Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan deskripsi komprehensif tentang supervisi klinis. Supervisi klinis, yang diperkenalkan oleh Cogan, Goldhammer, dan Weller pada akhir tahun 1950-an, adalah pendekatan supervisi yang menekankan interaksi tatap muka dan hubungan kolegial antara supervisor dan guru. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa pengajaran adalah aktivitas kompleks yang membutuhkan analisis cermat dan bahwa guru lebih menyukai pendekatan kolaboratif daripada otoriter. Supervisi klinis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran melalui siklus sistematis yang mencakup perencanaan, observasi, dan analisis intensif. Implementasinya melibatkan peran aktif kepala sekolah sebagai pengamat, komunikator, dan pemberi umpan balik konstruktif. Meskipun supervisi klinis memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan kualitas pembelajaran, implementasinya menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kurangnya penguasaan pendekatan modern, persepsi negatif terhadap guru, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, dan kurangnya kesiapan guru. Oleh karena itu, strategi yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini agar supervisi klinis dapat efektif dan berdampak positif pada pengembangan profesional guru dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Abstract

Evaluation is one of the components of the Islamic education system that must be carried out systematically and planned as a tool to measure the success or targets to be achieved in the educational process or learning process. Currently, Islamic-based schools that focus on the quality of their graduates in front of parents emphasize the ability to read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the rules of tajwid. However, the current phenomenon is the lack of improvement in learning the Al-Qur'an, especially in reading the Al-Qur'an in some schools. The Ummi method helps institutions and teachers improve the ability to manage Al-Qur'an learning that is effective, easy, fun, and touching. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using interview, participatory observation, and documentation techniques. The research informants are the Deputy Head of Curriculum, students, and the Ummi Coordinator.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of competency-based summative evaluation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN Beji Timur 1 and analyze its impact on student achievement. This study used descriptive qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and document studies to obtain data on the implementation process of summative evaluation and student learning outcomes. The results showed that the implementation of competency-based summative evaluation began to cover cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects through assessment forms such as written tests, projects, and religious practices. This implementation had a positive impact on increasing student motivation and learning achievement because it provided space to demonstrate real abilities, not only relying on memorization. However, challenges faced include limited teacher time, uneven understanding of non-cognitive assessment, and parental perceptions that still emphasize numerical scores. This study concluded that competency-based summative evaluation is effective in improving learning achievement comprehensively, and teacher training and intensive communication with parents are needed to optimize implementation.
