Abstract

The constitution of teachers and lecturer (no14 of 2005) provides that teachers are professional educators and scientists with major assignments to transform, develop, and promote science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community research. Public service (PKM) is a subjective duty, so it is compulsory. PKM is itself a direct process of implementation of science, technology and cultural arts using scientific methodologies as propagation of tri darma. In simple terms, PKM can be defined as implementation process or application of technologies and science to the public. This service to the public was performed at wiyata dharma high school in a workshop. PKM is planning to use monsoonsim using using monsoonsim to supply chain management. Where a supply chain management is an approach used to promote integration of suppliers, manufacturing, distirsions, retailer and custommer so that the products produced in the right amount, the right time and the right locations to minimize costs and give satisfaction to consumers can be very useful in helping students understand difficult concepts. This helps students to think systematically and logically as they progress through scenarios full of uncertainty and complexity.

Abstract

Managing finances is one of the things that is difficult to do for some people. This is said to be difficult due to various factors, namely, high needs and wants, as well as incompatibility of income and expenditure. This situation often occurs in families, where the high demands of life must be met. Some financial principles that must be applied in the family easily and simply are spending must be smaller than income, avoiding debt, living simply, managing finances simply, saving, paying bills as soon as possible when getting income and the agreement of family members in managing finances. Finances can be managed properly if there is consistency in the household against the agreement that has been previously set.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain whether directly or indirectly the variables of economic growth and the regional minimum wage (UMR) on original income in Indonesia (GDP) through the variable amount of investment in the tourism sector. In this study, the independent variable is the variable of economic growth and the regional minimum wage (UMR), while the dependent variable is original income in Indonesia (GDP) and the intervening variable is the variable amount of investment in the tourism sector. The data obtained in this study are data on Indonesia's economic growth, Indonesian UMR data, Indonesian GDP data and investment data in the tourism sector for 2016-2020 using the path analysis method. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method using path analysis with Based on the results of research analysis, the conclusion of this study is that partially the economic growth and UMR variables have a significant effect on the GDP variable and the investment variable in the tourism sector. Simultaneously, the variables of economic growth and the minimum wage have an effect on the GDP variable through the investment variable in the tourism sector. Through the results of research that has been stated that good economic growth, data will increase good GDP, where economic growth and increased GDP, economic growth and increased GDP will be able to increase investment in tourism, where this investment will indirectly increase GDP in tourism and will boost economic growth. If the UMR increases, it will increase productivity, so that it will be able to increase GDP and at the same time boost economic growth, and vice versa if the UMR does not increase, then productivity will decrease and GDP will decrease and this will result in a decrease in economic growth.

Abstract

Setiap Keluarga harus dapat menyusun rencana keuangan tahunan rumah tangga sehingga dapat melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dengan efektif, efisien dan bermanfaat. Dengan menyusun rencana tahunan dapat membantu setiap rumah tangga untuk mengatur dan mengelola keuangan dengan meyeimbangkan antara pemasukan dengan pengeluaran keluarga sehingga dapat mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga dan menciptakan kehidupan rumah tangga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Semangat Gunung Kecamatan Merdeka Kabupaten Karo Sumatera Utara yang diadakan di Aula Kantor Desa yang dihadiri oleh Kepala Desa, Aparat Desa dengan peserta pelatihan Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan Ibu - Ibu rumah tangga dalam melakukan perencanaan keuangan tahunan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan Ibu-Ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan setiap tahunnya disetiap keluarga sehingga dapat mengelola keuangan yang diperoleh dari penghasilan maupun gaji yang dihasilkan setiap keluarga. Keseimbangan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran keluarga dapat menghindarkan kita dari perilaku konsumtif. Perilaku Konsumtif dapat dihindari dengan cara membuat menu makanan setiap minggu, belanja-belanja bahan sesuai catatan dan menabung uang atau emas. Abstract

This paper is the result of dedication to discuss the Socialization of the Police Signal Application. The purpose of this study was to find out the procedure for paying motorized vehicle tax online through the Medan City Police Signal application and to find out what obstacles occur when paying motor vehicle tax online through the Medan City Samsat Signal application and to find out what efforts have been made to overcome obstacles when paying motor vehicle tax online through the Medan City Police Signal application. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method. From the writing that has been done, it can be concluded that motor vehicle tax payments do not need to go to the Samsat office but can be done through the online Signal application

