Abstract

The Covid pandemic that hit the world including Indonesia caused changes in lifestyle and ways of working and studying to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 virus. This is certainly a challenge for education in the era of the pandemic on how the learning process can be proceeded so the knowledge is conveyed. Hybrid learning is a combination of some learning methods; online method (outside classroom) with face-to-face meeting method for several hours (inside classroom). Therefore, hybrid learning is suitable to be carried out during this pandemic. Hybrid learning is built in a class that is built based on Internet and uses web camera technology that can be done anywhere with the Internet by students and lecturers. This class provides hybrid learning process using website and 4G internet network so that students get a better learning experience and understanding easier to learn materials. The web camera is utilized as a student online learning process that views the movement of the lecturer so that it makes learning easier for the student. This hybrid learning also uses website to support in-class monitoring and future hybrid learning processes and capable of recording the learning process so the recording can be used in the future.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity in strengthening the resilience of government organizations, especially in the face of health crises, natural disasters, and socio-economic pressures. This study aims to analyze how the integration of technology in public services contributes to enhancing organizational resilience in Indonesia’s public sector. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study design focused on a government institution implementing Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, policy document analysis, and participatory observation. The findings reveal that technological integration through SPBE and digital platforms has improved service continuity, enhanced institutional adaptive capacity, and fostered faster decision-making and cross-sectoral collaboration. However, challenges such as digital infrastructure disparities, uneven digital literacy, and fragmented policy coordination between central and local governments remain significant barriers. The study concludes that technology must be strategically positioned as a long-term component in building public sector resilience.

Abstract

Lanjut usia merupakan istilah bagi seseorang yang telah memasuki periode dewasa akhir atau usia tua. Gangguan fungsi kognitif umumnya disebabkan oleh gangguan pada sistem saraf pusat yang meliputi gangguan suplai oksigen ke otak, degenerasi/penuaan, penyakit alzheimer dan malnutrisi. Upaya untuk menghambat kemunduran kognitif akibat penuaan dan sebagai bentuk stimulasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan otak yaitu dengan latihan senam otak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam otak terhadap peningakatan fungsi kognitif pada lansia yang menderita demensia di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wara Utara Kota, Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest dan posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia yang menderita demensia di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wara Utara Kota Kota Palopo yang berjumlah 23 orang dan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 15 orang yang menjadi sampel. Instrument menggunakan MMSE dan analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat fungsi kognitif sebelum dan sesudah senam ( p value 0.000 < 0.05 ).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penarikan kesimpulan logika matematika di kelas XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan data hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penarikan kesimpulan logika matematika di kelas XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu mengikuti langkah-langkah yaitu (1) think, (2) pair dan (3) share. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS), Hasil Belajar, Logika matematika Abstract: This research aimed to obtain a description about application of cooperative learning of TPS that can improve student’s learning outcomes on inference of mathematic logic in class XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The design of this research refered to the Kemmis’ and Mc.Taggart’s research design, that consist of 4 components, those are (1) planning (2) acting (3) observating (4) reflecting. The subject were students of class XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu totaling 23 student. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data of this research was collected through observation sheet, interview, note fields, and data of student’s learning outcomes. The research results showed that the application of cooperative learning of TPS can improve student’s learning outcomes on inference of mathematic logic in class XA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu following these steps, namely (1) think, (2) pair and (3) share.
