Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government in dealing with domestic waste in Kembang Ragi Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the government's role as a regulator does not yet have village regulations made by the village government, so it still needs to be socialized with the community regarding waste management. The government's role as a dynamicator is that the government always provides appeals, invitations and directions. The government's role as a facilitator is the first, the government always socializes the problem of waste management. The government's role as an innovator is to provide ideas to the community by recycling waste into something that can be reused. The government's role as a catalyst is that in government socialization it is always emphasized to the community

Abstract

AbstractThe success of an agency can be determined by the achievement of the planned goals. Efforts can be made to achieve this goal by utilizing the resources owned by both human resources and other resources, such as capital and office infrastructure. Humans are a crucial resource for an institution because humans have the ability to work together, set goals and work to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the development of service facilities and infrastructure at the Karunrung Village Office, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research uses quantitative research type with descriptive research type with the number of respondents as many as 32 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the development of facilities and infrastructure is categorized as good. It can be seen from the recapitulation of each indicator including: Efficiency Indicator with a percentage of 80.83%, Flexibility Indicator with a percentage of 85.93%, Satisfaction Indicator with a percentage of 69.6%, Excellence Indicator with a percentage of 70.9%, Development Indicator with a percentage of 70.6%.Keywords: effectiveness, development, facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the coordination in the implementation of the school zoning system between the Education Office and the Makassar City Civil Registry Office. This research uses a case study type of qualitative research. The research data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the coordination research in the application of the zoning system between the Education Office and the Makassar City Civil Registry Office show that from the aspect of (1) The unit of action from the Education Office trying to improve population data is also carried out by the civil registry office where the registration process no longer requires the public to legalize population administration in civil registry office and delegated to the village government. (2) Communication also makes updates to the application system where to find out the zoning of prospective students who will register, it is enough to enter their NIK or population data in the requested column and automatically the location or zone can be directly directed through the application. (3) Division of Work The education office has issued guidelines and technical guidelines for the implementation of PDDB in accordance with the direction of the ministry of education, while the civil registry service has updated population data which is synchronized with the PPDB application. (4) The discipline of the apparatus involved in the PPDB work unit is required to fill in the facts of integrity relating to the readiness of the committee in implementing the PPDB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership has on employee work effectiveness at the Biringala Village Office, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative, while the number of samples used in this study is 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data validation technique was obtained through validation tests and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Biringala village office, Barombong sub-district, Gowa district. Based on the output of the summary model, it can be seen that the magnitude of the regression value (R) or influence is 0.460 and is positive. While the value of R Square is 0.212. So it can be concluded that the variable X (Leadership Style) has an influence of 21.2% on the Y variable (Employee Work Effectiveness) and the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other factors. Which means that the leadership style at the Biringala Village office is quite good in increasing the effectiveness of the employee's work, while there is an influence from other factors besides the leadership style of 78.8% which can affect the effectiveness of the employee's work at the Biringala village office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat (studi kasus Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Belang-Belang Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan daya tanggap pegawai di kantor unit penyelenggara Pelabuhan terhadap tenaga kerja bongkar muat pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat di pelabuhan Kelas III Belang, Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang diukur dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja menurut Mangkunegara yang terdiri dari kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, pelaksanaan tugas, tanggung jawab, kemampuan, dan kinerja. Ketepatan waktu yang baik dan berjalan efektif didukung oleh fasilitas kerja yang lengkap

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Population Service Administration at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative research. This study used descriptive research. The data sources were Primary data and secondary data, the data collection techniques used observation, interview, documentation. Then, data Analysis Techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study  about Standard Operational Procedures for Population Administration at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Enrekang Regency using 7 indicators, namely Ease and clarity, efficiency and effectiveness, harmony within, harmony within, dynamic, orientation, legal compliance and legal certainty, where from the results of the study showed that the implementation of the SOP had been implemented properly and the employees had carried out their duties in accordance with the SOP that had been applied.

Abstract

This study purposed was to determine the effectiveness of the Population Administration Collaboration Service Program in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Gowa. This study used qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed  from the indicators of measuring the effectiveness of understanding of the program was quite good, seen  from each party and the community had understood their duties and responsibilities in implementing the Pak Adnan program. accuracy of targeting, had  achieved through collaboration carried out by each party in the Pak Adnan program. Punctuality could not be said to be effective because there were still various obstacles so that the time needed to complete the birth certificate was not as determined. The achievement of the objectives could not be said to have been achieved because there were still parties or people who had not felt the ease in implementing the Pak Adnan program, and real changes could  not be said to be effective because they were only able to provide real changes to the collaborating parties, Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Administration.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out the management of the post-flood postal disaster in North Luwu Regency which focused on the rehabilitation and reconstruction process. This study used qualitative research with a type of descriptive research, namely to describe and explain the management of post-flood prevention disasters in North Luwu Regency. The results of this study showed that the reconstruction process carried out by the North Luwu Regency BPBD was still not massive, due to the development of the infrastructure sector all of them were still in the stages of the proposal. While in the rehabilitation process of the North Luwu Regency BPBD only focused on activities such as repaired or cleaning houses of residents who were buried by mud material. The post-flood management disaster management in North Luwu Regency was not too optimal because the reconstruction process and rehabilitation carried out by the North Luwu Regency BPBD after the flood disaster was still in the proposal. Keywords: disaster management, post-flood prevention

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online licensing services have on community satisfaction at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Takalar Regency. This research is a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that online licensing services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the summary model output, the regression value (R) is 0.839 and is positive and the R Square value is 0.704, it can be concluded that variable X (online licensing services) has an influence of 70.4% on variable Y (public satisfaction) and the rest of 29.6% influenced by other factors. Which means the online licensing service site at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of Takalar Regency is quite good at increasing community satisfaction.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students’ knowledge, understanding, and social skills in preventing and handling bullying behavior in the school environment. The program was implemented at Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Makassar Middle School, involving 30 female students as participants. The implementation method included interactive lectures, group discussions, role-play simulations, and evaluations using pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in aspects of knowledge about bullying, understanding of child protection rights, social skills, and proactive attitudes in preventing and reporting bullying cases. The average increase reached 18.25%, reflecting the success of the participatory training in building student awareness and positive attitudes. This activity is a first step toward realizing a school culture that is safe, inclusive, and supportive of the holistic development of students. The sustainability of the program through mentoring and cross-sector collaboration is recommended to ensure long-term impact in efforts to prevent bullying in the educational environment.