Abstract

Abstract: In today's digital era, financial literacy has become a crucial skill for the younger generation, especially high school students, to manage their finances effectively and responsibly. This enables them to handle their finances wisely and avoid harmful financial risks. This article discusses the implementation of a financial literacy training held at SMA Dharma Bakti Lubuk Pakam on March 8, 2025, attended by 59 selected students, the results obtained, and recommendations for sustainable financial literacy development within the school environment. The training focused on two main topics: financial planning and understanding online loans. The training aimed to enhance students' knowledge and skills in managing personal finances as well as recognizing the risks and mechanisms of online loans, which are prevalent among teenagers. The training methods included interactive lectures and individual case studies. Keywords: Financial Literacy; Online Loans; Financial Planning; Financial Education; Digital Finance. Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, literasi keuangan telah menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting bagi generasi muda khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) untuk mengelola keuangan mereka secara efektif dan bertanggung jawab agar mampu mengelola keuangan secara bijak dan terhindar dari risiko finansial yang merugikan. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan pelatihan literasi keuangan yang diadakan di SMA Dharma Bakti Lubuk Pakam pada tanggal 08 Maret 2025, yang diikuti oleh 59 siswa terpilih hasil yang diperoleh, serta rekomendasi untuk pengembangan literasi keuangan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan ini menitikberatkan pada dua topik utama, yaitu perencanaan keuangan dan pemahaman pinjaman online. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi serta mengenali risiko dan mekanisme pinjaman online yang marak di kalangan remaja. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah interaktif, dan studi kasus individu. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan; Pinjaman Online; Perencanaan Keuangan; Edukasi Keuangan; Keuangan Digital.

Abstract

Abstract: Information technology is currently developing rapidly. Gadgets as a form of technological development is a common tool used by all circles. Gadgets such as smartphones, tablets or laptops allow users to search for any information instantly via the internet. In the world of education, the presence of these gadgets can have both positive and negative impacts on students. Through gadgets, students can learn online, access e-books, watch educational videos and attend online classes. Gadgets facilitate communication through text messaging, voice calls, video calls and social media anytime and anywhere. Students can interact with teachers through apps like Zoom and Google Meet. Despite their benefits in terms of information access and learning, unwise use can affect students' behaviour and ethics, such as lack of manners, dependence on social media, and reduced in-person social interaction. Through this activity, students of SMA WR Supratman 1 Medan were given an understanding of the benefits and risks of using gadgets, as well as how to use them wisely and responsibly. The education was delivered by a team of STIE Eka Prasetya lecturers through interactive lectures, discussions, and case studies. The results of the activity showed that participants gained an increased understanding and awareness of the importance of maintaining ethics in the daily use of technology. Keyword: technology, gadgets, ethics  Abstrak: Teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang dengan pesat. Gadget sebagai salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi merupakan alat yang umum digunakan oleh semua kalangan. Gadget seperti smartphone, tablet, atau laptop memungkinkan penggunanya untuk mencari informasi apapun secara instan melalui internet. Dalam dunia pendidikan, kehadiran gadget ini dapat memberikan dampak positif dan negatif bagi pelajar. Melalui gadget, pelajar dapat belajar secara online, mengakses e-book, menonton video edukasi, dan mengikuti kelas online. Gadget memfasilitasi komunikasi melalui pesan teks, panggilan suara, panggilan video, dan media sosial kapan saja dan di mana saja. Pelajar dapat berinteraksi melalui aplikasi seperti Zoom dan Google Meet dengan guru. Meskipun memberikan manfaat dalam hal akses informasi dan pembelajaran, penggunaan yang tidak bijak dapat mempengaruhi perilaku dan etika pelajar, seperti kurangnya sopan santun, ketergantungan terhadap media sosial, serta menurunnya interaksi sosial langsung. Melalui kegiatan ini, pelajar SMA WR Supratman 1 Medan diberikan wawasan mengenai manfaat dan risiko penggunaan gadget, serta cara menggunakannya secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Edukasi disampaikan oleh tim dosen STIE Eka Prasetya melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan studi kasus. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga etika dalam penggunaan teknologi sehari-hari. Kata kunci: teknologi, gadget, etika

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM), electronic service quality, and trust on customer loyalty at PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 167 customers as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that e-CRM, electronic service quality, and trust each significantly influence customer loyalty both individually and when considered together. Specifically, e-CRM had the highest contribution to customer loyalty, followed by trust and electronic service quality. The research also found that these three factors, when combined, explain over 50% of the variance in customer loyalty. The study contributes to existing theories by linking traditional customer relationship management to modern digital practices and highlights the critical role of trust and service quality in driving customer loyalty in the digital era. The research provides valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance customer loyalty through digital platforms and offers recommendations for future studies to explore additional factors such as customer satisfaction and brand image.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of relationship marketing and discounts on customer satisfaction at the Penyet Kalasan Chicken Restaurant. The study adopts a quantitative approach with sampling determined using the Hair formula. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.714 and tcount (10.054) greater than ttable (1.9804), and a significance value below 0.05. Similarly, discounts also exert a significant positive effect, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.251 and tcount (3.278) > ttable (1.9804). The joint effect of both variables is confirmed by the F-test, where Fcount (89.698) exceeds Ftable (3.07), suggesting that relationship marketing and discounts simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 60.5% of the variance in customer satisfaction is explained by these two variables, while 39.5% is attributed to other factors outside the study. These findings emphasize that customer relationship strategies and discount programs are critical drivers of satisfaction in the restaurant industry. Therefore, managers are advised to strengthen relational engagement with customers while offering attractive promotional pricing to sustain loyalty and competitiveness in a highly dynamic market.
