Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganlisis kinerja panitia pemilihan kecamatan (PPK) di kecamatan Bontoala kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif, mengukur kinerja berdasarkan pendapat Dwiyanto (2006) terdiri dari produktivitas, kualitas layanan, daya tanggap, tanggung jawab dan akuntablitas. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancaram dan dokumentasi, dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Studi tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) Bontoala pada pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota tahun 2020 di Kecamatan Bontoala berdasarkan produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja PPK Bontoala dikategorikan baik. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Produktivitas PPk Bontoala meskipun masih terdapat kendala yang dihadapi PPK Bontoala yaitu kekurangan sarana dan prasarana dalam menjalankan tugas organisasi dan masih ada warga yang belum terdaftar sebagai pemilih tetap dan sebagian warga menggunakan KTP di waktu untuk memilih, (2) Kualitas layanan PPK Bontoala sudah dikerjakan dengan optimal sesuai dengan ketentuan penyelenggaraan yang berlaku, (3) Responsivitas PPK Bontoala cukup tanggap terhadap pengaduan yang ada walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan, (2) Responsibilitas PPK Bontoala cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan (3) Akuntabilitas PPK Bontoala sudah baik, yang terlihat dari pekerjaan dan pelaporan yang dilaksanakan. Setiap tahapan diperhitungkan mulai dari perencanaan hingga hasil yang dicapai.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of body failure in children due to chronic malnutrition, so children become too short for their age. The purpose of this study was to analyse Stunting Prevention in Barugae Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency using the Collaborative Governance Model. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that collaboration is quite effective by looking at initial conditions, institutional design regarding basic rules in stunting prevention, leadership and Collaborative processes in implementing stunting prevention programmes. However, there are several obstacles in the collaboration to overcome stunting in Barugae Village, namely the lack of awareness among mothers of toddlers about child nutrition. Then, there is a lack of awareness of mothers to bring their children to the Posyandu, as well as people who are entitled to WC but do not have land.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat (studi kasus Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Belang-Belang Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan daya tanggap pegawai di kantor unit penyelenggara Pelabuhan terhadap tenaga kerja bongkar muat pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat di pelabuhan Kelas III Belang, Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang diukur dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja menurut Mangkunegara yang terdiri dari kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, pelaksanaan tugas, tanggung jawab, kemampuan, dan kinerja. Ketepatan waktu yang baik dan berjalan efektif didukung oleh fasilitas kerja yang lengkap

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership has on employee work effectiveness at the Biringala Village Office, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative, while the number of samples used in this study is 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data validation technique was obtained through validation tests and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Biringala village office, Barombong sub-district, Gowa district. Based on the output of the summary model, it can be seen that the magnitude of the regression value (R) or influence is 0.460 and is positive. While the value of R Square is 0.212. So it can be concluded that the variable X (Leadership Style) has an influence of 21.2% on the Y variable (Employee Work Effectiveness) and the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other factors. Which means that the leadership style at the Biringala Village office is quite good in increasing the effectiveness of the employee's work, while there is an influence from other factors besides the leadership style of 78.8% which can affect the effectiveness of the employee's work at the Biringala village office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government in dealing with domestic waste in Kembang Ragi Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the government's role as a regulator does not yet have village regulations made by the village government, so it still needs to be socialized with the community regarding waste management. The government's role as a dynamicator is that the government always provides appeals, invitations and directions. The government's role as a facilitator is the first, the government always socializes the problem of waste management. The government's role as an innovator is to provide ideas to the community by recycling waste into something that can be reused. The government's role as a catalyst is that in government socialization it is always emphasized to the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online licensing services have on community satisfaction at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Takalar Regency. This research is a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that online licensing services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the summary model output, the regression value (R) is 0.839 and is positive and the R Square value is 0.704, it can be concluded that variable X (online licensing services) has an influence of 70.4% on variable Y (public satisfaction) and the rest of 29.6% influenced by other factors. Which means the online licensing service site at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of Takalar Regency is quite good at increasing community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the National Economic Recovery program at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar using qualitative research methods, the number of informants is 10 people. The results of the research are 1) the program includes the realization of the distribution of PEN funds in phase I and phase II and the achievement of goals by implementing a program to increase the productive credit portfolio of the MSME segment. However, there were many obstacles that were passed, such as only new debtors, low purchasing power during the Covid-19 recovery, loan terms, declining economic growth, implementation of PSSB, business actors still observing economic growth conditions. 2) Implementing organizations consist of existing divisions designated in distribution and supported by complete facilities and infrastructure such as MSME Centers 3) Targets or parties to which PEN funds are provided consist of Services/Cooperatives, Industry, Infrastructure/Construction, Multi-Sector Productive , Financial/BPR and Other/Consumptive Intermediaries and how to act by making guidelines for the distribution of PEN funds Number SR/072/DRK/VIII/2021 and increasing the consumer credit portfolio, productive for the corporate and syndicated segments.
