<![CDATA[This community service activity is carried out with the aim of helping the people of the South Sidoarjo region in fulfilling their tax obligations, namely reporting individual annual SPTs. The service team’s method is providing assistance and services directly to the community present at the post formed by KPP Pratama South Sidoarjo. Before providing assistance, the service team first carried out a recruitment process for tax volunteers who came from accounting study program students at Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo. The results of the service showed that all the people present at the post could be served well by the Tax Volunteers on duty so that the obligation to report SPT could be carried out correctly and on time. Apart from that, it was seen that the majority of people present were satisfied with the performance shown by the tax volunteers on duty.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program is carried out with the aim of providing education for MSME players regarding the importance of recording and preparing financial reports in a simple way, in this case, for CV MSMEs. Mysneaker Retail Indo. This program is a discussion-based socialization program which aims to make the material presented easy to understand and understand and can help answer the problems faced by CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo in recording transactions and financial reports for their business. The results of this program show that CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo is interested in overhauling their financial report recording in the manner proposed by the author. According to them, by recording the financial reports submitted by the author, they can be used to read the business situation easily. This shows that this program is useful for increasing insight for MSME players in recording and preparing financial reports for their business.]]>

<![CDATA[The research wants to test and analyse using a quantitative approach whether the existence of human capital and structural capital has an influence on company performance as measured by Economic Value Added (EVA). The population of this study is the financial statements of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2013 to 2018, with a sample size of 6 companies, the number of observations was 36 samples. The results of this study indicate that the management of human capital and structural capital has a positive but insignificant effect on company performance as measured by Economic Value Added (EVA) assessments, so that theoretically it does not support Barney and Clark's Resource Based Theory (RBT) theory, because there are still components of human capital and structural capital which quantitatively have a positive but insignificant effect. RBT theory states that companies have three types of resources, namely human resources (HR), organizational/structural resources, and physical resources that contribute to obtaining profitability. The three types of resources are an integral part that cannot be separated because they influence one another.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the long-term development strategy of the Eccindo Indonesia Employee Consumer Cooperative to improve member welfare through qualitative methods by means of interviews and surveys with employees and members of the Eccindo Indonesia Employee Consumer Cooperative. The analysis techniques used by researchers are SWOT and Porter's Five Forces Analysis. The aim of this research is to find out the long-term development strategy of the Eccindo Indonesia employee consumer cooperative to improve the welfare of members. It is hoped that the research findings will contribute to readers' understanding of the development of employee consumer cooperatives, as well as serve as a guide for efforts to improve members' welfare through long-term, sustainable strategies.]]>

According to Article 1 of Law Number 6 of 2009, the SPT or Announcement Letter is a document that must be applied by Taxpayers to inform the calculation and payment of tax on both tax and non-tax objects, assets and liabilities in accordance with applicable taxation law. regulation. Form 1770 S is intended primarily for simple individual taxpayers who have a gross income of more than Rp. 60 million per year. Before completing and filing the 1770 S Annual Tax Return, taxpayers must provide several documents, including Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN), and proof of withholding. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini membahas tentang budidaya pengelolaan keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Sidoarjo. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan budaya tersebut dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap stabilitas keuangan dan pertumbuhan sektor UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis naskah penelitian. Permasalahan utama yang sering teridentifikasi adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan di kalangan UMKM yang berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan dan daya saing usahanya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman dan praktik manajemen pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting bagi kemajuan UMKM di Sidoarjo. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya peran pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan masyarakat lokal untuk membantu UMKM menerapkan praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. This research discusses the cultivation of financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo. The main objective of this research is to optimize this culture in improving MSME financial management and evaluate its impact on the financial stability and growth of the MSME sector. The method used is a systematic literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing research manuscripts. The main problem that is often identified is the low understanding and practice of financial management among MSMEs, which has the potential to hinder the growth and competitiveness of their businesses. This research shows that increasing understanding and management practices of financial management is essential for the progress of MSMEs in Sidoarjo. The study emphasizes the crucial role of government, financial institutions, and local communities in helping MSMEs implement good financial management practices.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan minat mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo dalam mengikuti Uji Kompetensi BNSP. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti sertifikasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal, seperti pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi, serta faktor eksternal, seperti dukungan dari dosen dan keluarga, berperan signifikan. Hambatan seperti biaya dan persepsi terhadap kesulitan uji kompetensi juga mempengaruhi minat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan wawasan baru tentang dinamika motivasi mahasiswa terkait sertifikasi profesional. This study analyzes the factors that influence the motivation and interest of Accounting students of the Faculty of Economics, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo in participating in the BNSP Competency Test. The purpose of the study was to identify internal and external factors that influence students' decisions in participating in the certification. The method used was a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires and observations. The results showed that internal factors, such as understanding the importance of certification, and external factors, such as support from lecturers and family, played a significant role. Barriers such as costs and perceptions of the difficulty of the competency test also influenced interest. This study contributes by providing new insights into the dynamics of student motivation related to professional certification.]]>

<![CDATA[Education plays a crucial role in shaping competent and competitive human resources. At SMK Plus Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo, the success of education relies not only on a quality curriculum but also on effective administrative management and supporting facilities such as libraries. This study aims to analyze the quality of curriculum administration and library services using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that good governance in curriculum administration and library services significantly impacts student satisfaction. Recommendations are expected to assist further development in the management of the curriculum and library, enabling students to optimally utilize educational resources.]]>

<![CDATA[Transformasi Program Mandiri Sejahtera menjadi Jimpitan bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sumber daya lokal berbasis gotong royong. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas transformasi dalam mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi lokal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif, mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil menunjukkan partisipasi masyarakat meningkat, dan ada dampak positif pada ketahanan ekonomi lokal. Ciri khas dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adaptasi tradisi lokal menggunakan pendekatan modern yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini. Temuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan peluang untuk mengembangkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis komunitas di daerah lain. The transformation of the Mandiri Sejahtera Program into Jimpitan aims to improve community welfare by managing local resources based on cooperation. The purpose of this community service is to evaluate the effectiveness of the transformation in encouraging active community participation and strengthening regional economic resilience. This community service uses a qualitative method with a participatory approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results show that community participation has increased, and there has been a positive impact on local economic resilience. The characteristic of this community service is the adaptation of local traditions using a modern approach relevant to current community needs. The findings of this community service provide an opportunity to develop a community-based community empowerment model in other areas.]]>

<![CDATA[This service outlines the implementation of an educational program aimed at improving the logistics administration skills of the food unit at PT Sekar Bumi Tbk. Through training needs analysis, comprehensive counseling, and training methods that include theory and practice, this program has succeeded in significantly improving employees' technical and soft skills. The evaluation results show a reduction in errors in managing logistics administration, goods release and goods entry transactions, receiving finished products from the packing team, and following the loading process for local and export shipments. In addition, establishing a culture of collaboration and continuous learning among employees creates an innovative work environment. Thus, this educational program not only strengthens human resource capacity, but also increases the competitiveness of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk in the increasingly competitive frozen food industry, preparing employees to face future challenges more prepared and responsive.]]>
