Abstract

The influence of product quality and the price of second-import clothing on consumer satisfaction at a brandsek store in the natural gas village of Muara Badak. Clothing is a primary human need that has benefits other than food, drink, shelter and so on where clothing can provide comfort, appropriateness, and security to cover the body in everyday life. However, with the development of the times, clothing can be used as a symbol of status, position, or position for the wearer. Everyone has a lifestyle that is characteristic of each, this lifestyle is a factor in choosing a product, the product chosen must be in accordance with consumer tastes and must also be of quality and have a nominal price match with financial capabilities. On the other hand, for fashion business players, currently, importing second-hand clothes is a big business area for new or second-hand clothes, business opportunities consider second-hand clothes business to have a small capital compared to new clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously on product quality and price variables on customer satisfaction who bought second-hand clothes at the Brandsek store in the Natural Gas Village, Muara Badak District. The analysis in this study is multiple regression, processed using SPSS, with a total of 37 respondents. The results of this study showed that the variables of product quality and price simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and the price variable partially also has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction at the brandsek shop in the natural gas village of Muara Badak.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Discipline on Work Productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village office, The main task of the government is to carry out sub-district duties and carry out other tasks based on applicable regulations. The government of the Salo Palai Muara Badak Village Office, which works in community service, should provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of leadership and discipline variables on the work productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak village office. The number of samples in this study found 18 employees at the village office of salok palai. Analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results obtained are that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between improvement and discipline on employee work productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office, there is a partial influence between leadership variables on employee productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office and partial influence between variables discipline towards the productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office.

Abstract

Observations show that the division of work still overlaps or is uneven between one employee and another, the workload given is sometimes very heavy to carry out because it does not match the abilities of the employee concerned, leaders are less able to provide clear and directed guidance, leaders are also sometimes unfair to employees. which often puts some employees on a pedestal, causing jealousy among other employees. There are also employees who complain that the work facilities available at this company are still lacking. It should be PT. Harmoni Panca Utama must be able to pay close attention to the current conditions of problems in the company, to find solutions. If there is no further treatment, this will affect employee work productivity so that their daily activities will be disrupted. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of division of work and leadership on job satisfaction at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama in Tenggarong opposite. The sample in this study consisted of 32 respondents. The analytical tools used to analyze are multiple regression and hypothesis testing using the f and uii t tests. The research results show that together the division of work and leadership have a significant influence on job satisfaction at PT. Panca Utama in Tenggarong Seberang and each of these variables also has a significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the component variables of the company's image including store location, product, price, customer service and physical facilities have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bengkel Berkah Motor in Tenggarong. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, with a focus on assessing Store Image and purchasing decisions. The data used are data from the distribution of questionnaires that are considered relevant. Based on these data, the indicators of the research variables were calculated using analytical tools according to theoretical principles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out randomly to obtain a sample from the population in question, in order to obtain good data, it was selected using the questionnaire and documentation method. This research will be carried out for 1 (one) month (30 days) estimated in July 2020 who will come to the Berkah Motor Workshop as many as 97 consumers. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of the study, the results obtained in this study are that the variables of Store Image Components including Store Location, Product, Price, Customer Service and Physical Facilities Have an Influence on Purchase Decisions at the Berkah Motor Workshop in Tenggarong

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada gerai always tea teluk dalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 105 konsumen yang membeli atau mengonsumsi selalu teh sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling tidak disengaja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f dan R2. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa indikator dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik, data berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinearitas. Pada uji hipotesis pada uji t diketahui variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada uji F diketahui variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada uji R2 diketahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 77,1%. sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
