Abstract

Purpose – The presence of Grab has invited many discussions. The purpose of this study is to know the role of Grab on changes in social life in Bengkulu city both in terms of Grab drivers, consumers, and other conventional transportation.Method – This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method. The total respondents in this study are 38 people consisting of 5 people from Grab drivers, 30 people from consumers, and five people from conventional transportation.Result – This study found that there were changes in Grab drivers' income, but there were no social changes in Grab drivers. On the other hand, there were social changes in Grab consumers and conventional drivers. Implication – This study can be used by public, government, and private sector to understand better consumer behaviour in online transportation field.Originality – As the growth of online transportation in Indonesia is increasing, this study offers early understanding upon the phenomena.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kesehatan bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dibidang kesehatan dapat dimulai sejak dini melalui berbagai bentuk aplikasi karya dan bakti, seperti penyuluhan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis. Jika dibandingkan dengan usia muda, lansia lebih rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit, terutama penyakit degeneratif. Penyakit degeneratif adalah kondisi yang berlangsung lama dan memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan produktivitas seseorang. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua tentang hipertensi dan pengobatannya. Di Desa Gardu, Kecamatan Arma Jaya, Bengkulu Utara, pengabdian kesehatan kepada lansia dilaksanakan melalui pemeriksaan tanda vital untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan pada sistem tubuh. Tanda -tanda vital yang diperiksa meliputi tekanan darah, suhu tubuh ,denyut nadi ,dan frekuensi  pernapasan serta pemeriksaan kesehatan pada lansia. Fokus kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi sehingga dapat melakukan pengendalian dan penatalaksanaan hipertensi pada lansia. Hasil evaluasi proses penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana dan kontrak waktu dengan lansia. lansia sangat antusias dan dan aktif bertanya , lansia tetap mengikuti acara sampai selesai. Penyuluhan dan penatalaksanaan hipertensi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang perawatan dan pengendalian hipertensi. Diharapkan nantinya dapat mempertahankan pola hidup sehat dan terhindar dari penyakit hipertensi serta penyakit terkait lainnya.

Abstract

Pencak silat is a cultural heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation in Gardu Village, North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province. This martial art is not only a form of self-protection from threats or attacks in the surrounding environment, but also a local wisdom that is still maintained by the village community. This research aims to explore the practice of pencak silat in Gardu Village as well as its potential as a cultural tourism attraction. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this study to obtain comprehensive data and information. The results of observations and interviews show that the martial art of pencak silat in Gardu Village has strong historical and cultural values, and can be developed as an attractive tourist attraction for tourists. Pencak silat in Gardu Village is performed only by men and is still preserved to this day. This practice is passed down from generation to generation. This research provides valuable insights into the potential of pencak silat as a cultural asset that can be utilized for tourism development in Gardu Village. The findings can serve as a basis for efforts to preserve and promote local cultural heritage, as well as encourage community economic improvement through the culture-based tourism industry.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce berbasis live streaming telah mengubah cara konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), promosi penjualan, dan Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) terhadap niat beli konsumen pada TikTok Shop dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO, promosi penjualan, dan JOMO berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli konsumen. Selain itu, kepercayaan juga berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap niat beli. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepercayaan dan strategi promosi yang efektif dalam membangun niat beli konsumen di platform live streaming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh atribut live streaming commerce yaitu keinformatifan, interaktifitas, hiburan, visualisasi dan profesionalisme terhadap kepercayaan dan niat membeli di tiktok shop dengan menggunakan kerangka stimulus organisme dan respon (SOR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada pengguna aktif tiktok shop di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dengan 339 responden yang terlibat dan dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keinformatifan, hiburan, visualisasi, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, sedangkan interaktivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepercayaan terbukti memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan niat membeli. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyajian konten live streaming yang informatif, menghibur, menarik secara visual, dan profesional untuk membangun kepercayaan serta mendorong niat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi dalam memperkaya literatur pemasaran live streaming serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha dan platform untuk mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan menggunakan live streaming.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of environmental knowledge on consumers’ purchase intention toward eco-friendly food, both directly and indirectly through attitude as a mediating variable. Although public awareness of environmental issues continues to increase, this awareness has not been consistently translated into sustainable consumption behavior, particularly in the food sector. This discrepancy underscores the need to examine the psychological mechanisms underlying green purchase intentions. A quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares-SEM (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The study population comprised Indonesian consumers who were familiar with eco-friendly food products. Data were collected through an online questionnaire disseminated via social media platforms between July and September 2025. Of the 161 responses obtained, 137 questionnaires met the criteria for further analysis. The findings reveal that environmental knowledge has a positive and significant effect on both attitude and purchase intention toward eco-friendly food. In addition, attitude demonstrates a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Importantly, attitude partially mediates the relationship between environmental knowledge and purchase intention, indicating that knowledge alone is insufficient to fully drive consumers’ purchase intentions in the absence of favorable attitudes. These results lend empirical support to the Theory of Planned Behavior, highlighting the pivotal role of attitude in translating environmental knowledge into intentional purchasing behavior.  This study advances the consumer behavior literature on green consumption and offers practical insights for businesses and policymakers to strengthen environmental education initiatives and cultivate positive consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly food.
