sebesar 77% (3) SD Terpadu Darunnajah Mranggen Kota Demak untuk aspek media sebesar 86%, aspek materi sebesar 88%, aspek bahasa 89%, Aspek ragam soal sebesar 87% dan aspek desain media sebesar 82% (4) MI Al Muayyad Tegowanu Wetan Kabupaten Grobogan untuk aspek media sebesar 91%, aspek materi sebesar 86%, aspek bahasa 86%, Aspek ragam soal sebesar 80% dan aspek desain media sebesar 81% (5) SD Assalamah Kabupaten Ungaran untuk aspek media sebesar 92%, aspek materi sebesar 86%, aspek bahasa 93%, Aspek ragam soal sebesar 91% dan aspek desain media sebesar 84%. Abstract

The study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Realistic Mathematics Education approach assisted by GeoGebra based on the difference, classical completeness, and student’s concept comprehension gain in solid geometry lesson. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study consists of fourth-grade Elementary Schools students in Gugus Pangeran Diponegoro, Warungasem District. The samples used for the experimental group were SDN Pesaren 02 and the control group was SDN Pesaren 01. Data were collected using test techniques. The results of the study is indicated by the significance value from the t-test, which is 0.000<0.05, meaning there is a difference in the mathematical concept comprehension ability between the experimental group and the control group. The concept comprehension ability of the experimental class reaches average score 85 with the classical completeness reaches 100%. The concept comprehension ability also improves by n-gain of 0.566 with moderate categorized. It can be concluded that Realistic Mathematics Education approach assisted by GeoGebra is effective for student’s concept comprehension ability.
