This study aims to analyze the effects of Procurement Digitalization and Procurement SOP Improvement on Procurement Performance, with Transformational Leadership as an intervening variable, and to formulate appropriate strategies for improving procurement performance in a palm oil plantation company. The study employed a mixed methods sequential explanatory approach, in which quantitative data from 48 respondents were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), followed by qualitative data collection through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The qualitative findings were analyzed using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices to develop strategic recommendations based on the quantitative results. The findings indicate that Procurement Digitalization and Procurement SOP Improvement have positive and significant effects on both Transformational Leadership and Procurement Performance. Transformational Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Procurement Performance. The integration of quantitative and qualitative findings indicates that the company is positioned in the Hold and Maintain quadrant, with Optimization of Procurement Digitalization and System Integration identified as the priority strategy. This strategy emphasizes system integration, optimization of electronic approval, development of monitoring dashboards, and strengthening the use of digital technology. Overall, improving Procurement Performance requires an integrated approach involving digital technology, process improvement, transformational leadership, and human resource readiness to support more effective and sustainable procurement processes.
